The problem of arsenic interference in the analysis of Cd to evaluate its extractability in soils contaminated by arsenic 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The arsenic (As) spectral interference observed in the determination of cadmium (Cd) by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was studied in atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) using flame (FAAS) and graphite furnace (GFAAS) as atomizers. The soils of 15 kitchen gardens located near two smelters in the North of France were selected according the ratio As/Cd. Four different extracting solutions usually used to evaluate the mobility of Cd were chosen to extract Cd from these soil samples: citric acid 0.11 M, acetic acid 0.11 M, calcium chloride 0.01 M and water. The quantitative determinations of Cd in the 15 soils for each solvent were investigated by ICP-AES at two lines (228.802 and 214.438 nm) and by FAAS or GFAAS with two-way background compensation. Compared to the Cd concentrations measured in the acid solutions and in the CaCl2 solution after the addition of a chemical modifier, it was clearly demonstrated that the high-speed self-reversal background compensation (HSSR-method) was the method of choice to eliminate the spectral interference of As during Cd determination by FAAS and by GFAAS. In water, it was shown that the deuterium lamp used for the background compensation (D2-method) was able to eliminate the most of the As interference. In comparison with Cd concentrations in water after adding a chemical modifier, those obtained with the HSSR-method were similar and a very good correlation was obtained between these two methods (R2 = 0.995). It was therefore established that the HSSR-method would be able to replace the chemical modifiers to eliminate As interference in the determination of Cd-extractable from As contaminated soils. 相似文献

The new U(VI) compound, [Ni(H2O)4]3[U(OH,H2O)(UO2)8O12(OH)3], was synthesized by mild hydrothermal reaction of uranyl and nickel nitrates. The crystal-structure was solved in the P-1 space group, a=8.627(2), b=10.566(2), c=12.091(4) Å and α=110.59(1), β=102.96(2), γ=105.50(1)°, R=0.0539 and wR=0.0464 from 3441 unique observed reflections and 151 parameters. The structure of the title compound is built from sheets of uranium polyhedra closely related to that in β-U3O8. Within the sheets [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids share equatorial edges to form chains, which are cross-linked by [(UO2)O4] and [UO4(H2O)(OH)] square bipyramids and through hydroxyl groups shared between [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids. The sheets are pillared by sharing the apical oxygen atoms of the [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids with the oxygen atoms of [NiO2(H2O)4] octahedral units. That builds a three-dimensional framework with water molecules pointing towards the channels. On heating [Ni(H2O)4]3[U(OH,H2O)(UO2)8O12(OH)3] decomposes into NiU3O10. 相似文献

A series of novel TIQ based N,N′-oxide ligands were synthesised and screened for their catalytic activity in the enantioselective conjugate addition of thioglycolate to chalcones. Bulky groups on the side chain of the TIQ backbone provided the highest enantioselectivity of up to 88% with 10 mol % catalyst loading. It was also observed that these reactions proceeded optimally in the presence of dichloromethane as a solvent. Thermodynamic instability of positive electrodes (cathodes) in Li-ion batteries in humid air and battery solutions results in capacity fading and batteries degradation, especially at elevated temperatures. In this work, we studied thermal interactions between cathode materials Li2MnO3, xLi2MnO3 .(1???x)Li(MnNiCo)O2,LiNi0.33Mn0.33Co0.33O2, LiNi0.4Mn0.4Co0.2O2, LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 LiMn1.5Ni0.5O4, LiMn(or Fe)PO4, and battery solutions containing ethylene carbonate (EC) or propylene carbonate (PC), dimethyl carbonate (DMC) or ethylmethyl carbonate (EMC) and LiPF6 salt in the temperature range of 40–400 °C. It was found that these materials are stable chemically and well performing in LiPF6-based solutions up to 60 °C. The thermal decomposition of the electrolyte solutions starts >180 °C. The macro-structural transformations of cathode materials upon exothermic reactions were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray difraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies have shown that the exothermic reactions in the temperature range of 60–140 °C lead to partial decomposition of both the cathode material and electrolyte solution. The systems thus formed consisted of partially decomposed solutions and partially chemically delithiated cathode materials covered by reactions products. Thermal reactions terminate and this system reaches equilibrium at about 120 °C. It remains stable up to the beginning of the solution decomposition at about 180 °C. The increased content of surface Li2CO3 is found to significantly affect the thermal processes at high temperature range due to extensive exothermic decomposition at low temperatures. 相似文献

The rhombohedral modification of the thiospinel, CuZr1.86(1)S4, has been synthesized by the reaction of the constituent elements in an alkali metal halide flux and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The title compound crystallizes in the rhombohedral space group (#166, a=7.3552(2) Å, c=35.832(2) Å, V=1678.76(13) Å3, Z=12, and R/wR=0.0239/0.0624). The structure is composed of close packed S layers, with a stacking order of ?ABCBCABABCACAB?·along the c axis. The Zr and Cu atoms occupy the octahedral and tetrahedral holes between S layers, respectively. Three different kinds of S-M-S layers exist in the structure: layer I has fully occupied Zr and Cu sites, layer II has fully occupied Zr sites but no Cu, and layer III has partially occupied Zr and fully occupied Cu sites. Transport and optical properties indicate that the title compound is a small band gap (1.26 eV) n-type semiconductor. 相似文献

The thermoelectric properties of Pb0.5Sn0.5Te doped with In at 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0×1019/cm3 and sintered at a high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) of 4.0 GPa and 800 or 900 °C, respectively, have been studied. All samples show p-type semiconducting behavior with positive thermopower. We find that HPHT sintering of conventionally synthesized materials improves their thermoelectric properties. The highest power factor is obtained for In doping of 2.0×1019/cm3 with 13.5 μW/cm K2 at 230 °C. The corresponding figure of merit is 1.43×10−3/K. This represents a twofold improvement in thermoelectric figure of merit, compared to the conventionally sintered materials reported in the literature. When exposed to 400 °C for 10 days, samples sintered at 900 °C exhibit more stable thermoelectric properties, while the properties of those sintered at 800 °C deteriorated. These results demonstrate that HPHT sintering is a viable and controllable way of tuning the thermoelectric properties of PbTe-based materials. 相似文献

The liquid-liquid extraction behavior of Hg(II) from aqueous acidic chloride solutions has been investigated by tracer techniques using dialkylsulphides (R2S) namely, dibutylsulphide (DBS) and dioctylsulphide (DOS) as extractants. These extraction data have been analyzed by both graphical and theoretical methods by taking into account complexation of the metal ion in the aqueous phase with inorganic ligands and all plausible complexes extracted into the organic phase. using steady-state irradiation experiments. Evidence for oxidative quenching by iron(III) complexes was obtained, though the
spin multiplicities of the excited electronic states of iron(III) complexes permit both energy and electron transfer mechanisms
