Fabrication of patterned gold microstructure by selective electroless plating

Patterned gold microstructures on glass or Si wafers have been fabricated by a novel method which is composed of selective electroless plating and microcontact printing. This process may be widely used for the production of fine metal patterns in printed circuits or as a substrate to form patterned SAMs. In addition, these patterned metal microstructures can be readily transferred to adhesive tape surface to fabricate flexible metal microstructure, which may be applied in all-plastic circuit.     

Picosecond nonlinear optical response of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin films fabricated by pulsed laser deposition

Well-crystallized Ba_0.5Sr_0.5TiO₃ thin films with good surface morphology were prepared on MgO(1 0 0) substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique at a deposition temperature of 800 °C under the oxygen pressure of 2 × 10⁻³ Pa. X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy were used to characterize the films. The full width at half maximum of the (0 0 2) Ba_0.5Sr_0.5TiO₃ rocking curve and the root-mean-square surface roughness within the 5 μm × 5 μm area were 0.542° and 0.555 nm, respectively. The nonlinear optical properties of the films were determined by a single beam Z-scan method at a wavelength of 532 nm with laser duration of 55 ps. The results show that Ba_0.5Sr_0.5TiO₃ thin films exhibit a fast third-order nonlinear optical response with the nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient being n₂ = 5.04 × 10⁻⁶ cm²/kW and β = 3.59 × 10⁻⁶ (m/W), respectively.     

用数学规划的方法优化跳台滑雪的起跳动作

本文以风洞实验、高速摄影和测力实验得到的有限的、离散的数据为依据,采用多刚体系统动力学理论和数学规划的方法,对跳台滑雪(以下简称跳雪)的起跳动作进行分析和优化,提出了跳雪起跳的最优技术动作.文中给出算例,与国内、外有关文献的结果比较,说明本文的计算与优化是合理的.     

物面单反射镜波前分割三光束全息干涉计量研究

提出了一种用于分析物体三维位移场的全息干涉计量新方法。该方法将一个小平面反射镜贴于被测物体的表面，用三束呈空间分布的发散光波，在干版的三个不同区域或同一部位，记录被测物体的三个独立的双曝光干涉图。这些干涉图被由小平面反射镜运动造成的参考光虚点光源的位移所调制。基于对这种调制的理论分析，导出计算参考光虚点光源和被测物体三维位移的二个线性方程组。     

Simulation on thermoelastic stress field and laser ultrasound waveform in non-metallic materials by using FEM

The thermoelastically generated stress and ultrasound fields in non-metallic materials by laser illumination are presented by using finite element method (FEM). The model accounts for the effects of thermal diffusion and optical penetration, as well as the finite width and duration of the laser source. The numerical results show that the strength and feature of the force source can be related to the heat input and certain material properties. The relationships between the stress waves and the ultrasound waveforms, particularly the precursor, are analyzed. The typical surface acoustic waves (SAWs) and the bulk waveforms at the epicenter are presented to illustrate the generated field and provide insight to the relevance of different mechanism taken into account in the model. 彩色棉再生体系影响因子及抗病基因NP-1转化的研究

选用彩色棉优良品种(棕色)：新彩1号、新彩2号，以下胚轴和子叶作为外植体，确立了5～6日苗龄的彩色棉下胚轴是较好的愈伤组织诱导外植体，不同激素组合及浓度对愈伤组织的诱导有重要作用，2，4—D是愈伤组织诱导中重要的激素，在附加有0．1mol／L2，4—D 0．1mol／LKT的MSB培养基上，诱导形成的愈伤组织质地疏松、生长旺盛，有利于分化为胚性愈伤，比较了不同糖源在愈伤组织诱导中的效应，在蔗糖和葡萄糖为糖源的培养基中，愈伤组织诱导率均为100％，但葡萄糖更有利于愈伤组织的形成和生长，蔗糖的诱导效果次之；麦芽糖和乳糖对愈伤组织的诱导效应不及蔗糖和葡萄糖；甘露醇作为糖源则抑制了愈伤组织的诱导和生长，在胚性愈伤组织的诱导培养中，KNO3加倍和NH4NO3减半的组合利于胚性愈伤组织的发生，在根癌农杆菌介导的抗病基因兔防御素NP—1转化过程中。外植体经农杆菌浸染10min，共培养48h较为合适，在添加头孢霉素500mg／L、卡那霉素50mg／L的培养基中筛选抗性愈伤组织。

Fe：KTN晶体的二波耦合特性研究

首次报道四方相FeiKTN晶体的二波耦合性质.测得晶体的二波耦合增益系数和衍射效率分别为7.3cm~(-1)和42％,响应时间为2.8sec.文中还分析了主要载流子的符号并计算了其它参数.     

Zn0.8Cd0.2Se-ZnSe应变层超晶格的激子发光和受激发射

本文用MOCVD技术在GaAs衬底上成功地制备了具有波导结构的Zn0.8Cd0.2Se-ZnSe应变层超晶格样品,在77K温度的光致发光光谱中观测到n=1的重空穴和轻空穴激子的辐射复合。在光泵浦下,在波导结构的F-P腔中观测到具有多模结构的受激发射,受激发射谱中的不同模具有不同的阈值功率密度;时间延迟衰减曲线的半宽度越窄,阈值光强越大.     

湛江市鲜瘦猪肉营养价值的比较研究

首次报道湛江市鲜瘦猪肉的水分含量、干重及无机金属元素含量。与全国代表值比较实验测得水分含量高４．７１％，干重均值低４．７１％，两者经统计学处理均呈现极显著性差异，人体重要的无机金属营养元素Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｎａ、Ｋ均呈现极显著性的降低，上述结果提示，湛江市现市售鲜瘦猪肉的营养价值已显著下降。
