In this paper, the surface modification of silk fiber using anhydrides to graft the polysaccharide chitosan and dyeing ability of the grafted silk were studied. Silk fiber was degummed and acylated with two anhydrides, succinic anhydride (SA) and phthalic anhydride (PA), in different solvents (dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF)). The effects of anhydrides, solvents, anhydride concentration, liquor ratio (L:R) and reaction time on acylation of silk were studied. The polysaccharide chitosan was grafted to the acylated silk fiber and dyed by acid dye (Acid Black NB.B). The effects of pH, chitosan concentration, and reaction time on chitosan grafting of acylated silk were investigated. The physical properties show sensible changes regardless of weight gain. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed the presence of foreign materials firmly attached to the surface of silk. FTIR spectroscopy provided evidence that chitosan was grafted onto the acylated silk through the formation of new covalent bonds. The dyeing of the chitosan grafted-acylated silk fiber indicated the higher dye ability in comparison to the acylated and degummed silk samples. The mechanism of chitosan grafting over degummed silk through anhydride linkage was proposed. The findings of this research support the potential production of new environmentally friendly textile fibers. It is worthwhile to mention that the grafted samples have antibacterial potential due to the antibacterial property of chitosan molecules.  相似文献

Excessive and uncontrolled exposures of the workers to benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) have currently raised great concerns among industrial hygienist all over the world. Therefore, the effective monitoring of such exposures is assumed to be of prime importance. A cold fiber solid-phase microextraction device based on a cooling capsule as a cooling unit and CO2 as a coolant was applied to quantitatively analyze BTEX in aqueous samples. A gas chromatography with flame ionization detection was recruited to analyze the target analytes, which had been identified according to their retention times. Several factors such as coating temperature, extraction time and temperature, sample volume and sodium content were optimized. Two modes of extraction, i.e., headspace (HS) and headspace cold fiber (HS-CF) in SPME, were investigated and compared under optimized conditions. The results revealed that HS-CF-SPME has the most appropriate outcome for the extraction of BTEX from aqueous samples. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.2–500 ng ml?1 and the detection limits were between 0.02 and 0.07 ng ml?1.The intraday relative standard deviations was lower than about 10%. The method was successfully applied to the determination of BTEX in urine samples with good recovery.  相似文献

A new approach is proposed for forecasting a time series with multiple seasonal patterns. A state space model is developed for the series using the innovations approach which enables us to develop explicit models for both additive and multiplicative seasonality. Parameter estimates may be obtained using methods from exponential smoothing. The proposed model is used to examine hourly and daily patterns in hourly data for both utility loads and traffic flows. Our formulation provides a model for several existing seasonal methods and also provides new options, which result in superior forecasting performance over a range of prediction horizons. In particular, seasonal components can be updated more frequently than once during a seasonal cycle. The approach is likely to be useful in a wide range of applications involving both high and low frequency data, and it handles missing values in a straightforward manner.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop a new method for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene isomers (BTEXs) in urine samples. In this method, MIL-100(Fe)@Fe3O4@SiO2 metal–organic framework was synthesized, characterized and packed inside a needle trap device (NTD) as a sorbent for headspace extraction of unmetabolized BTEXs from urine samples followed by gas chromatography (GC) analysis. The GC device was equipped with a flame ionization detector (FID). The results showed that the optimal extraction time, extraction temperature and salt content were 60 min, 30°C and 5%, respectively. Also, the optimal desorption time and temperature were determined to be 1 min and 250°C, respectively. The limits of detection and quantification of the analytes of interest were in the ranges 0.0001–0.0005 and 0.0003–0.0014 μg ml−1, respectively. The intra- and inter-day repeatability were <7.6%. The accuracy of the measurements in urine samples was in the range 7.1–11.4%. The results also demonstrated that the proposed NTD offered various advantages such as having high sensitivity and being inexpensive, reusable, user friendly, environmentally friendly and compatible for use with the GC device. Therefore, it can be efficiently used as a MIL–NTD for the extraction and analysis of unmetabolized BTEXs from urine samples.  相似文献

A recoverable molybdenum Schiff‐base complex immobilized on silica‐coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles was prepared and characterized. This superparamagntic nanocatalyst, which is separable using an external magnet, can be used as an efficient catalyst for the promotion of the synthesis of pyranopyrazole derivatives. A variety of desired products were obtained in high to excellent yields within short times. In comparison with other catalysts employed in the condensation of various aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile and 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐2‐ pyrazoline‐5‐one, the present catalyst showed a much higher activity in terms of mild conditions and short reaction time. The catalyst can be reused for several times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

This paper presents a method for computing numerical solutions of two‐dimensional Stratonovich Volterra integral equations using one‐dimensional modification of hat functions and two‐dimensional modification of hat functions. The problem is transformed to a linear system of algebraic equations using the operational matrix associated with one‐dimensional modification of hat functions and two‐dimensional modification of hat functions.
