The effect of cathodic polarization of the entrance side of a steel membrane and the concentration of hydrochloric acid (0.99–0.01 M) on the balance between rates of the reaction of evolution of hydrogen and its diffusion through steel (ρ) is studied in hydrochloric-acid solutions of ethanol and ethylene glycol with a constant ionic strength equal to unity. It is demonstrated that ρ lowers down with a shift of the potential of the polarization side of the membrane in the negative direction and increases with diminishing concentration of hydrochloric acid. The results are interpreted with allowance made for the surface coverage by two forms of adsorbed hydrogen, namely, a raised form and a subsurface form.  相似文献

This paper proposes an extension scheme for the application of the single phase multi-block lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) to the multiphase Gunstensen model, in which the grid is refined in a specific part of the domain where a fluid–fluid interface evolves, and the refined grid is free to migrate with the suspended phase in the flow direction. The method is applicable to single and multiphase flows, and it was demonstrated by simulating a benchmark single phase flow around a 2D asymmetrically placed cylinder in a channel and for investigating the shear lift of 2D neutrally buoyant drop in a parabolic flow.  相似文献

An easy and straightforward new method for the preparation of sp2 zirconocene derivatives from a wide range of heterosubstituted alkenes such as vinyl sulfides, sulfoxides and sulfones is described. In all cases, a complete isomerization of the stereochemistry is observed and only the E-isomer is obtained. The reactivity of the resulting vinylic organometallic can be increased by a transmetalation reaction into organocopper, organozinc or organopalladium species and, therefore, several carbon-carbon formation were easily realized.  相似文献

In this study, we present liquid chromatographic and mass spectral data for predominant terpenoic acids formed through oxidation of α-pinene, β-pinene, d-limonene, and Δ(3)-carene that occur in fine forest aerosol from K-puszta, Hungary, a rural site with coniferous vegetation. Characterization of these secondary organic aerosol tracers in fine ambient aerosol is important because it allows one to gain information on monoterpene precursors and source processes such as oxidation and aging processes. The mass spectral data were obtained using electrospray ionization in the negative ion mode, accurate mass measurements, and linear ion trap tandem mass spectrometric experiments. Emphasis is given to the mass spectrometric differentiation of isobaric terpenoic acids, such as, e.g. the molecular weight (MW) 186 terpenoic acids, cis-pinic, cis-caric, homoterpenylic, ketolimononic, and limonic acids. Other targeted isobaric terpenoic acids are the MW 184 terpenoic acids, cis-pinonic and cis-caronic acids, and the MW 204 tricarboxylic acids, 3-methyl-1,2,3-butanetricarboxylic and 3-carboxyheptanedioic acids. Fragmentation pathways are proposed to provide a rational explanation for the observed isomeric differences and/or to support the suggested tentative structures. For the completeness of the data set, data obtained for recently reported lactone-containing terpenoic acids (i.e. terpenylic and terebic acids), related or isobaric compounds (i.e. norpinic acid, diaterpenylic acid acetate, and unknown MW 188 compounds) are also included, the rationale being that other groups working on this topic could use this data compilation as a reference.  相似文献

Among the nanomaterials reported in the literature, layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are considered promising for the electrochemical sensor technology. Transition metal-based layered double hydroxides (TM-LDHs) show excellent electrocatalytic properties that facilitate redox reactions with analytes, e. g. H2O2, glucose or glyphosate. Elaboration of porous nano-structures with TM-LDHs nanosheets on the electrode surface allows a rapid diffusion of the analytes and a good accessibility of the TM active sites. An association of TM-LDHs with conductive materials, e. g. graphene or metal nanoparticles (M-NPs), improves the electronic conductivity in the LDH-based composites and also the electrocatalytic activity. With a selection of recent publications, the present mini-review aims to discuss about the specific electrocatalytic role played by TMs (Ni, Co, Cu, Mn and Fe) present in the LDH layers on the performance (sensitivity and detection limit) of these TM-LDHs-based sensors.  相似文献
