We show that the profile of the tree constructed by the depth first search algorithm in the giant component of an Erd?s‐Rényi graph with N vertices and connection probability c/N with c > 1 converges to an explicit deterministic shape. This makes it possible to exhibit a long nonintersecting path of length , where ρc is the density of the giant component and Li2 denotes the dilogarithm function.  相似文献

A novel and facile approach to 3-allyl-2-aminoindoles via the copper-catalyzed reaction of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines with allyltrimethylsilane is described. The domino reaction proceeds efficiently in one-pot and shows broad substrate scope with respect to the diazo substrates. Furthermore, the synthesized 3-allyl-2-aminoindoles can be conveniently transformed into 3-allyl-3-hydroxylindolin-2-imines and 3-allyl-3-fluoroindolin-2-imines.  相似文献

A direct and highly enantioselective reaction of N-azidoacetyl-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione with trimethyl orthoformate catalyzed by Tol-BINAPNiCl2 in the presence of TESOTf and 2,6-lutidine is reported. The heterocyclic scaffold can be easily removed by addition of a wide array of amines to give the corresponding enantiomerically pure 2-azido-3,3-dimethoxypropanamides in high yields. Appropriate manipulation of the N-benzyl amide derivative provides an efficient access to the antiepileptic agent lacosamide through a new enantioselective C−C bond-forming process. DFT computational studies uncover clues for the understanding of the remarkable stereocontrol of the addition of a nickel(II) enolate to a putative oxocarbenium intermediate from trimethyl orthoformate.  相似文献

Using angle-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ARXPS), we investigate the topmost nanometers of various binary ionic liquid (IL) mixtures at different temperatures in the liquid state. The mixtures consist of ILs with the same [PF6] anion but two different cations, namely 3-methyl-1-(3,3,4,4,4-pentafluorobutyl)imidazolium hexafluorophosphate, [PFBMIm][PF6], and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, [C4C1Im][PF6], with 10, 25, 50 and 75 mol % content of [PFBMIm][PF6]. We observe a preferential enrichment of the fluorinated chain in the topmost layer, relative to the bulk composition, which is most pronounced for the lowest content of [PFBMIm][PF6]. Upon cooling the mixtures stepwise from 95 °C until surface charging effects in XPS indicate solidification, we observe a pronounced increase in surface enrichment of the fluorinated chain with decreasing temperature in the liquid state. In contrast to the mixtures with lower [PFBMIm][PF6] contents, cooling the 75 mol % mixture additionally shows an abrupt decrease of the fluorinated chain signal before complete solidification occurs, which is assigned to partial precipitation effects.  相似文献

4-amino-3-aminopyrazole-8-trinitropyrazolo-[5, 1-c] [1, 2, 4]triazine (PTX, C5H2N8O6) has good detonation performance, thermal stability and low mechanical sensitivity, which endow it with good development prospects in insensitive ammunition applications. To study the effects of polymerization on the decomposition of PTX, the reaction processes of PTX at different conditions were simulated by quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics methods. In this paper, the effects of polymerization on the decomposition of PTX were studied in terms of species information, reaction path of PTX, bond formation and bond cleavage, evolution of small molecules and clusters, and kinetic parameters at different stages. The results show that under the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the initial reaction path of unimolecular PTX in the thermal decomposition is mainly the cleavage of C−NO2 bonds. At the same time, there are many polymerization reactions in thermal decomposition process, which may greatly affect the reaction rate and path. The higher the degree of polymerization, the larger equilibrium value of potential energy, the less energy release of thermal decomposition. Compared with the activation energy of other explosives, the activation energy of PTX is higher than that of β-HMX and lower than that of TNT.  相似文献

N-ZIF-(1:0)@NiCo-LDH, N-ZIF-(1:3.5)@NiCo-LDH and N-ZIF-(0:1)@NiCo-LDH were prepared by mixing solvents in various volume ratios (Vmethanol:Vwater = 1:0, 1:3.5 and 0:1) when synthesizing precursors. These composite materials were characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopies, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, and investigated as catalysts for reduction of 4-nitrophenol, methyl orange and methylene blue. The NaBH4 concentration as an important factor that may affect catalytic activity for reduction of 4-nitrophenol was examined. Under optimal experimental conditions, the excellent catalytic activity of the N-ZIF-(0:1)@NiCo-LDH composite, compared to that of N-ZIF-(1:0)@NiCo-LDH and N-ZIF-(1:3.5)@NiCo-LDH composites, could be attributed to the presence of graphitic nitrogen. In addition, compared with previously reported catalysts, all catalysts prepared show excellent catalytic activity owing to the unique structure exposing more active sites.  相似文献

Monge’s disease (chronic mountain sickness (CMS)) is a maladaptive condition caused by chronic (years) exposure to high-altitude hypoxia. One of the defining features of CMS is excessive erythrocytosis with extremely high hematocrit levels. In the Andean population, CMS prevalence is vastly different between males and females, being rare in females. Furthermore, there is a sharp increase in CMS incidence in females after menopause. In this study, we assessed the role of sex hormones (testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen) in CMS and non-CMS cells using a well-characterized in vitro erythroid platform. While we found that there was a mild (nonsignificant) increase in RBC production with testosterone, we observed that estrogen, in physiologic concentrations, reduced sharply CD235a+ cells (glycophorin A; a marker of RBC), from 56% in the untreated CMS cells to 10% in the treated CMS cells, in a stage-specific and dose-responsive manner. At the molecular level, we determined that estrogen has a direct effect on GATA1, remarkably decreasing the messenger RNA (mRNA) and protein levels of GATA1 (p < 0.01) and its target genes (Alas2, BclxL, and Epor, p < 0.001). These changes result in a significant increase in apoptosis of erythroid cells. We also demonstrate that estrogen regulates erythropoiesis in CMS patients through estrogen beta signaling and that its inhibition can diminish the effects of estrogen by significantly increasing HIF1, VEGF, and GATA1 mRNA levels. Taken altogether, our results indicate that estrogen has a major impact on the regulation of erythropoiesis, particularly under chronic hypoxic conditions, and has the potential to treat blood diseases, such as high altitude severe erythrocytosis.Subject terms: Haematopoietic stem cells, Myeloproliferative disease  相似文献
