The quantum yields of thecis trans andtrans cis Hg 6(3P1) photosensitized isomerizations of 1,3-pentadiene at 100 Torr and 22°C are 0.54±0.02 and 0.42±0.02, respectively. The steady state ratio ([trans]/[cis])ss is 1.27±0.05 which is almost identical with the ratio of the quantum yields, (ct)/(tc)=1.29±0.10. Thecistrans isomerization is suggested as a useful actinometer for mercury sensitized reactions.

The first asymmetric version of intermolecular Pauson-Khand reactions of unstrained alkenes is described. Generally simple acyclic alkenes exhibit low reactivity and regioselectivity in intermolecular Pauson-Khand reactions; however, o-(dimethylamino)phenyl vinyl sulfoxide reacts under very mild conditions with a wide variety of terminal alkynes in a completely regioselective and highly stereoselective manner. The utility of the resulting 5-sulfinyl-2-cyclopentenones in asymmetric synthesis is illustrated by a very short enantioselective synthesis of the antibiotic (-)-pentenomycin I. 相似文献

Sucrose density gradient centrifugation of a microsomal membrane fraction of cauliflower inflorescences showed a strong correlation between a blue light mediated cytochrome b reduction (LIAC) and an ion stimulated nitrate-insensitive but a vanadate-sensitive ATPase activity at 38-40% sucrose. LIAC activity and vanadate-sensitive ATPase might be assigned to the same type of membrane different from ER, Golgi, tonoplast and mitochondria. The Mg2+ -dependent ATP-hydrolytic activity obtained after purification of the microsomal fraction on an aqueous polymer two phase system was partially characterized. Temperature optimum (40°C), pH optimum (pH 7.0), vanadate inhibition (I50 at 20 μ M ), substrate kinetics ( K m = 1.37 m M Mg.ATP) and inhibitor studies all point to the presence of the frequently described plasma membrane ATPase. Potassium and Na+ stimulated the enzyme activity (20-40%). In general our data arc strongly in favour of the hypothesis that LIAC activity is localized on the plant plasma membrane. The cytochrome b involved in the light reaction has a midpoint potential near +150 mV. This cytochrome which has been previously shown in a cauliflower microsomal fraction is a constituent of the plasma membrane. 相似文献

Nine thermally stable complexes (η5-Cp*)[η5-(C5H4)CMe2CB10H10CR]MCl2 (R=H and Me) and (η5-Cp*)[η5; η1-(C5H4)CMe2(CB10H10C)]MCl have been prepared via metathesis reactions of Cp*MCl3 (M=Ti, Zr and Hf, Cp*=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) with monolithium salts of (C5H5)CMe2(CB10H10CR) (R=H and Me) and with dilithium salt of (C5H5)CMe2(CB10H10CH), respectively. These compounds have been fully characterized by various spectroscopic methods and elemental analyses. All of the compounds except (η5-Cp*)[η5-(C5H4)CMe2CB10H10CMe]HfCl2 were additionally characterized by a single crystal X-ray diffraction study, establishing their monomeric bent metallocene structural feature with carborane acting as a substituent or an ancillary ligand. The titanium and zirconium complexes produce high-density polyethylenes with the activity range of about 103-104 g PE per mol of M bar h in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane cocatalyst. 相似文献

The membranes of thermophilic archaebacteria are characterized by the presence of unusual bipolar saturated isoprenoid lipids. In order to investigate their molecular arrangement in the membrane and a possible influence on transport properties, we studied black films made from lipids of Caldariella acidophila, one of the most thermophilic archaebacteria. Details on the kinetics of formation at various temperatures are presented.Capacitance, compressibility and valinomycin-induced conductance values are compared with the corresponding data for a glycerol-monooleate (GMO) bilayer. A very peculiar behavior is presented by the bipolar lipid films studied. In fact, the values of conductance are more than two orders of magnitude lower than those of a GMO bilayer, while the values of capacitance and compressibility do not depend appreciably on the solvent in which the lipid is dispersed (in contrast with a GMO bilayer, where there is a 100% change).The results are discussed in terms of a proposed model of a monolayer organization of bipolar lipids and of the unusual composition of the hydrophobic core of the membrane. 相似文献

The preparation of Ni–SiC coatings using magnetic field-assisted jet electrodeposition under various plating settings is described in this study. A RBF-BP composite neural network with 4 × 4 × 4 × 7 × 10 × 1 was used to predict the corrosion resistance of Ni–SiC coatings prepared by employing different plating parameters. The results show that the fitting degree between the expected value and the actual value of the RBF-BP composite neural network is 0.97497. Moreover, the hybrid neural network can accurately predict the corrosion resistance of Ni–SiC coatings prepared under different process parameters. The corrosion weight loss of the coating is the lowest at the current density of 4 A/dm2, a jet rate of 3 m/s, a SiC particle concentration of 8 g/L, and at a magnetic field intensity of 0.8 T, demonstrating its corrosion resistance under these conditions. According to the coating characterization analysis, the coating's grain size was significantly refined, and the surface was smoother with a high amount of uniformly sized SiC nanoparticles. 相似文献
