Divalent manganese, cobalt, nickel, and zinc complexes of 6-Ph(2)TPA (N,N-bis((6-phenyl-2-pyridyl)methyl)-N-((2-pyridyl)methyl)amine; [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Mn(CH(3)OH)(3)](ClO(4))(2) (1), [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Co(CH(3)CN)](ClO(4))(2) (2), [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Ni(CH(3)CN)(CH(3)OH)](ClO(4))(2) (3), [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Zn(CH(3)CN)](ClO(4))(2) (4)) and 6-(Me(2)Ph)(2)TPA (N,N-bis((6-(3,5-dimethyl)phenyl-2-pyridyl)methyl)-N-((2-pyridyl)methyl)amine; [(6-(Me(2)Ph)(2)TPA)Ni(CH(3)CN)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (5) and [(6-(Me(2)Ph)(2)TPA)Zn(CH(3)CN)](ClO(4))(2) (6)) have been prepared and characterized. X-ray crystallographic characterization of 1A.CH(3)()OH and 1B.2CH(3)()OH (differing solvates of 1), 2.2CH(3)()CN, 3.CH(3)()OH, 4.2CH(3)()CN, and 6.2.5CH(3)()CN revealed mononuclear cations with one to three coordinated solvent molecules. In 1A.CH(3)()OH and 1B.2CH(3)()OH, one phenyl-substituted pyridyl arm is not coordinated and forms a secondary hydrogen-bonding interaction with a manganese bound methanol molecule. In 2.2CH(3)()CN, 3.CH(3)()OH, 4.2CH(3)()CN, and 6.2.5CH(3)()CN, all pyridyl donors of the 6-Ph(2)TPA and 6-(Me(2)Ph)(2)TPA ligands are coordinated to the divalent metal center. In the cobalt, nickel, and zinc derivatives, CH/pi interactions are found between a bound acetonitrile molecule and the aryl appendages of the 6-Ph(2)TPA and 6-(Me(2)Ph)(2)TPA ligands. (1)H NMR spectra of 4 and 6 in CD(3)NO(2) solution indicate the presence of CH/pi interactions, as an upfield-shifted methyl resonance for a bound acetonitrile molecule is present. Examination of the cyclic voltammetry of 1-3 and 5 revealed no oxidative (M(II)/M(III)) couples. Admixture of equimolar amounts of 6-Ph(2)TPA, M(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O, and Me(4)NOH.5H(2)O, followed by the addition of an equimolar amount of acetohydroxamic acid, yielded the acetohydroxamate complexes [((6-Ph(2)TPA)Mn)(2)(micro-ONHC(O)CH(3))(2)](ClO(4))(2) (8), [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Co(ONHC(O)CH(3))](ClO(4))(2) (9), [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Ni(ONHC(O)CH(3))](ClO(4))(2) (10), and [(6-Ph(2)TPA)Zn(ONHC(O)CH(3))](ClO(4))(2) (11), all of which were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The Mn(II) complex 8.0.75CH(3)()CN.0.75Et(2)()O exhibits a dinuclear structure with bridging hydroxamate ligands, whereas the Co(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) derivatives all exhibit mononuclear six-coordinate structures with a chelating hydroxamate ligand. 相似文献

In the work the procedure of chromium(VI) determination by catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetry (CAdSV) with application of fumed silica, is presented. Two variants of the method are proposed: in the first fumed silica is put directly to the electrolytic cell containing tested solution, in the second the silica is shaken with the sample and next centrifuged. The effectiveness of many surface‐active substances removal from synthetic solutions as well as natural water samples, is studied. In the experiments the fumed silica (Sigma‐Aldrich) of the specific surface area in the range 200–390 m2 g?1 was used. Two types of the working electrodes were applied, i.e., hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) and cyclic renewable mercury film electrode (Hg(Ag)FE). In the silica presence i) the relative standard deviation (RSD) for 0.1 μg L?1 Cr(VI) is <2% (HMDE) and <5% (Hg(Ag)FE), n=7, ii) the detection limits estimated deposition time 20 s were respectively 14 ng L?1 (HMDE) and 22 ng L?1 (Hg(Ag)FE). Several structures of pi complexes of isocyanuric acid and of several thio derivatives with anions have been computed by using high level ab initio calculations. The nature of the complexes has been studied by means of the method of molecular interaction potential with polarization (MIPp) and Bader's theory of atoms-in-molecules. These molecules form favorable complexes with anions and can be used as binding units for building receptors for the molecular recognition of anions. Urban fine airborne particulate matter (PM2.5) and vehicle emission samples were studied for water-soluble low-molecular-weight carboxylic acids using CE with indirect UV detection. Further identification of these acids was achieved using GC-MS as their butyl esters (after derivatization with BF3/butanol). Several dicarboxylic acids in the range C2-C10 including straight-chain, branched-chain, cis- and trans-unsaturated, and aromatic acids were confirmed by GC-MS. In addition, aromatic acids such as benzoate, phthalate, terephthalate, isophthalate, and 4-methylphtalate were present in such samples, but some of these were not well resolved by the used CE method. Oxocarboxylic acids (Cn(w) with n > 4) were also identified by GC-MS but not determined by CE due to lack of standards. The rapidity and simplicity of the CE method were clearly demonstrated, and the method was observed to be advantageous for routine monitoring of water-soluble organic acids in airborne PM2.5 and vehicle emission at low microg/L levels. 相似文献

