采用盆栽试验研究了Nd3 在不同诱导时间对番茄叶抗性指标(过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、细胞膜透性、氧自由基(O2-·)产生速率和木质素含量)的影响.结果表明:从第3 d开始,Nd3 诱导提高番茄叶内PAL活性,第3d增幅也最大,达32.30%,维持时间为诱导后第3~5 d;Nd3 诱导后第1~2 d POD活性升高,第1 d增幅最大,维持时间是诱导后第1~2 d;Nd3 诱导后1~3 d,PPO活性升高,第1 d增幅最大,维持时间是诱导后第1~3 d;从诱导后第2 d开始,Nd3 降低细胞膜透性,第3 d时降幅最大,为54.33%,持续时间为诱导后第2~5 d;从第3 d开始,Nd3 诱导降低氧自由基产生速率,第4 d降幅最大,第3 d氧自由基产生速率最低,持续时间为诱导后第3~5 d;从第4 d开始,Nd3 诱导提高木质素含量,5 d时有继续升高的趋势.从不同诱导时间番茄叶PAL活性、细胞膜透性、氧自由基产生速率的变化来看,在Nd3 诱导的第3 d,番茄产生的抗性最强. 相似文献

The possibility of using one- and two-dimensional Kohonen self-organizing maps (SOMs) to recognize similarities in low-resolution
vapor-phase infrared spectra without any additional information, i.e., in an unsupervised mode, has been investigated. Full-range
vapor-phase FT-IR reference spectra were first used to train the networks and the trained networks were then used to classify
the reference spectra into several groups. The feasibility of reducing the spectral range to be consistent with the atmospheric
windows used in open-path FT-IR spectrometry was also studied. Kohonen networks are shown to be relatively immune to the presence
of noise. An example of using a trained Kohonen map to recognize the presence of selected compounds in field-measured open-path
FT-IR spectra is given.

Three double-armed diazacrown ethers with two thiophene side groups, 7,16-dithenyl-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane (DTDC), 7,16-dithenoyl-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane (DTODC), and 7,16-di-(2-thiopheneacetyl)-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane (DTAODC), have been synthesized and used as novel neutral lead(II) ionophores in ion selective electrode applications. The relationship between the molecular structure of these ionophores and electrochemical properties (linear range, response time, selectivity) of the membrane electrode is discussed. The optimum conditions for the preparation of the electrodes are described. The optimized dithenoyldiazacrown had a detection limit of pPb = 5.7, and Nernstian range with slope 29.2 mV decade−1 from pPb = 5.0 to 2.7. Mercury and silver ions are the major interferences. These electrodes are applied to potentiometric titrations of lead(II) ions and show promise for the determination of lead ions in water samples. 相似文献

The complexes of the rare earth metals with 2-phenyltrifluoroacetone in the presence of TX-100 are reported. The characteristic absorbances of neodymium, holmium and erbium complexes can be increased by factors of 8.5, 31 and 15 respectively, compared to those of the cholrides. The third-derivative spectra have been used to eliminate the interference of cerium, and the sensitivities are increased again by factors of 7.4, 5.5 and 6.5. A method for the direct determination of neodymium, erbium and holmium in rare earth mixtures is proposed. 相似文献

A systematic investigation of the parameters that affect the efficiency of immobilizing heparinase onto cyanogen bromide activated
crosslinked 8% agarose beads was conducted. Two experimental measures, the “fraction bound” and the “fraction retained,” were
used to monitor the coupling efficiency. The fraction bound is the portion of the total initial enzyme that is bound to the
agarose gel. The fraction retained is the fraction of bound enzyme that is active. The product of the two measures indicates
the coupling efficiency. The activity of the immobilized heparinase was measured under conditions free of both internal and
external mass transfer limitations, and thus, the fraction retained represents the true immobilized enzyme activity.
Increasing the degree of activation of the beads results in an increase in the fraction bound, the fraction retained, and
consequently, the coupling efficiency. As the ratio of enzyme solution to gel volume increases from 1.5 to 2.2, the fraction
bound remains constant but the fraction retained decreases (heparinase concentration; 0.15 mg/mL and degree of activation;
9.5 μmol of cyanate esters/g of gel). At volume ratios greater than 2.2, both the fraction bound and the fraction retained
decline continuously. Changing the heparinase concentration in the coupling solution changes the coupling efficiency in a
manner similar to that of the volume ratio change.
When heparin is added during the coupling process, the fraction bound declines as the heparin concentration increases, whereas
the fraction retained increases up to a heparin concentration of 12 mg/mL and decreases thereafter. When arginine, lysine,
and glycine are used to block the unreacted cyanate ester groups after the coupling process, the immobilized heparinase shows
different pH optima of 6.5, 6.9, and 7.2, respectively. Based upon these findings, a protocol to optimize heparinase immobilization

以乙醇为溶剂, 钛酸四丁酯为前驱体, 用溶剂热法制备了Ag表面修饰的负载型纳米二氧化钛光催化剂. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附(BET)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱等技术对其进行了系统的表征, 以亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的脱色降解为模型反应, 考察了不同Ag含量样品的光催化性能. 结果表明: 用溶剂热法制备的样品中TiO2皆为锐钛矿相, 金属Ag颗粒沉积在TiO2表面, 粒径为2 nm左右, 比表面积较溶胶凝胶法制备的样品大大增加, 最高可达151.44 m2·g-1; UV-Vis光谱和光催化实验表明: Ag修饰使TiO2对光的吸收能力大大增强, 吸收带边红移至可见光区, 亚甲基蓝在该复合材料上的光催化降解反应遵循一级反应动力学模型; 溶剂热法制备样品的光催化性能明显好于溶胶凝胶法制备的样品, 在紫外光和可见光下, Ag摩尔分数为5%的样品表现出最佳的光催化活性. 相似文献

本文合成丁新试剂2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(5-Br-BTAMB)。研究了在表面活性剂存在下它与钴的显色反应。发现 TritonX-100存在下,钴与5-Br-BTAMB在 pH6.0~8.5范围内形成稳定的蓝色配合物。其最大吸收峰位于660nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.22×10~5L·mol·cm~(-1)。配合物中钴与5-Br-BTAMB 的组成比为1:2.钴浓度在0~12μg/25ml 范围内呈良好的线性关系。在硫脲存在下,该方法具有良好的选择性,用于测定含钴分子筛和 V_(B12)中微量钴。结果令人满意。 相似文献

The reaction mass spectrometry of cyclic glycols and monosaccharides with methylene chloride as reagent was studied. In the presence of ammonia, it was found that methylene chloride reacted stereoselectively with the quasi-molecular ions of cyclic glycols and monosaccharides to form characteristic ions, by comparison of the relative abundances of which the stereoisomers of cyclopentane-l,2-diols and cyclohexane-l,2-diols and some monosaccharides could be definitely distinguished. 相似文献
