On the basis of the electromagnetic response of high frequency relic gravitational waves (HFRGWs), we research on more accurate calculation of signal (i.e. transverse perturbative photon flux (PPF)) and background photons flux (BPF) in the sycro-resonance electromagnetic system, which consists of Gaussian beam (GB), a static magnetic field and fractal membranes. According to the relationship between frequency of gravitational waves and its dimensionless amplitude, we focus on the HFRGWs with ν g  = 2.9 GHz, h ~ 10?30 in the pre-big bang and quintessential inflationary models. The results show the peak value of the transverse BPF (~ 1020 s?1) is around |x| = 0.08 m, where |x| is the transverse distance to the longitudinal symmetrical surface of the GB, while the maximum transverse PPF always appears at x = 0 (\({N^{(1)}_{x} \sim 2.60\times10^{2}\,{\rm s}^{-1}}\) with the optimal phase difference between the GB and the resonant component of the HFRGWs δ = (n + 0.9)π, n = 0, 1, 2 . . .). However, the observable PPF should be ~ 1.19 × 102 s?1 because of the stochastic nature of the HFRGWs’ phase. Since the decay speed of BPF is much quicker than PPF, it is hopeful to figure out the signal in some optimal regions. Moreover, we compare the decay speed of BPF and PPF in nature mode, and find the threshold value of x where PPF exceeds to BPF. It demonstrates that the limitation of our detection sensitivity comes from the strength of PPF rather than swamping by BPF. On the other hand, with the fractal membrane, the comparison between BPF and PPF provides the optimal detection area \({x\in[0.28,1]}\) m. In addition, through the calculation of shot noise and conservative estimation, we find that our sensitivity is h = 10?26 in 4 months signal accumulate time.  相似文献

A novel artificial anion receptor based on phenylhydrazone structure was designed, synthesized and characterized. The binding behavior of the receptor to various anions was investigated by UV-vis fluorescence analyses. In addition, 1H NMR experiments were carried out to explore the nature of interaction between receptor 1 and acetate. We propose two optical schemes for implementing the deterministic single-particle and two-particle quantum dense coding using four-qubit cluster states. In the protocols, the photon is neuter particle, so it has longer decoherence time with the environment than other particles. It is easy to implement single-bit gate using the linear optical elements under certain conditions, so the transformations performed on the photons by Alice can be easily achieved. Here the cluster states can be exactly discriminated using the parity detector, PBS and FS-PBS. In addition, the success probabilities of the dense coding are both equal to 1.  相似文献

Preparation of distributed virus on a solid substrate is a prerequisite for investigation of the properties and individualism of virus, while many previous studies showed that virus has a tendency to aggregate on solid substrates. In this communication, we report a novel approach by which well-separated recombinant adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (rAAV2) could be prepared on bare mica surface. The key technique in this approach is the addition of less than 3% (v/v) glycerol into the virus solution and subsequently deposition onto mica surface for the sample preparation. The Michael-Michael-retro Michael addition catalyzed by 9-amino-9-deoxyepiquinine was monitored and the major intermediates and catalyst in the catalytic cycle were detected and characterized using ESI-MS/MS for the first time. Some important isomeric intermediates including isomeric enamine and imine structures were tentatively differentiated and further studied by theoretical calculations. Fragment ions of protonated catalyst indicate that proton possibly influences the conformation of the catalyst.  相似文献

Neoglycolipid technology is the basis of a microarray platform for assigning oligosaccharide ligands for carbohydrate-binding proteins. The strategy for generating the neoglycolipid probes by reductive amination results in ring opening of the core monosaccharides. This often limits applicability to short-chain saccharides, although the majority of recognition motifs are satisfactorily presented with neoglycolipids of longer oligosaccharides. Here, we describe neoglycolipids prepared by oxime ligation. We provide evidence from NMR studies that a significant proportion of the oxime-linked core monosaccharide is in the ring-closed form, and this form selectively interacts with a carbohydrate-binding protein. By microarray analyses we demonstrate the effective presentation with oxime-linked neoglycolipids of (1) Lewis(x) trisaccharide to antibodies to Lewis(x), (2) sialyllactose analogs to the sialic acid-binding receptors, siglecs, and (3) N-glycans to a plant lectin that requires an intact N-acetylglucosamine core.  相似文献
