Simultaneous determination of triterpene saponins in ginseng drugs by high-performance liquid chromatography 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 11 triterpene saponins with four-type aglycones (protopanaxadiol, protopanaxatriol, ocotillol and oleanolic acid types) in Ginseng drugs was developed and validated. Using a gradient of acetonitrile and 10 mM K-phosphate buffer (pH 5.80) as the mobile phase and UV detection at 196 nm, more than 18 ginsenosides with different aglycones were separated satisfactorily within 60 min. The detection limits (signal/noise> or =3) were 0.1 microg for ginsenosides Rb1, Rc, Rd, Re and Rg1, chikusetsusaponin III, and notoginsenoside R2, 0.2 microg for gisenoside Ro and chikusetsusaponin IVa, 0.3 microg for chikusetsusaponin IV, and 3 microg for majonoside R2. The calibration curve of each saponin had a correlation coefficient close to 1. Intra- and interday precisions were less than 2.1% (n=5) and 3.3% (n=15), respectively. The recovery rates of extraction were in the range of 96.4-102.7% for all ginsenosides. By adopting this method, the determinations of 11 ginsenosides in three Ginseng drugs derived from Panax ginseng, Panax vietnamensis var. fuscidiscus and Panax japonicus (Japan) were achieved. 相似文献

Transport numbers for oxygen ions and protons are measured by an emf method in the system CaTi1?x FexO3?δ (x = 0.1–0.5) in the oxidizing and reducing atmospheres in the temperature interval 973–1173 K. It is shown that the compounds under study are mixed ion-electron conductors at small iron concentrations and electron conductors, at large iron contents. The proton conductivity in the compounds is very poor and does not exceed 0.5% in air. On the basis of the temperature dependences of transport numbers for ions and linear expansion, it is established that the CaTi0.9Fe0.1O3?δ system has a phase transition of a second order in a reducing environment at 1020–1050 K. The total and partial electron conductivities of CaTi0.9Fe0.1O3?δ are studied as a function of the partial pressure of oxygen at 1173 K. The nature of electroconduction in CaTi1?x FexO3?δ is discussed. 相似文献

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex. 相似文献

Clorobiocin (clo) and novobiocin (nov) are potent inhibitors of bacterial DNA gyrase. The two substances differ in the substitution pattern at C-8' of the aminocoumarin ring, carrying a chlorine atom or a methyl group, respectively. By gene inactivation, clo-hal was identified as the gene of the halogenase responsible for the introduction of the chlorine atom of clorobiocin. Inactivation of cloZ did not affect clorobiocin formation, showing that this ORF is not essential for clorobiocin biosynthesis. Expression of the methyltransferase gene novO in the clo-hal(-) mutant led to the very efficient formation of a hybrid antibiotic containing a methyl group instead of a chlorine atom at C-8'. Comparison of the antibacterial activity of clorobiocin analogs with -Cl, -H, or -CH(3) at C-8' showed that chlorine leads to 8-fold higher activity than hydrogen and to 2-fold higher activity than a methyl group. 相似文献

优化了聚酰胺胺树形分子合成工艺条件,采用HPLC和热重分析(TG)相结合的方法对所合成的树形聚酰胺胺进行分析与表征;HPLC的分析表明,在各不同代的目标化合物中,均有反应物单体存在,在高代产物中除了含有少量反应物外,还有少量的低代数分子;TG分析表明,产物中小分子反应物占的比例很少,一般为2%-3%左右,如果将减压蒸馏后的产物重新进行真空干燥,对半代树形大分子,能进一步有效除去小分子反应物,而对于整数代树形大分子,则效果并不理想。 相似文献

The spectra and kinetics of short-lived intermediates formed from aqueous (0.1 N NaOH) solutions of the natural mixture of humic and fulvic acids (HFA) were studied by laser flash photolysis using excitation wavelengths of 337, 390, 470, and 520 nm. Laser photolysis of HFA with light of 520 and 470 nm results in the formation of triplet excited states (THFA) characterized by the broad absorption spectrum with a maximum near 630 nm and lifetimes of 0.15 ms in deoxygenated solutions. The formation of two types of THFA with lifetimes of 0.1 and 2 ms and absorption spectra with maxima at 570 nm is observed under photolysis with light of 337 and 390 nm. The estimation of quantum yields of THFA gives 1 and 0.3% under photolysis with excitation wavelengths of 337 and 520 nm, respectively. The rate constants of THFA quenching by molecular oxygen are equal to (7—8)·108 L mol–1 s–1. 相似文献

The preparation and potentiometric pH response properties of membranes formulated with various aminated-poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-NH2) products are described. Products containing secondary and/or primary amino functional groups are obtained by modifying PVC with mono- and/or diamines, respectively. Blank membranes prepared with either type of aminated-polymer exhibit nearly Nernstian potentiometric pH responses over different pH ranges. In general, membranes based on diamino products exhibit pH response over a wider range (5–10.5) than membranes formulated with monoamino products (<8.0). 研究了毫克级铬镍钼风样品中主成分镍的火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS法)和铬、钼、钒、钛、铝的塞曼恒温平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(ZSTPF-AAS法)。采用了微波溶样技术作为防污染样品预处理技术,采用石墨管硅涂层改进技术提高了仪器的测试精度。其中铬、镍、钼、钒、钛、铝的相对标准偏差分别为2.7%,0.97%,8.6%,7.3%,1.7%,7.3%。其加标回收率分别为96.5%,97%,96.7%,93%,98%,91%。通过分析,发现在较低温度下铬镍钼钛钢断面上有轻微的钼偏析现象,可能是拉伸断裂的主要化学影响因素。 相似文献
