粗糙表面分维计算的立方体覆盖法

针对三角形棱柱表面积法和投影覆盖法在计算粗糙表面分形维数中存在的问题,提出了计算粗糙表面分维的立方体覆盖法,对计算结果进行了对比分析,并进一步对表面分维计算中的有关理论问题进行了分析,发现立方体覆盖法作为一种几何意义上的覆盖法,并计算结果比三角形棱柱表面积法和投影覆盖法更接近实际。     

Rapid Screening of Lipase Inhibitors from Ophiopogonis Radix Using High-Performance Thin Layer Chromatography by Two Step Gradient Elution Combined with Bioautographic Method

In this study, a high-performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) method by two step gradient elution with two mobile phases was developed for the simultaneous analysis of seven constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix. The chromatography was performed on silica gel 60 F₂₅₄ plate with dichloromethane-methanol-ethyl acetate-water (70:25:12:3, v/v/v/v) and dichloromethane-methanol (300:1, v/v) as the mobile phase for two step gradient elution. Then, the HPTLC profiles were observed after derivatization with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol solution. The obtained HPTLC images were further analyzed by chemometric approaches and the samples could be clustered based on regions and/or growth years, which were two important factors affecting the constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix. Furthermore, five compounds including ophiopogonin D, ophiopojaponin C, ophiopogonin D’, ophiopogonin C’ and methylophiopogonanone B were screened as potential lipase inhibitors from Ophiopogonis Radix by the HPTLC-bioautographic method. The binding modes and interactions between the five compounds and lipase were further explored by molecular docking analysis. The developed HPTLC method could be used for quality control of Ophiopogonis Radix and screening of the potential lipase inhibitors.     

碾压混凝土坝渗流场与应力场耦合模型研究

针对碾压混凝土坝存在众多施工层面问题,提出了确定影响层厚度以及相应物理力学参数的方法;在此基础上,探讨并建立了碾压混凝土坝渗流场与应力场两场耦合模型,研制了相应的三维有限元程序．研究表明,结合试验和理论分析确定的碾压混凝土坝层面影响层的厚度、弹性模量和泊松比等参数更切合实际;提出的碾压混凝土坝渗流场与应力场两场耦合模型,能较好地体现两场耦合作用,开发的三维有限元模型能较充分反映碾压混凝土坝施工层面的特性．通过研究,为分析施工层面对碾压混凝土坝变化性态影响,以及了解大坝的应力和渗流的相互作用提供了科学依据．     

基于逆卷积神经网络的等离子体辐射分布断层重建方法

发展了一种基于逆卷积神经网络的图像级重建方法用于聚变等离子体辐射分布的断层反演.通过引入结构相似度(SSIM)作为损失函数,该方法在模拟数据实验中表现出了较好的重建效果.模拟实验结果表明,在弦积分信号噪声强度为10％、15％及20％时,该方法的重建结果依然具有良好的精确度和鲁棒性.     

二异丙基酮定性定量方法的研究

采用色谱—质谱联用技术对酸—酸化反应制得的二异丙基酮化冷凝液进行了系统的定性,并且在色谱仪上利用外标法和面积归一化法对主要组分进行了定量方法的比较,得到了较好的定性定量结果。     

Anthraquinones from the Aerial Parts of Rubia cordifolia with Their NO Inhibitory and Antibacterial Activities

The present study aimed to identify the composition of the aerial parts of Rubia cordifolia L. A chemical investigation on the EtOAc extracts from the aerial parts of Rubia cordifolia resulted in the isolation of four new anthraquinones, namely Cordifoquinone A–D (1–4), along with 16 known anthraquinones. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR and HR-ESIMS data. All isolates were assessed for their inhibitory effects on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. Compounds 1, 3 and 10 exhibited significant inhibitory activities with IC₅₀ values of 14.05, 23.48 and 29.23 μmol·L⁻¹, respectively. Their antibacterial activities of four bacteria, Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus (ATCC 29213), Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica (ATCC 14028) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), were also evaluated. Our results indicated that the antibacterial activity of these compounds is inactive.     

Optical and structural properties of nanosized ZnGa2O4:Cr phosphor

Nanosized ZnGa₂O₄:Cr³⁺ powder is synthesized through hydrothermal method. The average particle size is 20 nm and they are spherical in shape. The excitation band from the charge transfer between Cr³⁺-O²⁻ shows a blueshift behavior due to quantum confinement effect. X-ray diffraction pattern, Fourier transform-infrared spectrum, and electron paramagnetic resonance signal indicate that nanosized ZnGa₂O₄:Cr³⁺ phosphor shows many defect-related energy states and heavy lattice distortion in comparison with bulk ZnGa₂O₄:Cr³⁺ phosphor. Many defect states result in more nonradiative loss and shorter decay time.     

Negative and positive lateral shift of a light beam reflected from a grounded slab

We consider the lateral shift (LS) of a light beam reflecting from a dielectric slab backed by a metal. It is found that the LS of the reflected beam can be negative while the intensity of reflected beam is almost equal to the incident one under a certain condition. The explanation for the negativity of the LS is given in terms of the interference of the reflected waves from the two interfaces. It is also shown that the LS can be enhanced or suppressed under some other conditions. The numerical calculation on the LS for a realistic Gaussian-shaped beam confirms our theoretical prediction.     

Photonic generation of microwave signals using dual-wavelength single-longitudinal-mode fiber lasers

Photonic generation of microwave signals is demonstrated with a dual-wavelength single-longitudinal-mode erbium-doped fiber ring laser. Microwave signal with a frequency of 21.07 GHz is obtained by aligning the reflection band of a uniform fiber Bragg grating to the two transmission peaks within a fiber Bragg grating-based Fabry-Perot filter. Stable dual-wavelength single-longitudinal-mode operation is guaranteed by means of the combined filtering effect of a saturable absorber and the Fabry-Perot filter. This approach provides an effective solution to the photonic generation of high-frequency microwave signals.
