异硫氰酸荧光素标记抗体的固体基质室温磷光性质研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
研究了异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记的羊抗人抗体(GAHAb-FITC)和兔抗羊抗体9RAGAb-FITC),及其以三种免疫方式与人免疫球蛋白(IgG)反应所得免疫复合物在多种固体薄膜基质上发射室温磷光(RTP)的适宜条件及其光谱,强度和寿命等性质。研究发现,标记抗体及其免疫复合物保留了FITC优良的固体基质室温磷光性质,λ m0643em^(max)=525/650nm,其RTP强度与其浓度线性相关,并有很高的灵敏度,更为重要的是,免疫反应及其RTP检测能结合于同一基质,方便地相继完成,在聚酰胺膜(PM)上,以Pb(Ac)2为重原子微扰剂,稀释比为1:10(ψ)的GAHAb-FITC,RAGAb-FITC及其与人IgG形成的免疫复合物均能发射较强制 RTP信号并有较长的RTP寿命,本结果为建立相应的固体基质室温磷光免疫分析(SS-RTP-IA)新方法奠定了相应的实验基础。 相似文献

Summary In this paper we report on the frequency dependence of the AC conductivity of porous silicon in the range 10 Hz-100 kHz. Two
types of testing devices have been fabricated on three different series of samples formed electrochemically using as a starting
materialptype,n
−-type andn
+-type silicon substrates. For frequencies less than 20-40 kHz the conductivity is found to follow a sublinear frequency dependence.
This behaviour is typical of a carrier transport mechanism determined by an anomalous diffusion process. At higher frequencies
we find that surface states influence the transport mechanism. This suggests a double-channel transport mechanism: one related
to porous-silicon “volume” properties and the other more connected to the “surface” itself.

New excited states have been observed in the neutron deficient isotope 98Ag following the 58Ni+50Cr →108Te* heavy–ion reaction. One of these states may be interpreted as a maximum spin aligned state of the πg9/2
−3νg7/2 configuration. Other possible interpretations within the nuclear shell model are discussed as well.

We describe the construction of Total Differential (TD) three-phase data for the implementation of the exact global pressure formulation for the modeling of three-phase compressible flow in porous media. This global formulation is preferred since it reduces the coupling between the pressure and saturation equations, compared to phase or weighted formulations. It simplifies the numerical analysis of the problem and boosts its computational efficiency. However, this global pressure approach exists only for three-phase data (relative permeabilities, capillary pressures) which satisfy a TD condition. Such TD three-phase data are determined by the choice of a global capillary pressure function and a global mobility function, which take both saturations and global pressure level as argument. Boundary conditions for global capillary pressure and global mobility are given such that the corresponding three-phase data are consistent with a given set of three two-phase data. The numerical construction of global capillary pressure and global mobility functions by C1 and C0 finite element is then performed using bi-Laplacian and Laplacian interpolation. Medical interest in nanotechnology originates from a belief that nanoscale therapeutic devices can be constructed and directed
towards its target inside the human body. Such nanodevices can be engineered by coupling superparamagnetic nanoparticle to
biomedically active proteins. We hereby report the immobilization of a PhEst, a S-formylglutathione hydrolase from the psychrophilic
P. haloplanktis TAC125 onto the gold coated surface of modified superparamagnetic core-shell nanoparticles (Fe3O4@Au). The synthesis of the nanoparticles is also reported. S-formylglutathione hydrolases constitute a family of ubiquitous
enzymes which play a key role in formaldehyde detoxification both in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. PhEst was originally annotated
as a putative feruloyl esterase, an enzyme that releases ferulic acid (an antioxidant reactive towards free radicals such
as reactive oxygen species) from polysaccharides esters. Dynamic light scattering, scanning electron microscopy with energy
dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, UV–visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, magnetic separation technique
and enzyme catalytic assay confirmed the chemical composition of the gold covered superparamagnetic nanoparticles, the binding
and activity of the enzyme onto the nanoparticles. Activity data in U/ml confirmed that the immobilized enzyme is approximately
2 times more active than the free enzyme in solution. Such particles can be directed with external magnetic fields for bio-separation

extended level scheme has been constructed up to E

On the basis of γγ-coincidence relations and angular distribution ratios a significantly extended level scheme was constructed up to E x = 9 MeV and J π = (33/2?).
