Polycrystalline BaCoxZrxFe11.5−2xO18.25 samples with 0?x?0.6 ions per formula units were prepared by modified citrate precursor method with the initial ratio of Ba:Fe equal to 1:11.5. The cationic site preferences of Co2+ and Zr4+ in Co–Zr substituted Ba ferrite were investigated by magnetic measurements and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) analysis. The coercivity Hc was decreasing with increasing Co–Zr substitution. The datum showed that the max coercive force (Hc) was obtained when substitution of 0.2, while the best saturation magnetizations (Ms) was obtained when substitution of 0.4. 相似文献

Low-temperature step-graded high indium content InAlAs (In% = 0.75) metamorphic buffer layers with reverse step layer grown on GaAs substrate by molecular beam epitaxy are investigated in this paper. The composition and the strain relaxation of the top InAlAs layer are determined by high-resolution triple-axis X-ray diffraction measurements, which show that the top InAlAs layer is nearly fully relaxed and the growth parameters for these samples have little influence on the strain relaxation ratio. Surface morphology is observed by reflection high-energy electron diffraction pattern and atomic force microscopy. The surface morphology is found to depend strongly on both the growth temperature and the As flux. Compared with other samples, the sample growth under the optimized conditions has the smallest value of root mean square surface roughness. Furthermore, the ω − 2θ and ω scans of the triple-axis X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy result also show the sample grown under the optimized conditions has good crystalline quality. 相似文献

Rumor propagation in complex networks is studied analytically and numerically by using the SIR model. Analytically, a mean-field theory is worked out by considering the influence of network topological structure and the unequal footings of neighbors of an infected node in propagating the rumor. It is found that the final infected density of population with degree k is ρ(k)=1−exp(−αk), where α is a parameter related to network structure. The number of the total final infected nodes depends on the network topological structure and will decrease when the structure changes from random to scale-free network. Effects of doping Na on the structure, electrical and magnetic properties of La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 are investigated. A structural phase transition from orthorhombic to rhombohedral structure takes place at y=0.375. All samples show metal-insulator (M-I) transition at the transition temperature and undergo the transition from paramagnetism to ferromagnetism at the Curie temperature TC. and TC increase monotonically with increasing Na content. However the Na-doped samples have a shoulder in their electrical transport curves found below and shows a widened magnetic transition process. On the other hand, intrinsic colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) peaks are observed in all the samples, but samples with y around 0.25 show two MR peaks which can be attributed to magnetic inhomogeneity induced by the doped Na+ ions. Here we propose a method to broaden the CMR peak of perovskite manganite, which is beneficial for practical applications. 相似文献

ZnO/SiO2 coaxial nanocables have been synthesized on silicon substrates by simply evaporating zinc powder under an argon and argon/oxygen mixed atmosphere sequentially. The diameters of these nanocables vary from 50 to 100 nm and the lengths up to several millimeters. Electron microscopy and chemical composition investigations reveal that the nanocable consists of a crystalline ZnO core surrounded by an amorphous silica sheath. The electron diffraction pattern proves that the long-axis direction of ZnO cores grows along the [0001] direction. To address two challenging problems in infrared target tracking, target appearance changes and unpre- dictable abrupt motions, a novel particle filtering based tracking algorithm is introduced. In this method, a novel saliency model is proposed to distinguish the salient target from background, and the eigenspace model is invoked to adapt target appearance changes. To account for the abrupt motions efficiently, a two- step sampling method is proposed to combine the two observation models. The proposed tracking method is demonstrated through two real infrared image sequences, which include the changes of luminance and size, and the drastic abrupt motions of the target. 相似文献

While titanium (Ti) is a commonly used dental implant material with advantageous biocompatible and mechanical properties, native Ti surfaces do not have the ability to prevent bacterial colonization. The objective of this study was to evaluate the chemical composition and bacterial adhesive properties of zinc (Zn) ion implanted and deposited Ti surfaces (Zn-PIIID-Ti) as potential dental implant materials. Surfaces of pure Ti (cp-Ti) were modified with increasing concentrations of Zn using plasma immersion ion implantation and deposition (PIIID), and elemental surface compositions were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS). To evaluate bacterial responses, Streptococcus mutans were seeded onto the modifiedTi surfaces for 48 h and subsequently observed by scanning electron microscopy. Relative numbers of bacteria on each surface were assessed by collecting the adhered bacteria, reculturing and counting colony forming units after 48 h on bacterial grade plates. Ti, oxygen and carbon elements were detected on all surfaces by XPS. Increased Zn signals were detected on Zn-PIIID-Ti surfaces, correlating with an increase of Zn-deposition time. Substantial numbers of S. mutans adhered to cp-Ti samples, whereas bacterial adhesion on Zn-PIIID-Ti surfaces signficantly decreased as the Zn concentration increased (p < 0.01). In conclusion, PIIID can successfully introduce Zn onto a Ti surface, forming a modified surface layer bearing Zn ions that consequently deter adhesion of S. mutans, a common bacterium in the oral environment. 相似文献