Summary The optimal conditions for the determination of aluminium and chromium in blood serum are proposed. Several sample pretreatment procedures for the purpose are compared. The best results are obtained by sample dilution with nitric acid (0.1 mol/l) and addition of Mg(NO3)2 as modifier with a magnesium concentration of 0.2 mg/ml. This paper reviews derivatisation processes applied in chromatographic determination of acidic herbicides (with carboxyl and phenol groups), mainly in aqueous environmental samples. The discussion focuses on the basic derivatisation reactions used to convert herbicides to derivatives to make them analysable by gas chromatography, and possibly to reduce detection limits and/or increase extraction recovery from aqueous samples. The reactions are transesterification, esterification, silylation, alkylation, and extractive and pyrolytic alkylation. The reagents used to conduct the reactions are numerous. Diazomethane is a very efficient methylation reagent but explosive and toxic. Methyl iodide also ensures rapid and efficient methylation. Benzyl bromide can be used directly in water but derivatisation yield is low and reproducibility is poor. Butyl chloroformate and dimethyl sulfite can also be used for derivatisation in water, and acetic anhydride can be used for in-situ derivatisation of phenolic herbicides. For increasing selectivity of GC detection pentafluorobenzyl bromide (for ECD) and (2-cyanethyl)dimethyl(diethylamino)silane (for NPD) have been applied. Very characteristic ions are produced in mass spectra if silyl groups are introduced, e.g. by using bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide. Tetramethylammonium, trimethylphenylammonium, tetraalkylammonium, and trimethylsulfonium hydroxides and salts can by used for derivatisation at elevated temperature in the GC injection port. Extractive alkylation is relatively efficient if tetraalkylammonium salts with long chain alkyl groups are used. 相似文献

A series of homoleptic complexes of hexacoordinate cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes with 3,5-disubstituted homo- and heteroscorpionate tris(pyrazolyl)borate anionic ligands (Tp′) were synthesized, i.e. bis[hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II), bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II) and bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]copper(II) and their structures were elucidated crystallographically. The complexes were also formed spontaneously during attempted metathesis of the corresponding Tp′M(NCS) complexes into Tp′M(OOCCH(OH)CH3) complexes. In the case of the analogous conversion applied for the thiocyanato [hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) complex with sodium carboxylates (lactate, pyruvate and 2-hydroxybutyrate), the cross-transfer of pyrazolyl residues between starting anionic ligands was observed resulting in formation of bis-ligand homo- and heteroleptic Tp′CoTp″ complexes, where Tp′, Tp″ were tris(pyrazolyl)borates composed of n 3(5)-phenyl,5(3)-methylpyrazolyl and (3−n) 3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl residues (n=0–3) identified by mass spectrometry. Metathesis of thiocyanate in thiocyanato hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) into pyruvate led to the isolation of stable the pyruvato hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) complex, the structure of which was determined crystallographically. The Tp′ ligands are η3 coordinated to metal ions in every case, whereas the pyruvate anion is coordinated through carboxylate and carbonyl oxygen atoms to the cobalt center. Two rotational isomers distinguishable by 1H NMR spectroscopy for the hexacoordinate bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II) complex were detected in solution. 相似文献

Manure is a major source of soil and plant contamination with veterinary drugs residues. The aim of this study was to evaluate the uptake of 14 veterinary pharmaceuticals by parsley from soil fertilized with manure. Pharmaceutical content was determined in roots and leaves. Liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry was used for targeted analysis. Screening analysis was performed to identify transformation products in the parsley tissues. A solid-liquid extraction procedure was developed combined with solid-phase extraction, providing recoveries of 61.9–97.1% for leaves and 51.7–95.6% for roots. Four analytes were detected in parsley: enrofloxacin, tylosin, sulfamethoxazole, and doxycycline. Enrofloxacin was detected at the highest concentrations (13.4–26.3 ng g−1). Doxycycline accumulated mainly in the roots, tylosin in the leaves, and sulfamethoxazole was found in both tissues. 14 transformation products were identified and their distribution were determined. This study provides important data on the uptake and transformation of pharmaceuticals in plant tissues. 相似文献
