A series of fully aromatic copolyesters based on p‐acetoxybenzoic acid (p‐ABA), hydroquinone diacetate (HQDA), terephthalic acid (TPA), and m‐acetoxybenzoic acid (m‐ABA) were prepared by a modified melt‐polycondensation reaction. The copolyesters were characterized by DSC, thermogravimetric analysis, 1H NMR, polarized optical microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and intrinsic viscosity measurements. The copolyesters exhibited nematic liquid‐crystalline phases in a broad temperature range of about 150 °C, when the content of linear (p‐ABA, HQDA, and TPA) units was over 67 mol %. DSC analysis of the anisotropic copolyesters revealed broad endotherms associated with the nematic phases, and the melting or flow temperatures were found to be in the processable region. The flow temperatures and crystal‐to‐nematic and nematic‐to‐isotropic transitions depend on the type of linear monomer units, and these transitions increased as the content of the p‐ABA units increased, as compared to the HQDA/TPA units. When the content of the p‐ABA units increased, as compared to other linear units (HQDA and TPA), the intrinsic viscosity and degree of crystallinity of the copolyesters also increased, implying a higher reactivity for p‐ABA in the p‐ABA/HQDA/TPA/m‐ABA polymer system. The aromatic region in the 1H NMR spectra of the copolyesters containing equal molar compositions of p‐ABA, HQDA, and TPA units were sensitive to the sequence distribution of aromatic rings. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In addition to rare phenylethanoid triglycosides, myricoside and its dimetylether derivative serratumoside A {3-hydroxy,4-methoxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside}, a new phenylethanoid glycoside, myricoside-3"-O-methylether {3,4-dihydroxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside} along with a new neolignan glucoside, (7S, 8R)-dehydroconiferyl alcohol-8-5'-dehydroconiferyl aldehyde 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside were isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis oppositiflora. The structures of the new compounds were identified by means of spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, and LC-ESIMS) methods.  相似文献

In the analytical system suggested, atmospheric hydrogen sulfide reacts with the surface of a filter paper treated with aqueous cadmium chloride and yields a luminescent species whose intensity can be correlated with the analyte concentration in ambient air. It was shown that the luminescent species are CdS solid particles which were formed in a well defined size. The paper luminescence was also tried on polymeric surfaces; polyethyleneoxide, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylcellulose and carboxymethylcellulose were found to give a similar luminescence signal. The system can be used on the tip of an optical fiber for an irreversible, cumulative type of analytical device for hydrogen sulfide determination. The 3s detection limit for the paper luminescence detection system was 7.8 ppb H(2)S.  相似文献

In this work, the transport of Cr(VI) ions from an aqueous donor phase solution to an acceptor phase that contained an acetic acid/ammonium acetate buffer at pH 5 through a polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) containing p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene amine derivative as carrier was studied. The Cr(VI) passed through a PIM comprised of cellulose triacetate as a support and 2-NPOE as a plasticizer. The transport efficiency of Cr(VI) was studied under various experimental conditions, such as effect of carrier concentration, acceptor phase pH, type of plasticizer in the membrane, stirring rate and membrane thickness. The kinetic parameters were calculated as rate constant (k), permeability coefficient (P), and flux (J). The transport efficiency of Cr(VI) was observed to be 95.07 % after 10 h under optimized conditions. The prepared PIM was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the atomic force microscopy techniques as well as with contact angle measurements. This is an effective method for the removal of Cr(VI) which is toxic for human body and environment from the waste water.  相似文献

Upon introducing a one-parameter quadratic deformation of the q-boson algebra and a diagonal perturbation at the end point, we arrive at a semi-infinite q-boson system with a two-parameter boundary interaction. The eigenfunctions are shown to be given by Macdonald’s hyperoctahedral Hall–Littlewood functions of type BC. It follows that the n-particle spectrum is bounded and absolutely continuous and that the corresponding scattering matrix factorizes as a product of two-particle bulk and one-particle boundary scattering matrices.  相似文献

Polarization adjusted convolutional (PAC) codes are a class of codes that combine channel polarization with convolutional coding. PAC codes are of interest for their high performance. This paper presents a systematic encoding and shortening method for PAC codes. Systematic encoding is important for lowering the bit-error rate (BER) of PAC codes. Shortening is important for adjusting the block length of PAC codes. It is shown that systematic encoding and shortening of PAC codes can be carried out in a unified framework.  相似文献
