高电荷态离子207Pbq+(24≤q≤36)与Si(110)固体表面作用的电子发射研究

报道了利用兰州重离子加速器国家实验室ECR源引出的高电荷态离子207Pbq+(24≤q≤36)入射到Si(110)表面产生的电子发射的实验测量结果.结果表明,高电荷态离子与固体表面相互作用产生的电子发射产额Y与入射离子的电荷态q、入射角度ψ和入射能量E都有很强的关联.首次发现,电子发射产额Y与入射角度ψ间有接近1/tanψ的关系.理论分析认为,这些过程与基于经典过垒模型的势能电子发射过程密切相关.     

声波在一维声子晶体中共振隧穿的研究

通过从实验和理论方面对声波在一维声子晶体单晶体和被小的共振腔分开的双晶体中传播时发生的隧穿和共振隧穿现象的研究，观察到了声子晶体单晶体在带隙频率范围内发生的隧穿现象，而对于双晶体样品，在带隙频率范围内出现了很强的共振透射峰.共振发生时，实验测得的群时间很大，但是没有共振时，群速度却很快. 关键词： 声波 声子晶体 隧穿 共振     

8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide分子的晶体结构

运用层析法、结晶法从狭苞橐吾全草中分离得到艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide化合物,并通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱、氢核-氢核相关谱、异核多量子相干谱和异核多键相干谱进行结构鉴定．其单晶经X射线衍射测试表明,其晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数为: a=6．8519(5),b=10．7191(8),c=18．5942(14)A,V=1365．67(18) A3,Z=4,Dc=1．354 mg／m3．F(000)=592,μ=0．101 mm-1     

Molecular dynamics simulation of processing using AFM pin tool

A three-dimensional molecular dynamics (MD) model is utilized to investigate the effect of tool geometry on the deformation process of the workpiece and the nature of deformation process at the atomic-scale. Results show that different states exist between the atomic force microscope (AFM) pin tool and the workpiece surface, i.e. the non-wear state, the ploughing state, the state in which ploughing is dominant and the state in which cutting plays a key role. A relationship between the deformation process of the workpiece and the potential energy variation is presented. The potential energy variation of atoms in different deformed regions in the workpiece such as plastically deformed region, elastically deformed region and the mixed deformation region is different. The features of variations of potential energy are discussed.     

Oxidation process of SiGe on SOI substrates

The oxidation of SiGe film epitaxial grown on top of SOI wafers has been studied. These SiGe/SOI samples were oxidized at 700, 900, 1100 °C. Germanium atoms were rejected from SiGe film to SOI layer. A new Si_1−xGe_x (x is minimal) layer formed at SiGe/Si interface. As the germanium atoms diffused, the new Si_1−xGe_x (x is minimal) layer moved to Si/SiO₂ interface. Propagation of threading dislocation in SiGe film to SOI substrate was hindered by the new SiGe/Si interface. Strain in SOI substrate transferred from SiGe film was released through dislocation nucleation and propagation inner. The relaxation of SiGe film could be described as: strain relaxed through strain equalization and transfer process between SiGe film and SOI substrates. Raman spectroscopy was used to characterize the strain of SiGe film. Microstructure of SiGe/SOI was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM).     

The instability degree in the diemnsion of spaces of bivariate spline

In this paper, the dimension of the spaces of bivariate spline with degree less that 2r and smoothness order r on the Morgan-Scott triangulation is considered. The concept of the instability degree in the dimension of spaces of bivariate spline is presented. The results in the paper make us conjecture the instability degree in the dimension of spaces of bivariate spline is infinity.     

金属β-二酮化合物用于MOCVD法生长铁电氧化物薄膜

对用于MOCVD法生长铁电氧化物薄膜的金属β－二酮化合物的制备、结构及性质进行了评述，对它们在生长铁电薄膜中的应用现状进行了介绍，并对它们的应用前景作了展望。     

Canonical Modules of Semigroup Rings and a Conjecture of Reiner

We prove that the homotopy types of two naturally defined simplicial complexes are related in the following way: one is homotopy equivalent to a multiple suspension of the canonical Alexander dual of the other. These simplicial complexes arise in free resolutions of semigroup rings and modules. The relation between their homotopy types was conjectured by Reiner, and was suggested by a homological consequence of a result due independently to Danilov and Stanley on canonical modules of normal semigroup rings. Our proof is purely topological, and gives an alternative proof of their result. We also prove a generalization of a result of Hochster saying that these rings are Cohen—Macaulay, and indicate a new proof of Ehrhart's reciprocity law for rational polytopes. Solitary waves and their bifurcations of KdV like equation with higher order nonlinearity

We investigate the KdV like equation with higher order nonlinearity ut + a(1 +bun)unux + uxxx = 0with n ≥ 1, a, b ∈ R and α≠ 0. The bifurcations and explicit expressions of solitary wave solutions for theequation are discussed by using the bifurcation method and qualitative theory of dynamical systems. Thebifurcation diagrams, existence and number of the solitary waves are given.     

若干图类的邻强边染色

研究了若干图类的邻强边染色 .利用在图中添加辅助点和边的方法 ,构造性的证明了对于完全图 Kn和路 Lm 的笛卡尔积图 Kn× Lm,有χ′as(Kn× Lm) =△ (Kn× Lm) +1 ,其中△ (Kn× Lm)和χ′as(Kn× Lm)分别表示图 Kn× Lm的最大度和邻强边色数 .同理验证了 n阶完全图 Kn的广义图 K(n,m)满足邻强边染色猜想 .
