Three cis-dioxovanadium(V) complexes with similar N-salicylidenehydrazide ligands modeling hydrogen bonding interactions of vanadate relevant for vanadium haloperoxidases are studied by (51)V solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Their parameters describing the quadrupolar and chemical shift anisotropy interactions (quadrupolar coupling constant C(Q), asymmetry of the quadrupolar tensor eta(Q), isotropic chemical shift delta(iso), chemical shift anisotropy delta(sigma), asymmetry of the chemical shift tensor eta(sigma) and the Euler angles alpha, beta and gamma) are determined both experimentally and theoretically using DFT methods. A comparative study of different methods to determine the NMR parameters by numerical simulation of the spectra is presented. Detailed theoretical investigations on the DFT level using various basis sets and structural models show that by useful choice of the methodology, the calculated parameters agree to the experimental ones in a very good manner.  相似文献

The detection and quantification of nut allergens remains a major challenge. The liquid chroma-tography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is emerging as one of the most widely used methods, but sample preparation prior to the analysis is still a key issue. The objective of this work was to establish optimized protocols for extraction, tryptic digestion and LC-MS analysis of almond, cashew, hazelnut, peanut, pistachio and walnut samples. Ammonium bicar-bonate/urea extraction (Ambi/urea), SDS buffer extraction (SDS), polyvinylpolypyrroli-done (PVPP) extraction, trichloroacetic acid/acetone extraction (TCA/acetone) and chloro-form/methanol/sodium chloride precipitation (CM/NaCl) as well as the performances of con-ventional tryptic digestion and microwave-assisted breakdown were investigated. Overall, the protein extraction yields ranged from 14.9 ± 0.5 (almond extract from CM/NaCl) to 76.5 ± 1.3% (hazelnut extract from Ambi/urea). Electrophoretic profiling showed that the SDS extraction method clearly presented a high amount of extracted proteins in the range of 0–15 kDa, 15–35 kDa, 35–70 kDa and 70–250 kDa compared to the other methods. The linearity of the LC-MS methods in the range of 0 to 0.4 µg equivalent defatted nut flour was assessed and recovery of internal standards GWGG and DPLNV(d8)LKPR ranged from 80 to 120%. The identified bi-omarkers peptides were used to relatively quantifier selected allergenic protein form the inves-tigated nut samples. Considering the overall results, it can be concluded that SDS buffer allows a better protein extraction from almond, peanut and walnut samples while PVPP buffer is more appropriate for cashew, pistachio and hazelnut samples. It was also found that conventional overnight digestion is indicated for cashew, pistachio and hazelnut samples, while microwave assisted tryptic digestion is recommended for almond, hazelnut and peanut extracts.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of (aqua)bis(cyclopentadienyl)chlorotitanium(IV) trifluoromethanesulfonate, bis(aqua)bis(cyclopentadienyl)titanium(IV) bis(trifluoromethanesul-fonate) and bis(cyclopentadienyl)bis(trifluoromethanesulfonato)titanium(IV) show a pseudo-tetrahedral array of Cp ring centroids and oxygen or oxygen and chloride donors around titanium, and varied long-range packing motifs dependent on the availability of hydrogen bond acceptors within the lattice.  相似文献

Imine‐to‐amine conversion with catalytic instead of stoichiometric quantities of LiAlH4 is demonstrated (85 °C, catalyst loading≥2.5 mol %, pressure≥1 bar). The effects of temperature, pressure, solvent, and catalyst modifications, as well as the substrate scope are discussed. Experimental investigations and preliminary DFT calculations suggest that the catalytically active species is generated in situ: LiAlH4+Ph(H)C=NtBu→LiAlH2[N(tBu)CH2Ph]2. A cooperative mechanism in which Li and Al both play a prominent role is proposed.  相似文献

Phase equilibrium measurements, correlations and predictions are presented for the binary systems (R,S)-1-phenylethanol/CO2 and vinyl acetate/CO2 and for the ternary system vinyl acetate/(R,S)-1-phenylethanol/CO2. Experiments for the ternary system were performed in the temperature range of 323–343 K and in the pressure range of 7–12 MPa, using a high pressure phase equilibrium apparatus with a high pressure visual variable volume cell. Phase compositions were determined by taking samples of each phase and analysing them by gas chromatography. Equilibrium data were correlated with the Peng–Robinson equation of state combined with the Mathias–Klotz–Prausnitz mixing rule. A good correlation of both phases behaviour was obtained with an average absolute deviation (AAD) of 6.80%. Predictions for the binary sub-systems and for the ternary system were performed using the Peng–Robinson and the Soave–Redlich–Kwong equation of state, with the predictive mixing rule MHV1.  相似文献

Using solid-state NMR spectroscopy, we have detected and characterized ultrafast intramolecular proton tautomerism in the N-H-N hydrogen bonds of solid N, N'-diphenyl-6-aminofulvene-1-aldimine ( I) on the microsecond-to-picosecond time scale. (15)N cross-polarization magic-angle-spinning NMR experiments using (1)H decoupling performed on polycrystalline I- (15)N 2 and the related compound N-phenyl- N'-(1,3,4-triazole)-6-aminofulvene-1-aldimine ( II) provided information about the thermodynamics of the tautomeric processes. We found that II forms only a single tautomer but that the gas-phase degeneracy of the two tautomers of I is lifted by solid-state interactions. Rate constants, including H/D kinetic isotope effects (KIEs), on the microsecond-to-picosecond time scale were obtained by measuring and analyzing the longitudinal (15)N and (2)H relaxation times of I- (15)N 2, I- (15)N 2- d 10, and I- (15)N 2- d 1 over a wide temperature range. In addition to the microcrystalline modification, a novel amorphous modification of I was found and studied. In this modification, proton transfer is much faster than in the crystalline form. For both modifications, we observed large H/D KIEs that were temperature-dependent at high temperatures and temperature-independent at low temperatures. These findings are interpreted in terms of a simple quasiclassical tunneling model proposed by Bell and modified by Limbach. We obtained evidence that a reorganization energy is necessary in order to compress the N-H-N hydrogen bond and achieve a molecular configuration in which the barrier for H transfer is reduced and tunneling or an over-barrier reaction can occur.  相似文献
