Distribution behavior of Ce(III), Am(III), and Cm(III) between tri-n-butyl phosphate solution and molten calcium nitrate hydrate Ca(NO3)2·RH2O or molten calcium chloride hydrate CaCl2·RH2O was studied radiochemically. In Ca(NO3)2·RH2O systems, maximum separation factors of Ce and Cm to Am were observed to be 12 (Ce/Am) and 1.7 (Cm/Am). The distribution ratios of these elements increased with the decrease of water activity in the hydrates, and the extractabilities at the water deficient region was less sensitive compared to those at the water abundant region. This trend was similar to the coordination circumstance change observed in electronic absorption spectra of Nd(III) in the hydrates.  相似文献

We observed in situ growth of a single graphene sheet on Ni(111) by low‐energy electron microscopy. The sheet was grown epitaxially beyond the steps on the substrate. The crystalline shapes of graphene islands were clearly seen; the straight edges of the island are crossed at either 60 or 120°, and the linear edges shifted perpendicular to the edge keeping the equilibrium shape. Graphene islands were united to form a single sheet without any grain boundaries and any wrinkles. The Ni substrate of several centimeters in size was covered with a single‐domain graphene sheet. The kinetic energy inequality is alternatively proved which yields Lieb's boundN < 2Z + 1 on the maximum negative ionization of an atom with nucleus chargeZ andN electrons when the kinetic energy operator is the nonrelativistic or relativistic magnetic Schrödinger operator. It is seen to follow from the free case where the vector potential vanishes. An operator norm estimate of the difference between the Kac operator and the Schrödinger semigroup is proved and used to give a variant of the Trotter product formula for Schrödinger operators in theL p operator norm. This extends Helffer’s result in theL 2 operator norm to the case in theL p operator norm for more general scalar potentials and with vector potentials. (6R)‐L‐erythro‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) is an essential cofactor for aromatic amino acid hydroxylases, such as phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH), tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), tryptophan hydroxylase, and nitric oxide synthase, which catalyze physiologically important reactions in mammals. The biosynthesis and metabolism of BH4 is usually studied mostly in the liver and only slightly in the brain, as the BH4 level in the liver is relatively high because BH4 is required for the reaction of PAH. We found that GTP (guanosine triphosphate) cyclohydrolase I, an enzyme for the biosynthesis of BH4, is a causative gene for DOPA (3,4‐dihydroxyphenylalanine)‐responsive dystonia (also called Segawa's disease), and that partial deficiency of BH4 leads to the dysfunction of the nigrostriatal dopaminergic neurons without hyperphenylalaninemia. We analyzed BH4‐deficient mice that were produced by disruption of a BH4‐synthesizing gene by a gene‐knockout technique. We found that the protein amount of TH was highly dependent on the amount of BH4, especially in nerve terminals. Our research suggests that BH4 metabolism in the brain should be different from that in the liver, and that altered metabolism of BH4 should lead to neuropsychiatric disorders including Parkinson's disease. © 2008 The Japan Chemical Journal Forum and Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Lattice fermion formulation is investigated using a solvable model which resembles quantum chromodynamics. CP2N?1 models with quarks are formulated on a lattice. For dynamical quarks, a generalized formulation of the Wilson and the Osterwalder-Seiler lattice fermion is used. In the 1N expansion, the spontaneous breakdown of chiral symmetry (which is softly broken by the quark mass) apparently occurs in this model, and the “pion” mass is calculated. From the above results, it is shown that the above lattice fermion formulations have the desired continuum limit. The axial-vector current is investigated and it is proved that the usual anomaly appears in the continuum limit and the PCAC relation is satisfied.  相似文献

Summary A sensitive method for the hydride generation and graphite tube furnace atomic absorption spectrometric measurements with a reducing tube using mixed gas (CH4 10% + Ar 90%) as sweeper gas has been developed for the determination of germanium. Germanium hydrides were generated in a horizontal glass tube, in which a pellet of NaBH4 was placed. 0.61/min of sweeper gas flow rate, 2,700° C of atomization temperature and 2.5–3 M of acidity range were the best experimental conditions. The strong supression of the germanium signal by Ni and Co was effectively eliminated with 1,10-phenanthroline and thiosemicarbazide was comparatively effective for Au. The reducing tube used in this technique is extremely simple and can be connected to all the types of graphite furnaces. A detection limit of 2 ng was obtained with a precision of 3–4%
Germaniumbestimmung durch Hydriderzeugung im Reduktionsrohr und nachfolgende Graphitofen-AAS mit CH4/Ar als Spülgas
Zusammenfassung Bei dem beschriebenen Verfahren werden die Hydride in einem horizontalen Glasrohr erzeugt, das eine NaBH4-Perle enthält. Als optimale experimentelle Bedingungen ergaben sich: Spülgas (0,61/min) aus 10% CH4 und 90% Ar, Atomisierungstemperatur 2700° C, 2,5–3 M Säure. Die starke Beeinflussung des Ge-Signals durch Ni und Co wurde mit Hilfe von 1,10-Phenanthrolin eliminiert, die Störung durch Au mit Hilfe von Thiosemicarbazid. Das verwendete Reduktionsrohr ist sehr einfach und kann für alle Arten von Graphitöfen benutzt werden. Die Nachweisgrenze beträgt 2 ng, die Reproduzierbarkeit 3–4%.
