A pulsed Nd:YAG laser operating on the fourth (266 nm) and second (532 nm) harmonics has been used to generate plasmas on the target surface in air at atmospheric pressure. The influence of wavelength on quantitative analysis of 4 minor elements in stainless steel samples (Si, Ti, Nb and Mo) was investigated. Stainless steel samples with different elemental concentrations were prepared and analyzed by laser-induced plasma spectrometry (LIPS). The effect of laser wavelength on analytical figures of merit (calibration curves, correlation coefficients, linear dynamic ranges, analytical precision, and accuracy values) was found to be negligible when internal standardization (an Fe line) and time-resolved laser-induced plasma are employed. For both wavelengths, the calibration curves presented a good linearity and an acceptable linear dynamic range in the concentration interval investigated. For the four elements studied, limits of detection lower than 150 microg g(-1) were achieved. To evaluate the influence of wavelength on precision and accuracy, a set of fifteen high-alloyed steel samples from different stages of steelmaking process have been analyzed. Finally, the long-term stability of the analytical measurements for Mo with 532 nm wavelength has been discussed. RSD values were lower than 5.3% for the elements studied.  相似文献

A method is described for leaching of nanogram amounts of monobutyltin (MBT), dibutyltin (DBT), tributyltin (TBT), monophenyltin (MPT), diphenyltin (DPT), triphenyltin (TPT), and monomethyltin (MMT) from bivalves. The procedure is based on soaking the samples in a water-hydrogen bromide mixture (1:1) with magnetic stirring for 30 min followed by extraction with a 0.04% (w/v) tropolone solution in dichloromethane for 2 h. Organotins are determined by GC-FPD after clean-up through a Florisil column and fat hydrolysis by 1mol/L NaOH, followed by derivatization through Grignard pentylation. The method has been applied for an investigation of the occurrence of organotins in bivalves in south-west Spain. Cationic complexes [Mo(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)2L3]+ (L3 = either nitrogen-donor tridentate ligand or three monodentate ligands) were prepared in high yield and under mild conditions using as precursors either the triflato complex [Mo(eta(3)-allyl)(OTf)(CO)2(NCMe)2] or the combination of the chloro complex [Mo(eta(3)-allyl)Cl(CO)2(NCMe)2] and the salt NaBAr'(4)(Ar'= 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl). The tridentate ligands employed were 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine (terpy) and cis,cis-1,3,5-cyclohexanetriamine (CHTA), whereas the monodentate ligands imidazole (im) and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (dmpz) were chosen. In order to stabilize the labile intermediates, an excess of acetonitrile was used in most of the syntheses. However, the pyrazole complex was prepared through a nitrile-free route to avoid reactions at the coordinated nitrile. The solid state structures of [Mo(eta(3)-methallyl)(CO)2(terpy)]OTf (2), [Mo(eta(3)-methallyl)(CO)2(CHTA)]BAr'4 (3), [Mo(eta(3)-methallyl)(CO)2(NCMe)3]BAr'4 (4), [Mo(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)2(im)3]OTf (5) and [Mo(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)2(dmpz)3]BAr'4 (6) were determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

This study considers the selectivity of the extractants used in a sequential extraction scheme for metals mobility assessment by analyzing individual mineral phases previously coprecipitated or sorbed with trace metals. The scheme evaluated was a modification of the Tessier et al. [A. Tessier, P.G.C. Campbell, M. Bisson, Anal. Chem. 51 (1979) 844] sequential procedure proposed by the authors. The phases studied were calcite, amorphous iron oxide, hausmannite, humic acid, kaolinite and illite. Selective extractions were obtained for As, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn in metal-coprecipitated phases whereas NH(2)OH-HCl was not selective for the extraction of Hg and Cd coprecipitated in hausmannite and amorphous iron oxide, respectively. Otherwise, Cd, Hg, Ni and Zn sorbed on the different phases were released with MgCl(2) and NaOAc/HOAc, but stronger reagents were needed to release As, Cr, Cu and Pb.  相似文献

Some news thiopyrimidine derivatives and complexes [4-amino-5-nitroso-6-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-2-thio-pyrimidine (TANH), its 2-methylthio derivative (MTH), the ammonium salt ofTANH (sTANH) and six new complexes of formulas: Rh(MT)2Cl · 2H2O, Pd(MTH)2Cl2, Pt(MTH)2Cl4, Au(MTH)Cl3 Pd(TANH)2Cl2 and Au(TAN )Cl] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and1H-NMR spectroscopy techniques. The thermal behaviour of all compounds has also been studied.

