Summary In presence of nickel or palladium catalysts, nucleophiles can attack vinylcyclopropanes with concomitant ring cleavage. With palladium catalysts in presence of appropriate substituents the terminal carbon atom of the resulting open chain is able to add to two molecules of a conjugated diene giving rise to long-chain unsaturated compounds.  相似文献

The preparation of some 3,7-disubstituted-5,6-dihydroquino[3,2-c][1,8]naphthyridines ( 6 ) by the condensation of 7-substituted-2,3-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridin-4-(1H)ones ( 5 ) with o-aminoacetophenone or o-aminobenzophenone is described. All the 5,6-dihydroderivatives 6 were transformed into the fully aromatic compounds 7 by heating with nitrobenzene. Only a few quino[3,2-c][1,8]naphthyridines were previously described.  相似文献

Some new 1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazines were prepared starting from the corresponding 1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-d]pyridazines via the formation of the 1,2,4-triazole ring, by condensation of an appropriate monocarbon fragment with the 4-hydrazino substituent and the nitrogen atom in the 5 position of the heterocycle. Condensation of 4-phenylhydrazino substituted derivatives with formic acid gave zwitterionic compounds.  相似文献

Hybrid density functional theory (B3LYP) method allows the study of the role of metal ions (Li(+)) in the regioselective opening of 2,3-epoxy alcohols with lithium halides (Cl, Br, I) to the corresponding halohydrins. The theoretical results largely confirm the experimental results, especially with regards to the regioselectivity observed in the opening of the oxirane ring. The C3 halogen attack is always preferred to the C2 attack, with a significant difference in the TS structures with the reaction pathway under kinetic control. The central role of the lithium cation, linked to the oxygen atoms of the epoxy alcohol, is well documented in the reaction mechanisms presented. The energy differences between the two structures of the proposed TS appear to be ascribed to the different contribution of the X-H-O hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl groups of the reactant and the incoming halogen nucleophile.  相似文献

Title compounds bearing substituents on C(2), C(6) and C(8) were prepared from a newly synthesized pyrimidine derivative 11. The new pyrimidine 11 was generated from compound 2 through two different synthetic schemes. In one pathway, compound 2 was nitrosated, reduced and alkylated to produce com pounds 9 , 10 and 11 respectively (Scheme). In an alternate route using compound 2 as the starting material, a coupling reaction using the diazonium salt derived from p‐methylaniline afforded the azo derivative 7 , which was subsequently alkylated and reductively cleaved to form compounds 8 and 11 respectively (See Scheme). Compound 11 was annulated to the corresponding hypoxanthine derivatives 12–14 ; compounds 12 and 13 were chlorinated with phosphorus oxychloride, then reacted with amines to yield compound 17 and 20 respectively. Compounds 21 , 22 and 23 were obtained by oxidation of the corresponding sulfide as depicted in Scheme. Alkylation of the thiol function of 1 gave a mixture of 3 and 4. Compound 3 was chlo rinated to 5. Nitration of 5 resulted in electrophilic aromatic substitution of the aryl ring and concomitant oxidation of the sulfide to the sulfoxide, producing 6.  相似文献

As taurine is a very important compound involved in a large number of metabolic processes, it is naturally present in the mammal tissues and is often deliberately added in some foods as a fortifying component. A detailed knowledge of taurine metabolic roles in biological systems can be obtained only if a sensitive, reliable and rapid analytical method is available. This article describes the successful application of high-performance anion-exchange chromatography coupled with integrated pulsed amperometric detection (HPAEC-IPAD) for taurine determination in egg white and yolk samples, as well extracts of human serum and urine. Applications are shown for determination of taurine in soft drinks and pharmaceutical preparations where the taurine content was evaluated by standard additions. These results were achieved without prior derivatization of taurine.  相似文献

Biowaste-derived substances isolated from green compost (BBS-GC) are environmentally friendly reactants similar to humic substances, which contain multiple functionalities, that are suitable for adsorbing different kinds of pollutants in wastewater. Herein, sodium alginate (derived from brown algae) cross-linked with both Ca2+ ions and BBS-GC in the form of hydrogels and dried films are proposed as green, easy-to-form, and handleable materials for tertiary water treatments. The results show that both hydrogels and films are mechanically stable and can effectively remove differently charged dyes through an adsorption mechanism that can be described by the Freundlich model. BBS-GC-containing gels always performed better than samples prepared without BBS-GC, revealing that such unconventional materials can integrate waste valorization and water decontamination, potentially providing social and environmental benefits.  相似文献

Two synthetic precursor peptides, H2N-CVGIW and H2N-LVMCCVGIW, involved in the quorum sensing of Lactobacillus plantarum WCFS1, were characterized by mass spectrometry (MS) with electrospray ionization and 7-T Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (ESI-FTICR) instrument. Cell-free bacterial supernatant solutions were analyzed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography with ESI-FTICR MS to verify the occurrence of both pentapeptide and nonapeptide in the bacterial broth. The structural characterization of both protonated peptides was performed by infrared multiphoton dissociation using a continuous CO2 laser source at a wavelength of 10.6 μm. As their fragmentation behavior cannot be directly derived from the primary peptide structure, all anomalous fragments were interpreted as neutral loss of amino acids from the interior of both peptides, i.e., loss of V, G, VG and M, MC, V, CC, from H2N-CVGIW and H2N-LVMCCVGIW, respectively. Mechanisms of this scrambling are proposed. FTICR MS provides accurate masses of all fragment ions with very low absolute mass errors (<1.6 ppm), which facilitated the reliable assignment of their elemental compositions. The resolving power was more than sufficient to resolve closely isobaric product ions with routine subparts per million mass accuracies. Only the occurrence of pentapeptide was found in the cell-free culture of L. plantarum, grown in Waymouth’s medium broth, with a low content of 5.2?±?2.6 μM by external calibration. Most of it was present as oxidized H2N-CVGIW, that is, the soluble disulfide pentapeptide with a level tenfold higher (i.e., 50?±?4 μM, n?=?3).
