Variously substituted aziridines were conveniently prepared by an aza-Michael Initiated Ring Closure (aza-MIRC) reaction starting from vinyl selenones and primary amines, aminoalcohols or diamines. The reactions proceed in very high yields at room temperature in toluene or water. A significant rate acceleration was observed under aqueous conditions.  相似文献

A protocol for the one-pot synthesis of internal alkynes from 1,1-dibromoalkenes is reported. The method is hinged upon the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of 2-aryl- or 2-heteroaryl-1,1-dibromoalkenes with aryl or heteroaryl boronic acids or borate esters followed by dehydrobromination of the intermediate coupled products. The adsorption of myoglobin (Mb) onto phosphate grafted-zirconia (ZrO2-P) nanoparticles was studied in terms of conformational studies and thermal stability, determined by circular dichroism (CD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The changes in protein structure have been correlated with the catalytic activity of free and adsorbed Mb. CD and DSC studies indicate marked rearrangements in Mb structure upon adsorption onto phosphate-grafted zirconia nanoparticles. These structural rearrangements of Mb could be responsible for the loss of catalytic activity observed for the adsorbed Mb. In particular, the conformational changes due to the adsorption process induced a reduction of kcat and KM. AFM measurements indicate that the interaction with the grafted-zirconia nanoparticles also affects the morphology of the bound protein, inducing the nucleation of prefibrillar-like aggregates.  相似文献

Anionic carbosilane dendrons decorated with sulfonate functions and one thiol moiety at the focal point have been used to synthesize water‐soluble gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) through the direct reaction of dendrons, gold precursor, and reducing agent in water, and also through a place‐exchange reaction. These nanoparticles have been characterized by NMR spectroscopy, TEM, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV/Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and zeta‐potential measurements. The interacting ability of the anionic sulfonate functions was investigated by EPR spectroscopy with copper(II) as a probe. Different structures and conformations of the AuNPs modulate the availability of sulfonate and thiol groups for complexation by copper(II). Toxicity assays of AuNPs showed that those produced through direct reaction were less toxic than those obtained by ligand exchange. Inhibition of HIV‐1 infection was higher in the case of dendronized AuNPs than in dendrons.  相似文献

Myoglobin (Mb) from gastropod mollusc Aplysia limacina shows only 20% sequence homology to the 'prototype' sperm whale Mb but exhibits a typical Mb fold and can reversibly bind oxygen. An intriguing feature of aplysia Mb is that it lacks the distal histidine and displays a ligand stabilisation based on an arginine. Here we report the reaction of aplysia metMb with hydrogen peroxide studied by optical and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopies. Two electron oxidation of the protein by H2O2 results in formation of two intermediates typical for this class of reactions, the oxoferryl haem state and a globin-bound free radical. An unusual characteristic of the aplysia Mb reaction is formation, prior to haem oxidation, of an optically distinct compound with an EPR spectrum typical of the low spin Fe3+ haem state. This compound is interpreted as the complex between H2O2 and the ferric haem state (Compound), formed prior to cleavage of the dioxygen bond. We conclude that H2O2 is singly deprotonated in Compound which can thus be notated as [Fe3+--OOH]. A new low spin ferric haem state has been observed over the period of Compound decay, and hypotheses have been formulated as to its identity and role. The location of the protein bound radical observed in aplysia Mb is discussed in light of the fact that the protein does not have any tyrosine residues, the most common site of free radical formation in the haem protein/peroxide systems. All intermediates of the reaction are kinetically characterised.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to produce lycopene-containing powders from tomato products by a solvent-free method making use of β-cyclodextrin (βCD). Powders were prepared by spray-drying a tomato concentrate (TC), one of the most bioavailable form of lycopene, after mechanical treatment with βCD in different weight ratios. The obtained product was centrifuged to eliminate partly food matrix and characterized for the amount of lycopene hydrodispersed/hydrosolubilized in the aqueous fraction. The chemical antioxidant activity of sera was evaluated too. Powders obtained by spray-drying sera exhibited good flow properties, a lycopene content between 0.4 and 1.09 mg/g and excellent water dispersability. The process developed, which makes use of βCD for the treatment of tomato products, turns to be of great interest to obtain a bulk material for nutraceuticals displaying superior biovailability of lycopene.  相似文献

We discuss electron-transfer processes that govern the physics of several materials or systems of interest for advanced applications. The discussion touches upon several topics, ranging from solvatochromism to solvent-induced symmetry breaking, from excitonic to cooperative effects in molecular crystals, from phase transitions to vibrational contributions to the dielectric constant in organic materials, from spectroscopy to molecular transport. This paper reports on an integrated analytical approach for the noninvasive characterization of Chinese nephrite samples, encompassing both geological reference specimens and museum objects. Natural variations induced by cationic substitutions, as well as human-induced alterations such as heating, which both affect color, are the focus of this contribution. Totally noninvasive methods of analysis were used, including X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, Raman microspectroscopy, visible reflectance spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction; moreover, the feasibility of using a portable Raman spectrometer for the in-field identification of jades has been demonstrated. Fe/Fe+Mg (% p.f.u.) ratios of the jades have been calculated based on hydroxyl stretching Raman bands, which will provide an important addition to similar data that are being collected at major museums in the Western and Eastern hemispheres.   相似文献

The reaction between 3‐(dimethylamino)/3,3‐bis(methylthio)‐1‐(substituted)prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones and 4‐substituted‐5‐amino‐1H‐pyrazoles afforded new pyrazole[1,5‐a]pyrimidines structurally related to Zaleplon. The chemical modifications introduced at the 3‐, 5‐, and 7‐positions of the bicyclic structure revealed new promising candidates for the treatment of sleep disorders.  相似文献
