<正>Diffraction efficiency of volume Bragg grating,whose period is in the same order as the incident wavelength, is related to the polarization direction of the incident linear polarized beam.When two linearly polarized recording beams with the same polarization direction are used for recording volume Bragg gratings in a photopolymer with diffusion amplification,the azimuth of polarization of the reconstruction beam influences the diffraction efficiency of the grating.When the probe beam is linearly polarized and oriented orthogonally to the grating vectors,the±1-order diffraction beams are also linearly polarized with polarization direction parallel to that of the probe beam.According to the results,a two-dimensional nonspatial optical filter consisting of the volume Bragg gratings would achieve significantly higher efficiency. 相似文献

We study the uptake and distribution of transferrin (Tf)-conjugated CdSe/CdS/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) in single living HeLa cells with both fluorescence confocal microscopy and three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction technique. By increasing the co-incubation time or the dosage of QDs-Tf, we find that the uptake of QDs-Tf bioconjugates in the cells increases correspondingly, but with different uptake rates. Additionally, the distribution of QDs-Tf, in single live HeLa cells is time dependent. To our knowledge, this is the first study on quantitatively analyzing the uptake and distribution of bioconjugated QDs in single living cells. Such QDs nanoplatform can be further modified for developing biomedical evaluation tool in cancer diagnosis and targeted drug delivery. 相似文献

The theoretical analysis and experimental results of the wavelength tunability of a tandem optical parametric oscillator (TOPO) based on a single nonlinear crystal are presented.TOPO is a configuration wherein the signal laser is used as a pump laser to generate secondary optical parametric oscillator (OPO).The cascaded parametric interactions are achieved synchronously in a single-grating-period MgO doped periodically poled lithium niobate (PPMgOLN).Tunable multiple-wavelength mid-infrared (mid-IR) lasers are obtained by changing the temperature of the crystal.When the PPMgOLN crystal with a grating period of 31.2 μm is operated at 148 ℃,the dual OPOs generate an identical mid-IR laser of 2.83 μm.The secondary OPO transforms into an optical parametric amplifier,in which different frequency mixing from the signal laser results in the amplification of the idler laser in the first OPO.TOPO is a useful configuration for multiple laser output,broad tuning range,and high-efficiency mid-IR lasers. 相似文献

System calibration, which usually involves complicated and time-consuming procedures, is crucial for any three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement system based on vision. A novel improved method is proposed for accurate calibration of such a measurement system. The system accuracy is improved with considering the nonlinear measurement error created by the difference between the system model and real measurement environment. We use Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to compensate the error and get a good result. The improved method has a 50% improvement of re-projection accuracy compared with our previous method. The measurement accuracy is maintained well within 1.5% of the overall measurement depth range. 相似文献

<正>Wavefront coding(WFC) is used to extend the field depth of an incoherent optical system by employing a phase mask on the pupil.We uses a Fisher information(FI) metric based optimization method to design a phase mask by taking the modulation transfer function(MTF) of the practical optical system into consideration.
