The complete lift of a Riemannian metric g on a differentiable manifold M is not 0-homogeneous on the fibers of the tangent bundle TM. In this paper we introduce a new kind of lift G of g, which is 0-homogeneous. It determines a pseudo-Riemannian metric on ${\widetilde {TM}}$ , which depends only on the metric g. We obtain the Levi-Civita connection of this metric and study conformal vector fields on ( ${\widetilde {TM},G}$ ). Finally, we introduce the almost product and complex structures which preserve homogeneity and study certain geometrical properties of these structures.  相似文献

A novel, sensitive and selective adsorptive stripping procedure for simultaneous determination of copper, bismuth and lead is presented. The method is based on the adsorptive accumulation of thymolphthalexone (TPN) complexes of these elements onto a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by reduction of adsorbed species by voltammetric scan using differential pulse modulation. The influences of control variables on the sensitivity of the proposed method for the simultaneous determination of copper, lead and bismuth were studied using the Derringer desirability function. The optimum analytical conditions were found to be TPN concentration of 4.0 microM, pH of 9.0, and accumulation potential at -800 mV vs. Ag/AgCl with an accumulation time of 80 s. The peak currents are proportional to the concentration of copper, bismuth and lead over the 0.4-300, 1-200 and 1-100 ng mL(-1) ranges with detection limits of 0.4, 0.8 and 0.7 ng mL(-1), respectively. The procedure was applied to the simultaneous determination of copper, bismuth and lead in the tap water and some synthetic samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

This work demonstrates the performance of a bio‐inspired iron/sulfur/graphene nanocomposite as a non‐platinum electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in an alkaline medium. The catalyst shows the most positive ORR onset potential (1.1 V vs. RHE) according to its unique structure in the alkaline medium (KOH solution, pH = 13) at low temperature (T = 298 K). The catalyst is evaluated by the rotating‐disk electrode (RDE) method under various rotating speeds (0–2,000 rpm) in the potential range ?0.02–1.18 V vs. a rechargeable hydrogen electrode (RHE). The number of transferred electrons, as one of the most important parameters, is almost constant over a wide range of potentials (0.1–0.8 V), which indicates a more efficient four‐electron pathway from O2 to H2O on the FePc‐S‐Gr surface. The mean size of catalyst centers are in the nanoscale (<10 nm). The estimated Tafel slope in the appropriate range is about ?110 mV per decade at low current density, and E1/2 of FePc‐S‐Gr displays a negative shift of only 7.1 mV after 10,000 cycles.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on Boubaker polynomials in fractional calculus area and obtain the operational matrix of Caputo fractional derivative and the operational matrix of the Riemann–Liouville fractional integration for the first time. Also, a general formulation for the operational matrix of multiplication of these polynomials has been achieved to solve the nonlinear problems. Then, these matrices are applied to solve fractional optimal control problems directly. In fact, the functions of the problem are approximated by Boubaker polynomials with unknown coefficients in the constraint equations, performance index and conditions. Thus, a fractional optimal control problem converts to an optimization problem, which can then be solved easily. Convergence of the algorithm is proved. Numerical results are given for several test examples to demonstrate the applicability and efficiency of the method.  相似文献

An one-dimensional fluid model is used to study the physico-chemical properties of a 90%Ar–10%Cl2 plasma produced in dielectric barrier discharges under different driving voltages. The spatio-temporal characteristics of the discharge are obtained by applying a sinusoidal voltage with different amplitudes and frequencies from 350 to 1200 V and 10 to 19 kHz, respectively. As the voltage amplitude increases the plasma electronegativity and plasma radiations are increased and their radiations move toward the cathode vicinity. With decreasing frequency, the plasma radiations move toward the anode vicinity and the plasma electronegativity and its radiations are enhanced. At low voltage amplitudes, plasma most radiates VUV photons while UV radiations take place at higher voltage amplitudes.  相似文献

Removal of chondroitin sulfate glycosaminoglycan (GAG) chains with chondroitinase ABC I (chABC I) in CNS injury models promotes both saxon regeneration and plasticity. It has been suggested that direct interaction between an aromatic pair appears to contribute about ??1.3 kcal/mol to the stability of a folded protein, so introducing an aromatic pair by point mutation might increase the enzyme activity and thermal stability as in the case of mesophilic xylanase, although using this approach destabilized T4 lysozyme. In this study, we used site-directed mutagenesis to investigate the effect of new aromatic pairs on activity and stability of chABC I. We replaced Ile295, Ser581, and Gly730 adjacent to pre-existing aromatic residues with Tyr to obtain new aromatic pairs, i.e., Tyr295/His372, Tyr576/Tyr581, and Tyr623/Tyr730. Results showed that Km values of S581Y and G730Y variants decreased relative to wild-type enzyme while their catalytic efficiency (kcat/Km) increased but I295Y variant was inactive. Also, long-term and thermal stability of the active mutants was decreased. Fluorescence and circular dichroism studies showed that these mutations resulted in a more flexible enzyme structures: a finding which was confirmed by thermal and limited proteolytic studies. In conclusion, the activity of chABC I can be improved by introducing appropriate aromatic pairs at the enzyme surface. This approach did not provide any promising results regarding the enzyme stability.  相似文献

A fiber coating from polyaniline (PANI) was electrochemically prepared and employed for solid phase microextraction (SPME) of some polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from water samples. The PANI film was directly electrodeposited on the platinum wire surface in sulfuric acid solution using cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique. The applicability of this coating was assessed employing a laboratory-made SPME device and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the extraction of some PAHs from the headspace of aqueous samples. Application of wider potential range in CV led to a PANI with more stability against the temperature. The homogeneity and the porous surface structure of the film were examined by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The study revealed that this polymer is a suitable SPME fiber coating for extracting the selected PAHs. Important parameters influencing the extraction process were optimized and an extraction time of 40 min at 40 degrees C gave maximum peak area, when the aqueous sample was added with NaCl (20%, w/v). The synthesis of the PANI can be carried out conveniently and in a reproducible manner while it is rather inexpensive and stable against most of organic solvents. The film thickness of PANI can be precisely controlled by the number of CV cycles. The resulting thickness was roughly 20 microm after 20 cycles. At the optimum conditions, the relative standard deviation (RSD) for a double distilled water spiked with selected PAHs at ppb level were 8.80-16.8% (n = 3) and detection limits for the studied compounds were between 0.1-6 pg mL(-1). The performance of PANI was, also, compared with a commercial solid coated-based SPME fiber, carbowax/divinylbenzene (CW/DVB), under similar experimental conditions.  相似文献

On the slit tangent bundle of Finsler manifolds, we introduce a class of metrics and study the relation between Levi-Civita connection, Vaisman connection, vertical foliation, and Reinhart spaces. We show that the Levi-Civita and the Vaisman connections induce the same connections in the structural bundle if and only if the base manifold is Landsbergian. Moreover every foliated Reinhart manifold reduces to a Riemannian manifold.  相似文献
