Two samples (A and B) of zinc aluminate spinel were prepared and used as catalysts of phenol methylation. Both catalysts were synthesised at hydrothermal conditions from zinc acetate and from various aluminium precursors: aluminium isopropoxide (catalyst A) or basic aluminium nitrate (catalyst B). Catalyst A was pure ZnAl2O4 and B - besides ZnAl2O4 contained traces of -Al2O3. Reactions of phenol alkylation with methanol were carried out in the gas phase under atmospheric pressure in a standard flow reactor with fixed bed. Catalysts indicated different properties in dependence on the aluminium precursor used during preparation. In the presence of catalyst A higher selectivity of ortho-methylation of phenol was obtained. Catalyst B was active both in O-alkylation and C-alkylation.  相似文献

Summary The present study focused on analyzing samples of bones, livers and kidneys of European white-tailed eagles (Halia?tus albicilla) and lesser-spotted eagle (Aquila pomarina). Bone samples were collected for both species, from 7 and 2 individuals, respectively, whereas liver and kidney samples for white-tailed eagle species only, 2 and 1 individuals, respectively. The samples were analyzed for the presence of gamma-emitters and then for 90Sr, 238Pu, 239+240Pu and 241Am. The applied radiochemical method is presented. Activity concentration in ashen bones (600 °C) for 90Sr ranged from 4.6±1.2 to 31.0±2.5 Bq/kg, for 239+240Pu from <1.7 to 21±4 mBq/kg, for 238Pu from <2.7 to 6.5±1.3 mBq/kg and for 241Am from <1.2 to 6.5±4.4 mBq/kg. Relatively high 239+240Pu activity concentration of 78±9 mBq/kg (for fresh weight) was recorded in a single kidney sample. The liver samples showed activities of magnitude at least one order lower. No clear correlations were found between the activities of different radionuclides.  相似文献

Results for 137Cs, 40K, 90Sr, 238,239+240Pu, 241Am and 243+244Cm measurements in plant, insects and forest litter samples collected at three sites in Poland are presented. New results are compared with some existing data for locations examined during previous studies. Insect samples were introduced now for the first time. Relatively high activities of 90Sr were noticed for spruce bark beetle (Ips typographus) and those for 137Cs, plutonium and 241Am for forest dung beetle (Anoplotrupes stercorosus). Faster than caused by physical decay decrease of radiocesium activity was noticed for the majority of plant and litter samples. The results for 239+240Pu for litter were similar to previous results, but the activities of 238Pu were smaller. The activity ratio between 241Am and 239+240Pu was found lower than expected for known proportions between global and Chernobyl fallout. Thus a kind of dynamic behavior of Pu and Am in the forest ecosystem is concluded. Transfer factors and aggregation coefficients were estimated and discussed for both plants and insects as well as between insects and the part of plants (or litter) they feed on. Measurements of fluorescence quantum yield D/oD of Na-fluorescein (donor; D) versus concentration of rhodamine B (acceptor; A) in viscous solutions have been carried out. The donor concentration in these solutions was as follows:C D=2·10–2 M (system I), 1.5·10–2 M (II), 10–2 M (III), 3·10–3 M (IV), and 5·10–5 M (V). The experimental results have been compared with current theories of nonradiative electronic energy transfer (NEET). In the case of very strong migration (systems I, II, and III), a significant influence of correlations (between configurations of D and A molecules in the surroundings of successively excited donors) on quantum yield D/oD has been determined. Experimental values have been found to be clearly higher in comparison with those predicted theoretically. The influence of possible factors on the decrease in the effectiveness of excitation energy transport to traps-acceptors in systems of very strong migration has been discussed.Dedicated to Professor A. The new system which consists of the thiol derivative of dipyrromethene–Cu(II) complex created on the surface of a gold electrode was applied for the first time for oriented immobilization of selected His‐tagged domains of a receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (RAGE). Cyclic voltammetry (CV), Osteryoung square‐wave voltammetry (OSWV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used for characterization of the redox active sensing layer. The biosensor proposed was applied for determination of Aβ16–23′ peptide. In its presence, a decrease of the maximum Cu(II) redox current was observed. These values correlated linearly with the Aβ16–23′ concentration in the range 0.001–1.000 µM. The presence of diluted human plasma has no influence on the sensor responses.  相似文献

The electrochemically active polymers have been formed during electro-reduction carried out in solution containing fullerenes, C60 or C70, and transition metal complexes of Pd(II), Pt(II), Rh(III), and Ir(I). In these films, fullerene moieties are covalently bounded to transition metal atoms (Pd and Pt) or their complexes (Rh and Ir) to form a polymeric network. All films exhibit electrochemical activity at negative potentials due to the fullerene cages reduction process. For all studied metal complexes, yields of formation of films containing C70 are higher than yields of electrodeposition of their C60 analogs. C70 /M films also exhibit higher porosity in comparison to C60/M layers. The differences in film morphology and efficiency of polymer formation are responsible for differences in electrochemical responses of these films in acetonitrile containing supporting electrolyte only. C70/M films shows more reversible voltammeric behavior in negative potential range. They also show higher potential range of electrochemical stability. Processes of film formation and electrochemical properties of polymers depend on the transition metal ions or atoms bonding fullerene cages into polymeric network. The highest efficiency of polymerization was observed for fullerene/Pd and fullerene/Rh films. In the case of fullerene/Pd films, the charge transfer processes related to the fullerene moieties reduction in negative potential range exhibit the best reversibility among all of the studied systems. Capacitance performances of C60/Pd and C70/Pd films deposited on the porous Au/quartz electrode were also compared. Capacitance properties of both films are significantly affected by the conditions of electropolymerization. Only a fraction of the film having a direct contact with solution contributes to pseudocapacitance. Capacitance properties of these films also depend on the size of cations of supporting electrolyte. The C70/Pd film exhibits much better capacitance performance comparison to C60/Pd polymer.  相似文献
