A LC-MS-MS method capable of the quantitative determination of a range of pesticide residues present in crude extracts from a variety of fruit and vegetables has been developed. Isocratic LC conditions have been used in conjunction with electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometry to detect and identify up to 38 pesticides presented as various mixtures in different matrices. The utility of the method is demonstrated by the analysis of crude extracts, with no sample clean up, from grape, kiwi fruit, strawberry, spinach, lemon, peach and nectarine. Mean recoveries ranging from 63 to 96% with relative standard deviations < 20% were obtained for 30 of the 38 pesticides following analysis of organic produce fortified at concentrations between 0.01 and 0.8 mg/kg. Detected residues were quantified from interpolation against calibration data generated using matrix-matched standards that covered analyte concentration ranges between 0.005 and 0.8 microg/ml. Conditions suitable for the qualitative and quantitative confirmation of residues detected in samples are specified.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of phosphorescence of model enone compounds in poly (methyl methacrylate) matrix and glassy methylcyclohexane/isopentane solution and of enones formed from thermal oxidation of poly (butadiene) has been studied over the temperature range 77–220°K. The single discontinuity in the plot for the model enone-glassy solvent is due to the freezing of a (solvent perturbed) barrier to rotation in the enone, and an analogous transition is also observed in the model enone poly (methyl methacrylate) samples and in thermally oxidised poly (butadiene). In the polymer matrices, a second transition corresponding to the γ-transition in poly (methyl methacrylate) and the glass transition temperature Tg in poly (butadiene) are also revealed in the Arrhenius plots. The results demonstrate that care must be taken in ascribing such discontinuities solely to polymer properties since intrinsic properties of the luminescence probe itself may exhibit similar features.  相似文献

The approximate 4s and 3d radial wavefunctions of Richardsonet al. [J, chem. Physics 36, 1057 (1962)] for first-row transition-metal atoms and ions have been extended to additional electronic configurations. The results suggest several improvements in the 4s wavefunction parameters. Formulas are reported for extending the double- 3d wavefunctions over the range of atomic orbitalsd 1 throughd 10. Conductivity data for the lithium ion conducting solid electrolyte, LISICON, Li2+2xZn1?xGeO4 over a particularly wide composition range, 0.15 < x < 0.85, and over the temperature range ~25 to 150°C show that both the activation energy and preexponential factor pass through maxima around x ~ 0.4 to 0.5, at which the preexponential factor exhibits anomalously high values, ~1013 ohm?1 cm?1 K. An explanation is offered which involves the trapping of mobile Li+ ions by the immobile sublattice at lower temperatures. This model also accounts for ageing effects observed at lower temperatures in which the conductivity decreases slowly with time. In the isostructural Li+ electrolytes, Li3+xSixY1?xO4 (Y = P, As, V), the compositional dependence of both the preexponential factor and activation energy is less marked and no evidence for ion trapping effects is observed.  相似文献

Benz[a]azulene ( 1 ) is synthesized in five steps (cf. Scheme 2) starting from commercially available 2-iodobenzyl alcohol ( 4 ) and tropylium tetrafluoroborate in an overall yield of 44%. The key step (cf. also Scheme 1) is the intramolecular Heck reaction of the 8-phenylsulfonyl-substituted heptafulvene 7 , which leads in nearly quantitative yield directly to 10-(phenylsulfonyl)benz[a]azulene ( 8 ). The desulfonylation of 8 can be accomplished by Julia's method with Na2S2O4/NaHCO3 in DMF/H2O at 85–90°, thus leading to pure 1 in 78% yield. The phenylation of 8 with PhLi or PhCul at ?78° in THF occurs regioselectively at C(9). Dehydrogenation of the formed dihydroazulenes with o-chloroanil in toluene at room temperature gives 9-phenyl-10-(phenylsulfonyl)-benz[a]azulene ( 9 ) in 70% yield (cf. Scheme 3), which, again, can be desulfonylated with Na2S2O4/NaHCO3 in DMF/H2O in good yields. The addition of PhLi to 1 in THF occurs at temperatures ? ?25°. Ionic dehydrogenation (1. Ph3C+BF/MeCN; 2. Et3N) of the dihydro forms leads to 3 , as the main product, and its positional isomers.  相似文献

Molecular mechanics calculations indicate that the deformed chair and twisted-boat conformations are similar in energy for a 4,4-dimethyl-3-keto steroid. Earlier dipole moment work on such compounds is discussed. The crystal structure of 4,4-dimethylandrostan-3-on-17β-yl benzoate has been determined. The crystals are orthorhombic, P212121, a = 17.096 (2), b = 22.136 (e), c = 6.217 (1) A. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares to R ? 0.039, RXXX = 0.038, based on 2168 observed reflections. Ring A is shown to exist in a chair form, deformed as indicated by the calculations.  相似文献

Sugarcane fiber (i.e. bagasse) lignin has a larger fraction of aromatics unsubstitution in the ortho position than hardwood or softwood lignin and hence has the greater ability to be derivatized. Furthermore, organosolv lignin has a higher purity than sulfonated and kraft lignins. This work examines the purification of organosolv lignin derived from bagasse and the physico‐chemical properties of the lignin and lignin‐phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin coatings, and composites. The wetability tests have shown that lignin and lignin‐PF resin films are effective water barrier coatings, though the contact angles of lignin‐PF resin films were considerably less than the wax films. The overall mechanical properties (i.e. peak stress, peak strain and modulus) of the bagasse fiber composites were lower than the values obtained with the composites without the inclusion of bagasse fiber. In diatoms, silica synthesis occurs by use of complex posttranslationally modified peptides, termed silaffins, and highly complex biological polyamine structures. Silaffin peptides have lysine residues that are modified to long-chain polyamine moieties of N-methyl derivatives of polypropylenimine to drive silica synthesis at slightly acidic pH conditions. Using polypropylenimine (PPI) and PAMAM amine-terminated dendrimers as a biomimetic analogue of the polyamine modifications of silaffins, we have demonstrated the condensation of silica nanospheres. We have shown that the dendrimers react in an amine concentration-dependent fashion yielding silica nanospheres with a distinct size distribution reminiscent of the structures produced from both the modified and nonmodified peptides extracted from diatoms. Additionally, the templates were encapsulated by the growing nanospheres and precipitated from solution in a manner similar to that previously described for the bioactive peptides and polyamines.  相似文献
