The preparation of partially substituted thiacalix[4]arenes 2–6 has been accomplished by conducting the reaction of the thiacalixarene 1 with N-(p-nitrophenyl)-α-bromoacetamide in acetone or acetonitrile in the presence of M2CO3 (M = Na, K and Cs). The influence of the reaction conditions (temperature, time, solvent, ratio of the reagents and the nature of the alkali metal carbonate) on regio- and stereoselectivity of this reaction is described. 相似文献

14 Single‐ and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes from different sources were characterized in detail, and the characteristics obtained were carefully analyzed. The carbon material with the highest capacitance, and also other superior properties (“Taunit‐M” from “NanoTechCenter”, Russia), was chosen for further modification and fabrication of buckypaper based electrodes. These electrodes were biomodified with plant and fungal laccases, as well as fungal bilirubin oxidase. The designed biocathodes were investigated in simple buffers and also in a complex physiological fluid (human serum). Biocathodes based on immobilized fungal laccase were bioelectrocatalytically inactive in chloride containing media at neutral pH. In spite of the quite high current densities realized using biodevices based on plant laccase and fungal bilirubin oxidase, the limited thermal stability of the enzymes renders the biocathodes inadequate for practical applications in implanted situations. 相似文献

The superelectrophilic activation of N-aryl amides of 3-arylpropynoic acids by Bronsted superacids (CF3SO3H, HSO3F) or strong Lewis acids AlX3 (X=Cl, Br) results in the formation of 4-aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in quantitative yields. The vinyl triflates or vinyl chlorides may be formed as additional reaction products. The investigated amides in reactions with benzene give 4,4-diaryl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-ones under the superelectrophilic activation. 4-Aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in POCl3 are converted into 4-aryl 2-chloroquinolines. 4-Fluorophenyl-4-phenyl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-one give N-formylation products in a yield of 79% under the Vilsmeier–Haack reaction conditions. 相似文献

A general strategy for the assembly of previously unknown tris(β,β,γ-oximinoalkyl)amines from aliphatic nitro compounds and methyl vinyl ketone is described. The strategy involves N,N-bis(siloxy)enamines as key intermediates. The latter are accessible by double silylation of alkylnitro compounds. A reliable and high throughput high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated for determining levels of the antitubercular drug-d -cycloserine in human plasma. Plasma samples analyte with an internal standard (IS) (niacin) were prepared by solid-phase extraction using Waters Oasis MCX cartridges. The chromatographic separation was performed using the HILIC mode on a YMC-Pack SIL-06 column (150?×?4.6 mm; 3 μm) under isocratic conditions. The run time of analysis was 5 min. The mobile phase consisted of methanol, propanol-2 and 0.075 % trifluoroacetic acid (66.5:28.5:5, v/v/v). Protonated ions formed by turbo ion spray in positive mode were used to detect the analyte and the IS. MS/MS detection was used to monitor the fragmentation of 103–75?m/z for cycloserine and 124 to 80?m/z for niacin (IS) on an API 4000 (AB Sciex) triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. A linear dynamic range of 0.3–30 μg/mL was established for cycloserine using 0.2 mL human plasma and a 1 μL injection volume. The mean relative recovery of cycloserine and niacin were 77.2 and 82.4 %, respectively. The procedure of sample preparation was consistent and reproducible (precision, 0.8–3.4 %; accuracy, 93.8–104.9 %). The method was validated in accordance with requirements of the European Medicines Agency and successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of 250 mg tablet formulations in 23 healthy human subjects. 相似文献

In this work, the differences in catalytic performance for a series of Co hydrogen evolution catalysts with different pentadentate polypyridyl ligands (L), have been rationalized by examining elementary steps of the catalytic cycle using a combination of electrochemical and transient pulse radiolysis (PR) studies in aqueous solution. Solvolysis of the [CoII−Cl]+ species results in the formation of [CoII(κ4-L)(OH2)]2+. Further reduction produces [CoI(κ4-L)(OH2)]+, which undergoes a rate-limiting structural rearrangement to [CoI(κ5-L)]+ before being protonated to form [CoIII−H]2+. The rate of [CoIII−H]2+ formation is similar for all complexes in the series. Using E1/2 values of various Co species and pKa values of [CoIII−H]2+ estimated from PR experiments, we found that while the protonation of [CoIII−H]2+ is unfavorable, [CoII−H]+ reacts with protons to produce H2. The catalytic activity for H2 evolution tracks the hydricity of the [CoII−H]+ intermediate. 相似文献

Promethazine, an antihistamine drug used in the clinical treatment of nausea, has been demonstrated the ability to bind Abeta in a transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease. However, so far, all of the studies were performed in vitro using extracted tissues. In this work, we report the design and synthesis of a novel [11C]promethazine PET radioligand for future in vivo studies. The [11C]promethazine was isolated by RP-HPLC with radiochemical purity >95% and molar activity of 48 TBq/mmol.
