The high-yield synthesis of 2-trimcthylsilylbenzothiazole is described, and the labile nature of this silicon-helerocyclic bond is proved when cleavage is affected by aldehydes, acid halides, chloro-formates and anhydrides. In this paper an application of new procedures for atmospheric particulate analysis is illustrated. PM10, PAHs (benzo[a]anthracene (BaA), benzo[b]fluoranthene (BbF), benzo[j]fluoranthene (BjF), benzo[k]fluoranthene (BkF), benzo[a]pyrene (BaP), indeno[1, 2, 3-cd]pyrene (Ip), dibenzo[a, h]anthracene (DbA)) and heavy metals (Cu, Ni, Zn, Co, Mn, Cd, Fe and Pb) were investigated. PM10 determination was performed by gravimetric method, PAHs were measured by GC-MS, and heavy metals by HPIC. Alkalophylic bacilli that produce cyclodextringlycosyltransferase (CGTase) were isolated from Brazilian soil, with a scheme
of two plating steps. In the first step, the bacterial isolate forms a halo in the cultivation medium that contains γ-cyclodextrin
(CD) complexing dyes. The CGTase of an isolate was purified 157-fold by biospecific affinity chromatography, with β-CD showing
a mol wt of 77,580 Daltons. It produces a γ- to β-CD ratio of 0.156 and a small amount of α-CD, using maltodextrin 10% as
substrate, at 50°C, pH 8.0 and 22 h reaction time, reaching 21.4% conversion of the substrate to cyclodextrins. In the second
screening step, the isolates chosen give larger halos with β-CD complexing dyes, and smaller halos with β-CD complexing dyes,
leading to a 30% improvement in γ-CD selectivity, although at lower total yield for cyclodextrins (11.5%). 相似文献

In the title compound, N‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐4‐nitrobenzylideneamine, C14H12N2O3, the two phenyl rings make a dihedral angle of 48.0 (2)° and the nitro group is at an angle of 6.5 (1)° with respect to its attached phenyl ring. In the crystal structure, molecules are related as centrosymmetric pairs through π–π interactions and are further connected through strong C—H?O hydrogen bonds [C?O 3.4259 (17) Å and C—H?O 167°], forming molecular stacks along [100]. These stacks associate further through longer C—H?O interactions, forming two‐dimensional networks. In the c direction, there are only weak van der Waals interactions. The relationship between the molecular planarity and its centrosymmetry is also briefly described. 相似文献

A theoretical study of the polymerization reaction mechanism of maleic anhydride (MA) initiated by hydrate is presented. The reaction pathway has been studied with the density functional theory (DFT) method at the B3LYP/6‐311G** level. The geometrical parameters of transition states (TS) are optimized; intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) calculations have also been performed to obtain further credible features. Frequency analyses of all the stationary points are calculated at the same basis sets. The total energies of all geometries are corrected at second‐order Møller–Plesset (MP2)/6‐311G**. Cyproterone acetate (CPA) is a steroidal antiandrogen with a progestogenic activity. Given that this molecule has a very poor water solubility (2.1 g/mL), different cyclodextrins (CDs) were tested to form inclusion complexes and to increase solubility. Two different techniques were compared to study the affinity between CPA and CDs: phase-solubility studies and NMR spectroscopy. The stoichiometry and the stability constant could be determined for most complexes with the aid of phase-solubility studies. The greatest increase in solubility was achieved with the methylated -CDs, but hydroxypropylated - and -CDs also gave enhanced solubilities. 1H-NMR studies showed a solubility increase similar to that found with phase-solubility studies. The proof of inclusion in the2,6-dimethyl--CD (DIMEB) was shown by 1H-NMR and t-ROESY spectra. 相似文献

A new and chemoselective method for the cleavage of alkyl and cyclic acetals and ketals at room temperature in wet nitromethane by using catalytic cerium(III) trifluoromethane sulfonate is presented. The chemical synthesis of 3′-deoxyadenyly-(2′-5′)-3′-deoxyadenylyl-(2′-5′)-3′-deoxyadenosine ( 30 ; trimeric cordycepin) is described by three different routes using various protecting groups and applying the phosphotriester approach. The intermediates have been isolated and characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic means.
