A new method to protect the copyright of digital museum based on digital holography is proposed. The Fresnel hologram of watermark image is embedded in the object to be protected through discrete wavelet transform (DWT). After the watermark detection, the copyright information appears in the reconstructed hologram. With the higher redundancy feature in the hologram, the proposed technique can actually survive several kinds of image processing. Experimental results prove that the presented method has good robustness in image protection.  相似文献

Rod-Pinch二极管(RPD)在小尺度闪光照相方面具有良好的应用前景.根据理论方面的研究结果以及实验室具备的驱动源装置水平,设计了相应结构的RPD,并在1MV工作电压下开展了较为详细的性能实验研究.最终在二极管轴向(0.方向)lm处得到的x光剂量为1.21rad-1.45rad.对于阳极直径为lmm的二极管,其X光焦斑直径仅为0.8mm-1.1mm.X光信号的脉宽为18.1ns-27.5ns.研究表明RPD将是一种用于小尺度闪光照相的理想的X光源.  相似文献

From the perspective of information theory and cryptography, the security of two quantum dialogue protocols and a bidirectional quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) protocol was analyzed, and it was pointed out that the transmitted information would be partly leaked out in them. That is, any eavesdropper can elicit some information about the secrets from the public annunciations of the legal users. This phenomenon should have been strictly forbidden in a quantum secure communication. In fact, this problem exists in quite a few recent proposals and, therefore, it deserves more research attention in the following related study. If each off-diagonal entry and the sum of each row of a diagonally dominant -matrix are known to certain relative accuracy, then its smallest eigenvalue and the entries of its inverse are known to the same order relative accuracy independent of any condition numbers. In this paper, we devise algorithms that compute these quantities with relative errors in the magnitude of the machine precision. Rounding error analysis and numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the numerical behaviour of the algorithms.

The procedure of microphase adsorption–spectral correction is applied to the interaction of eosine Y (EO) to the micelles of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The Langmuir aggregation of EO on CTAB occurs owing to microelectrostatic attraction. The results have shown that at pH 3.8, monomeric and micellar aggregates have the structure EO5·CTAB2 and (EO5·CTAB2)39. The adsorption constant of an aggregate is 7.01·105, its molar absorption coefficient is = 8.8·104 liters·mole–1·cm–1 at 550 nm. Application of the aggregation of EO on CTAB gives satisfactory results for quantitative determination of cation surfaceactive agents (surfactants).  相似文献

Using chiral probes shown to be sensitive to the presence of mobile phase additives, a memory effect for these additives by an amylosic column was demonstrated. Exposure to these additives gave prolonged chromatographic performance changes even after their removal from the mobile phase. This finding is consistent with strong binding of the additives to the stationary phase. A procedure to remove bound additives was developed.  相似文献

High-performance capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection was employed to analyse active ingredients of Rhododendron dauricum L., an important crude herb frequently used in Chinese medicines. Farrerol, quercetin, syringic acid, vanillic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid are major important active ingredients. Operated in a wall-jet configuration, a 300-microm diameter carbon-disk electrode was used as the working electrode, which exhibits a good response at +950 mV (vs. saturated calomel electrodes) for six analytes. Under the optimum conditions, the analytes were baseline separated within 16 min in a borax buffer (pH 8.7). Notably, excellent linearity was obtained over two orders of magnitude with detection limits (S/N=3) ranged from 9 x 10(-7) to 3.0 x 10(-6) M for all analytes. This method was successfully used in the analysis of Rhododendron dauricum L. with relatively simple extraction procedures, and the assay results were satisfactory.  相似文献

A method based on micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography with electrochemical detection was developed for the determination of cytosine, 5-methylcytosine (5-MC), thymine, adenine, and guanine in the hydrolysates of DNA. The working electrode was fabricated in a novel self-positioning carbon disc electrode system that can align the capillary outlet with the working electrode without a three-dimensional micromanipulator. The five analytes could be well separated within 10 min in a 40 cm length capillary at a separation voltage of 9 kV in a 40 mmol/l borate buffer (pH 10.0) containing 100 mmol/l sodium dodecyl sulfate. Good linearity was observed between peak current and concentration of bases over three orders of magnitude with the detection limits (SIN=3) ranging from 1.28 x 10(-6) to 5.02 x 10(-6) mol/l. This proposed method demonstrated long-term stability and reproducibility with relative standard deviations of less than 5% for both migration time and peak current (n=7). It has been successfully applied to determine bases including 5-MC in the hydrolysates of fish sperm DNA, calf thymus DNA, and DNA isolated from spleen cells of female mice.  相似文献
