The controlled decomposition of Pt2(dba)3 (dba = dibenzylideneacetone) dispersed in 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMI.BF4) and hexafluorophosphate (BMI.PF6) ionic liquids in the presence of cyclohexene by molecular hydrogen produces Pt0 nanoparticles. The formation of these nanoparticles follows the two-step [A --> B, A + B --> 2B (k1, k2)] autocatalytic mechanism. The catalytic activity in the hydrogenation of cyclohexene is influenced by the nature of the anion rather than the mean-diameter of the nanoparticles. Thus, higher catalytic activity was obtained with Pt0 dispersed in BMI.BF4 containing the less coordinating anion although these nanoparticles possess a larger mean diameter (3.4 nm) than those obtained in BMI.PF6 (2.3 nm). Similar mean diameter values were estimated from in situ XRD and SAXS. XPS analyses clearly show the interactions of the ionic liquid with the metal surface demonstrating the formation of an ionic liquid protective layer surrounding the platinum nanoparticles. SAXS analysis indicated the formation of a semi-organized ionic liquid layer surrounding the metal particles with an extended molecular length of around 2.8 nm in BMI.BF4 and 3.3 nm in BMI.PF6.  相似文献

A biosensor based on the ionic liquid, 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate containing dispersed iridium nanoparticles (Ir-BMI.PF6) and polyphenol oxidase was constructed. This enzyme was obtained from the sugar apple (Annona squamosa), immobilized in chitosan ionically crosslinked with oxalate. The biosensor was used for determination of chlorogenic acid by square wave voltammetry. The polyphenol oxidase catalyzes the oxidation of chlorogenic acid to the corresponding o-quinone, which is electrochemically reduced back to this substance at +0.25 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Under optimized operational conditions the chlorogenic acid concentration was linear in the range of 3.48 × 10−6 to 4.95 × 10−5 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 9.15 × 10−7 mol L−1. The biosensor was applied in the determination of chlorogenic acid in organic and decaffeinated coffee and the results compared with those obtained using the capillary electrophoresis method. The recovery study for chlorogenic acid in these samples gave values of 93.2-105.7%.  相似文献

We report on recent measurements on GaAs/AlGaAs THz quantum well infrared photodetectors (QWIPs), investigating linewidth broadening as function of doping level. Structures with 3% and 2% Al content in the barrier were grown using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), respectively. Linewidth widening with increasing doping of the GaAs quantum well could be observed in the detection spectra. The observed shift of peak detection wavelength for different well dopings fits with values obtained from wavefunction calculations, taking into account many-particle effects, namely exchange and correlation energies and the effect of depolarization on the absorption. In addition, activation energies extracted from dark current measurements as function of device temperature are also in agreement with the calculations.  相似文献

Laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) has been used to observe NS and NO in methane/oxygen/argon laminar flames at low pressure doped with ammonia and sulfur dioxide. NS profiles as a function of height above the burner have been measured for rich flames. The effect of adding various amounts of sulfur dioxide on the observed NO in the burnt gas region has been investigated for a variety of stoichiometries. The experimental measurements have been compared with PREMIX simulations using a detailed elementary reaction mechanism for nitrogen- and sulfur-containing species in a methane flame. Sensitivity analysis has been employed to highlight the important reactions for NS, NO and SO2. The results demonstrate significant uncertainties in currently best available rate data for important reactions involving sulfur-containing species.  相似文献

The N-methoxy-N-methyl bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphonamide was easily obtained via the Arbuzov reaction with use of commercially available tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphite, 2-bromo-N-methoxy-N-methylacetamide, and KF/alumina. The reaction of bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphonate with several aldehydes demonstrates the versatility of the method, which gives Z-unsaturated amides in good yields.  相似文献
