A new control structure for a class of uncertain Lagrangian systems that solves the regulation and tracking control problems is proposed. This structure has good robustness properties, similar to sliding-mode-type controllers; and is free from chattering. The control structure is based on a discontinuous, robust observer, which displays a second-order sliding mode yielding an exponential convergence to the state of the plant in spite of the existence of non-vanishing disturbances and parameter uncertainties. At the same time, with the aid of a low-pass filter, this observer is employed to estimate the perturbations affecting the plant. This disturbance estimation is used to compensate the perturbations acting on the plant, improving the controller robustness. The performance of the proposed control structure is illustrated numerically and experimentally. 相似文献

This work evaluated the metabolic profiling of Inga species with antitumor potential. In addition, we described the antigenotoxicity of polyphenols isolated from I. laurina and a proteomic approach using HepG2 cells after treatment with these metabolites. The in vitro cytotoxic activity against HepG2, HT-29 and T98G cancer cell lines was investigated. The assessment of genotoxic damage was carried out through the comet assay. The ethanolic extract from I. laurina seeds was subjected to bioassay-guided fractionation and the most active fractions were characterized. One bioactive fraction with high cytotoxicity against HT-29 human colon cancer cells (IC50 = 4.0 µg mL−1) was found, and it was characterized as a mixture of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and 4-vinyl-phenol. The I. edulis fruit peel (IC50 = 18.6 µg mL−1) and I. laurina seed (IC50 = 15.2 µg mL−1) extracts had cytotoxic activity against the cell line T98G, and its chemical composition showed a variety of phenolic acids. The chemical composition of this species indicated a wide variety of aromatic acids, flavonoids, tannins, and carotenoids. The high concentration (ranging from 5% to 30%) of these polyphenols in the bioactive extract may be responsible for the antitumor potential. Regarding the proteomic approach, we detected proteins directly related to the elimination of ROS, DNA repair, expression of tumor proteins, and apoptosis. 相似文献

In this investigation, we report the biosynthesis of the silver nanoparticles using Aloysia triphylla leaves extract. The as-prepared silver nanoparticles were characterized by ultraviolet–visible (Uv–vis) spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy The infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy techniques were also used to evaluate the chemical groups of the plant extract involved in the silver ions bioreduction. The results indicate that as the plant extract/precursor salt ratio increases, the size of the nanoparticles decreases. Also, as the reaction temperature increases, the reduction rate increased too, resulting in the formation of smaller nanoparticles-size ranges. Uv–vis spectroscopy illustrates absorption peaks in the range of wavelengths of 430–445 nm corresponding to surface plasmon resonance band of silver nanoparticles. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the presence of silver solids with fcc structure type. The FTIR analysis showed that the bands corresponding to phenolic compounds and the amide group were involved in the synthesis and stabilization of silver nanoparticles, respectively. The Raman studies showed bands at 1380 and 1610 cm?1, which correspond to the aromatic and amide compounds, confirming the FTIR results. The Uv–vis results indicate the capacity of silver nanoparticles to reduce the methylene blue. 相似文献

In the present work the decomposition of the total Gibbs free energy of ligand-DNA binding onto various physical terms was accomplished for the group of nine DNA minor groove binders (MGB ligands) differing in both structure and charge state. The decomposition protocol includes the analysis of the most complete set of physical factors known to contribute to the complexation process, viz. the net change in the number of degrees of freedom (translational, rotational, vibrations of the chemical bonds and vibrations of the ligand as a whole within the binding site), the conformational entropy, van der Waals, electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions, the polyelectrolyte contribution and the net effect of changes in the number of hydrogen bonds. All of these processes are further decomposed into the interaction with the solvent and the interaction of the ligand with DNA. The principal outcome of the decomposition is the possibility of performing a comparative analysis of the energetic contribution of various physical terms and provide an answer to the question concerning what physical factors stabilize or destabilize the complexes of MGB ligands with DNA. 相似文献

The study of the photoluminescent properties affected by order and disorder of the BaMoO4 powders is the principal objective in this work. BaMoO4 compounds were prepared using soft chemical process called Complex Polymerization Method. In this work, different deagglomeration
types and different heating rates were used to promote different disorder degrees. Scheelite type phase (BaMoO4) was determined by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transformed Infra-Red (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy after heat treating
the sample at 400°C. The room temperature luminescence spectra revealed an intense single-emission band in the visible region.
Based on XRD and Raman data it was observed that the transition between the completely disordered structure to completely
ordered structure is a good condition for photoluminescence (PL) emission. The best PL emission is obtained when the material
possesses short range disorder, i.e., is periodically ordered (XRD), but some disorder as measured by Raman spectroscopy.
The excellent optical properties observed for disordered BaMoO4 suggested that this material is a highly promising candidate for optical applications. 相似文献

A set of new block copolyimides containing fluorenyl cardo moieties (FR) in the polyimide blocks and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) sequences has been prepared using the two‐step method of polyimide synthesis. The combination of both moieties led to novel copolyimides with good solubility in a variety of solvents, which could easily be processed into films. Copolyimides with PEO content from 30 to 56 wt % were amorphous, showed good mechanical properties, and absorbed less water than other PEO‐containing polyimides previously reported. Copolyimides with higher PEO content (60 and 65%) showed crystallinity and yielded soft films. All of the copolymers showed two glass transition temperatures, the first one around ?25 °C attributed to the PEO segments, and the second one at much higher temperature, which corresponded to the polyimide domains. The thermal degradation occurred in two steps, the first one being associated with the degradation of the PEO segments and the second one with the generalized aromatic polyimide decomposition. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