Zusammenfassung Es wurden einige neue Thiopyrimidinderivate und deren Komplexe synthetisiert und mittels Elementaranalyse, IR und1H-NMR charakterisiert: 4-Amino-5-nitroso-6-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-2-thio-pyrimidin (TANH), dessen 2-Methylthio-Derivat (MTH), das Ammoniumsalz vonTANH (sTANH) und sechs neue Komplexe der Formeln Rh(MT)2Cl · 2H2O, Pd(MTH)2Cl2, Pt(MTH)2Cl4, Au(MTH)Cl3, Pd(TANH)2Cl2 und Au(TAN )Cl. Das thermische Verhalten der Verbindungen wurde ebenfalls untersucht.

A new series of V-shaped trinuclear metallorods and X-shaped pentanuclear metallostars has been prepared by the reaction of metal complexes bearing pendant phenolic functionalities with complexes containing electrophilic ligands. Specifically, {M(tpy)2} motifs (M=Ru or Os; tpy=2,2':6',2'-terpyridine) bearing one or two pendant 3,5-dihydroxyphenyl substituents at the 4-position of the central ring of the tpy have been reacted with the complexes [Ru(tpy)(Xtpy)]2+ (X=Cl or Br) to form new ether-linked species. The energy transfer from ruthenium to osmium in these complexes has been investigated in detail and the efficiency of transfer shown to be highly temperature dependent; the energy transfer is highly efficient at low temperature, whereas at room temperature nonradiative and nontransfer deactivation of the excited {Ru(tpy)2}* domains is most significant.  相似文献

The vapor-phase catalytic alkylation of phenol with methanol and dimethyl carbonate on a series of differently prepared CrPO4 (Cr/P=1) and CrPO4-AlPO4 (CrAIP) catalysts, has been studied at different temperatures (473–673 K). The reaction is first order in phenol, giving a mixture of O- and C-alkylated products (C-alkylation taking place preferentially at theortho-position). Moreover, dimethyl carbonate is a better methylating agent than methanol.  相似文献

Summary A fast and inexpensive fluorimetric method for the determination of total aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, and G2) in food of use in screening numerous samples suspectedly containing these substances is proposed. The sensitivity of the method (determination range between 0.5 and 200.0 ng ml–1) allows these analytes to be detected at concentrations well below legal limits; hence, separation-detection techniques such as HPLC need only be used with samples in which these compounds are found to occur. The method has been applied to maize, peanut and tapioca samples, obtaining average recoveries of 100.9 with deviations of ±5% with respect to 100% recovery.

Preparation of Langmuir monolayers of a mixture of trans- and cis-isomers of an azobenzene derivative, 4-[4-[(4-octylphenyl)azo]phenoxy]butanoic acid, results in the segregation of birefringent trans-isomer domains embedded in an isotropic medium of cis-isomers. Brewster angle microscopy observations allow us to identify different textures inside the domains depending on surface pressure, temperature, and domain size. The evolution of the monolayer in the dark, from initial droplets formed after spreading to a stable stripe texture, is described. The dynamics of domain coalescence and some morphological transitions induced by temperature and surface pressure changes are also discussed. A simple theoretical model is included to supplement some of these experimental observations.  相似文献

Heteroleptic nickel(II) complexes [NiL2L′] of a series of monoanionic and potentially bidentate N‐2‐pyridyl‐sulfonamide ligands [HL] and 2,2′‐bipyridine or 1,10‐Phenanthroline (L′) have been prepared by electrochemical oxidation of a nickel anode in an acetonitrile solution of the ligands. The complexes have been characterized by microanalysis, IR and electronic spectroscopy, magnetic measurements and LSI mass spectrometry. The crystal structure of [Ni(Ms6mepy)2(bipy)] has been determined by x‐ray diffraction and shows the metal in an octahedral NiN6 environment. Octahedral structures are also proposed for the other complexes with the N‐2‐pyridyl‐sulfonamide ligands acting as N,N′ or N, O bidentate systems, depending on the position of the methyl substituent on the pyridine ring.  相似文献
