A study of the effect of ZrO2 on the magnetic properties of FePt/ZrO2 multilayer

Fe_xPt_100−x(30 nm) and [Fe_xPt_100−x(3 nm)/ZrO₂]₁₀ (x = 37, 48, 57, 63, 69) films with different ZrO₂ content were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering technique, then were annealed at 550 °C for 30 min. This work investigates the effect of ZrO₂ doping on the microstructural evolution, magnetic properties, grain size, as well as the ordering kinetics of FePt alloy films. The as-deposited films behaved a disordered state, and the ordered L1₀ structure was obtained by post-annealing. The magnetic properties of the films are changed from soft magnetism to hard magnetism after annealing. The variation of the largest coercivities of [Fe_xPt_100−x/ZrO₂]₁₀ films with the Fe atomic percentage, x and differing amounts of ZrO₂ content reveals that as we increase the ZrO₂ content we must correspondingly increase the amount of Fe. This phenomenon suggests that the Zr or O atoms of ZrO₂ preferentially react with the Fe atoms of FePt alloy to form compounds. In addition, introducing the nonmagnetic ZrO₂ can reduce the intergrain exchange interactions of the FePt/ZrO₂ films, and the interactions are decreased as the ZrO₂ content increases, the dipole interactions are observed in FePt/ZrO₂ films as the ZrO₂ content is more than 15%.     

On Polynomial Functions over Finite Commutative Rings

Let R be an arbitrary finite commutative local ring. In this paper, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for a function over R to be a polynomial function. Before this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions for a function to be a polynomial function over some special finite commutative local rings were obtained.

Eigenvalue and stability of singular differential delay systems

The eigenvalue and the stability of singular differential systems with delay are considered. Firstly we investigate some properties of the eigenvalue, then give the exact exponential estimation for the fundamental solution, and finally discuss the necessary and sufficient condition of uniform asymptotic stability.     

The solvable radical of Sylow factorizable groups

Let G be a finite group. A complete Sylow product of G is a product of Sylow subgroups of G, one for each prime divisor of |G|. We shall call G a Sylow factorizable group if it is equal to at least one of its complete Sylow products. We prove that if G is a Sylow factorizable group then the intersection of all complete Sylow products of G is equal to the solvable radical of G. We generalize the concepts and the result to Sylow products which involve an arbitrary subset of the prime divisors of |G|. Received: 26 January 2005     

Estimation effective de la perte de positivité dans la régularisation des courants

Let (X,ω) be a compact complex Hermitian manifold, and let T?γ be a d-closed (1,1) almost positive current on X. A variant of Demailly's regularization-of-currents theorem states that T is the weak limit of a sequence of (1,1)-currents T_m with analytic singularities of coefficient 1/m, lying in the same cohomology class as T, whose Lelong numbers converge to those of T, and with a loss of positivity decaying to zero. We prove that if the (1,1)-form γ is assumed to be closed and C^∞, the regularizing currents T_m can be chosen such that $\text{T}{}_{\mathrm{m}}\text{?γ?}\text{C}\text{m}$ for a constant C>0 independent of m. Mathematical modeling of two-photon thermal fields in laser–solid interaction

In this paper, we have developed an analytical model to study the temperature distributions in IR optical materials heated by laser pulses. Our model takes into account the two-photon absorption (TPA). The calculations are based on a three-dimensional model of heat diffusion in solids using the integral transform method. We find out the rigorous analytical expression of the thermal field when one considers both one- and two-photon absorption. The model is valid for any laser–solid system whose interaction can be described by the generalized Beer–Lambert law. Specific results are presented for an application of the model to ZnSe sample. We find out that TPA can produce detectable temperature variation.     

FeCoB-SiO2磁性纳米颗粒膜的微波电磁特性

采用交替沉积磁控溅射工艺制备了超薄多层的FeCoB SiO2 磁性纳米颗粒膜 .利用x射线衍射仪、扫描探针显微镜、透射电子显微镜分析了薄膜的微结构和形貌特征 .采用振动样品磁强计、四探针法、微波矢量分析仪及谐振腔法测量薄膜试样的磁电性能和微波复磁导率 .重点对SiO2 介质相含量、薄膜微结构对电磁性能产生重要影响的机理做了分析和探讨 .结果表明 :这类FeCoB SiO2 磁性纳米颗粒膜具有良好的软磁性能和高频电磁性能 ,2GHz时的磁导率 μ′高于 70 ,可以应用于高频微磁器件或微波吸收材料的设计     

双光束相干控制产生多次谐波的实验验证

利用两束相干度可改变的飞秒脉冲光对产生的五次谐波的强度特性进行了研究，发现谐波信号的强度随相干程度的增大而增加，谐波信号的最大值相对于相干零点(双光束相干度最大处)是非对称的，从而证明了合成的激光脉冲波形变化对谐波信号的影响.同时对谐波的受激放大理论进行了初步的实验探索和展望. 关键词： 五次谐波 波形变化 相干 受激放大     

An expedient synthesis of an isofervenulin analogue

An efficient approach has been developed for the synthesis of an isofervenulin analogue 1 employing a one‐pot condensation‐substitution reaction of a chlorocarboethoxytriazine (electrophile) with a urea (nucleophile). The resulting cyclization reaction resulted in the synthesis of a pyrimido‐heterocycle in good yield in either acidic or basic media. The former was assisted by utilizing trimethylsilyl chloride.
