多气隙电阻板室抗辐照性能研究

给出了为RHIC-STAR飞行时间探测器设计的多气隙电阻板室(MRPC)的辐照实验结果. 实验采用100mCi⁶⁰Co γ源, 采用不同的剂量率对MRPC进行辐照. 一个室在大剂量率2.87×10^－2Gy/h下辐照了24h后, 其性能如噪声计数率, 暗电流等均大大退化. 另一个室在相对低剂量率5.31×10^－4Gy/h下辐照了530h, 其性能没有见到任何变坏. 实验的目的是为了了解这种探测器在几年的运行中经过大剂量的辐照后的性能变化情况.     

Direct mass measurements of neutron-deficient 152Sm projectile fragments at the FRS-ESR facility

The FRS-ESR facility at GSI provides one of the most efficient methods for direct mass measurements. In the present experiment, exotic nuclei were produced via fragmentation of ¹⁵²Sm projectiles in a thick beryllium target at 500-600 MeV/u, separated in-flight with the fragment separator FRS, and injected into the storage-cooler ring ESR. Time-resolved Schottky Mass Spectrometry was applied for mass measurements of stored and electron-cooled bare and few-electron ions. 373 different nuclides were identified by means of the spectra of their revolution frequencies. Masses for 18 nuclides (⁸⁴Zr, ⁹²Ru, ⁹⁴Rh, ^107,108,110Sb, ^111,112,114I, ¹¹⁸Ba, ^122,123La, ¹²⁴Ce, ¹²⁷Pr, ¹²⁹Nd, ¹³²Pm, ¹³⁴Sm, ¹³⁷Eu) have been determined for the first time. Masses for ^111,112I and ¹¹³Xe have been obtained via known α-decay energies. The experiment and first results will be presented.     

Atomic configurations in close-packed lennard-jones systems

Conclusions DS provide a convenient means of researching local atomic configurations in disordered systems. On the one hand, a DS is a strictly defined geometrical structure, while on the other hand the shapes of the simplexes directly reflect the atomic disposition.New characteristics T and O have been proposed for DS shape and allow one to distinguish the corresponding configurations reliably. It is evident that a close-packed system of spherical atoms contains considerable proportions of slightly distorted tetrahedral and octahedral configurations. In a disordered close packing of soft spheres, such configurations form distinct classes similar to those occurring in an FCC crystal.Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Solvothermal synthesis of TiO2: anatase nanocrystals and rutile nanofibres from TiCl4 in acetone

This work reports a new synthetic approach for single‐phase TiO₂ nanomaterials by solvothermal treatment of titanium tetrachloride in acetone at 80–110 °C. Small, uniform, and yet size‐tunable (5–10 nm) anatase titania nanocrystallites were obtained using a low concentration of TiCl₄ in acetone (i.e., at molar ratios of TiCl₄/acetone ≤ 1:15) in the temperature range of 80–110 °C, while rutile nanofibers were synthesized using a high concentration of TiCl₄ (e.g., TiCl₄/acetone = 1:10) at 110 °C. The automorphism group of Payne derived generalized quadrangles

We solve a long-standing open problem by proving that the automorphism group of any thick Payne derived generalized quadrangle with ambient quadrangle S a thick generalized quadrangle of order s, s?5 and odd, with a center of symmetry, is induced by the automorphism group of S.     

Optimal reconstruction of the solution of the wave equation from inaccurate initial data

In the present paper, we consider the problem of the optimal reconstruction of the solution of the wave equation from the approximate values of the Fourier coefficients of the function specifying the initial form of the string. For an operator defined on the weight space of vectors from l ₂, we present the solution of the more general problem of reconstruction from the approximate values of the coordinates of these vectors.     

一种改进的Fuzzy-HMMS算法及其收敛性

对D at T ran和M ichae lW agner等人提出的FCM-FE-HMM S算法作了进一步的补充和改进,提出了改进的FCM-FE-HMM S算法,并给出了算法收敛性分析,得出在给定初值的情况下该算法将收敛到一个局部最优解。     

直接资本化法中自有资本收益率的算法探讨

在分析我国房地产自有资本收益率操作中所存在问题的基础上,论述了自有资本收益率的实质是自有资金直接资本化率,并在房地产持有期小于抵押贷款期以及房地产持有期和土地批租年限相同的两种情况下,推导出了与土地有限期使用制度相适应的房地产资本化率和自有资本收益率的计算方法,提出了利用债务保障比率的取值范围检验资本化率合理性的基本公式.     

Specific MARY spectrum from radical anion of pentafluorobenzene

The paper presents the first resolved experimental magnetically affected reaction yield (MARY) spectrum for a system with nonequivalent nuclei, radical anion of pentafluorobenzene. This observation dispels the common apprehension that because of a rather involved energy level layout a system with not all nuclei magnetically equivalent cannot produce resolved MARY lines in nonzero fields, and greatly, increases the practical scope of level-crossing techniques for studies of spin-correlated radical pairs. The experimental finding is supported by schemes of energy levels calculated for this system.     

Analysis of some medicinal plants in South-western Nigeria using PIXE

Summary Analysis of thirteen medicinal plants of various biological activities commonly used in South-western Nigeria was carried out using PIXE technique. Nine of these plants are anti-cancer while four are antimicrobial. PIXE measurements were carried out using collimated proton beams delivered by the 2. 5 MV AN 2000 Van de Graaff accelerator at the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN), (LNL) Legnaro, (Padova), Italy. The results showed the presence of twenty three different elements in the plants and none of them contains any toxic heavy metals. Only Chenopodium ambrosioides showed detectable levels of selenium which is considered important in cancer prevention.
