Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.     

Synthesis and crystallization kinetics of the novel ion exchanger Na<Subscript>4</Subscript>Ti<Subscript>4</Subscript>Si<Subscript>3</Subscript>O<Subscript>10</Subscript> for cesium removal

Thermodynamics and crystallization kinetics of the hydrothermal synthesis of Na₄Ti₄Si₃O₁₀ (NaTS) were systemically studied by both experiments and model simulation. Experimental results showed that the curve of crystallinity with time was a characteristic signmoid in the shape that indicated the crystallization of Na₄Ti₄Si₃O₁₀ was a typical spontaneous nucleation process on the laboratory scale. Crystallization of NaTS belongs to the liquid-liquid transformation mechanism and the reaction is endothermic (ΔH = 15.3 kJ/mol). A mathematic model of crystallization kinetics was developed to simulate the synthesis of NaTS. Runge-Kutta and simplex methods were adopted to solve the partial differential equations. Model results fitted well with the experimental data and showed that the synthesis process belongs to spontaneous nucleation and crystal growth. Moreover, the very small crystal growth constant (5.6·10⁻⁷) and gel dissolution constant (7.0·10⁻⁷) indicate they are the rate-limiting steps of the whole synthesis process.     

Correlating second harmonic optical responses of single Ag nanoparticles with morphology

Femtosecond laser excited second harmonic (SH) activity from single Ag nanoparticles is reported. A correlation of SH single-particle measurements with high-resolution imaging of particle morphology by TEM was achieved by creating position markers on an optical and electron transparent substrate (Si3N4 thin film, approximately 100 nm). We compared the SH activity of single Ag nanoparticles (nanospheres versus nanorods) and cluster structures (composed of two or multiple particles, e.g., dimers and trimers). The direct correlation of single-particle structures and SH activity, spectral and power dependence, strongly suggests one-photon resonant driven nonlinear oscillator response mechanism.     

Synthesis, structure and heterogeneous catalytic activities of Cu-containing polymeric compounds: anion effect and comparison of homogeneous vs. heterogeneous catalytic activity

The structures of new polymeric compounds containing Cu(II) ions and btp (2,6-bis(N'-1,2,4-triazolyl)pyridine) ligands have been determined. The btp ligands bridge Cu(II) ions to form double zigzag chains, [Cu(ClO4)2(btp)2] 3 with perchlorate anions, and form single zigzag chains, [Cu(btp)(H2O)4](SO4).2H2O 4 with sulfate anions. The polymeric compound 3 was found to effectively catalyze the epoxide ring-opening reaction with methanol, while polymeric compound 4 was almost inactive with epoxides under the same conditions. The polymeric compound 3 showed an efficient catalytic activity and regioselective reactivity in the ring opening of epoxides and allowed reuse without a significant loss of activity through three runs with epoxides.     

Pt-Sn脱氢催化剂浸渍状态的Sn-119和Pt-195的多核NMR研究

测定了Ｐｔ－Ｓｎ型催化剂浸渍状态下的Ｓｎ－１１９、Ｐｔ－１９５的多核核磁共振。当ＳｎＣｌ２／ＤＣｌ溶液体系中加入Ｈ２ＰｔＣｌ６以后，出现了Ｓｎ（Ⅳ）和另外一种Ｓｎ（Ⅱ）的构型，Ｓｎ－１１９峰向高场位移，说明部分Ｓｎ（Ⅱ）被氧化成Ｓｎ（Ⅳ），Ｈ２ＰｔＣｌ６的量对这种氧化性影响较小。而Ｈ２ＰｔＣｌ６／Ｄ２Ｏ溶液体系中加入ＳｎＣｌ２以后部分Ｐｔ（Ⅳ）被还原成Ｐｔ（Ⅱ），随着ＳｎＣｌ２量的增加，Ｐｔ（Ⅱ）     

Study on the Phase Diagram of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O System and the Properties of the Compounds

The equilibrium solubility of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O qua-ternary system at 25℃ has been determined by the physicchemical analysis method ,and the phase diagram was plotted, Two new double salts 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O obtained from the complicated system were identified and characterized by XRD,TG-DTA ,DSC,UV and fluorescence spectroscopy, Studies on the fluorescence excitation and emission show that 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O have upconversion luminescence of infrared-visible range,and the upconversion emission intensity increases with the increase of ratio of CeCl3 in CsCl.     

密胺-脲甲醛树脂合成工艺放大研究

以密胺－脲甲醛树脂合成的小试工艺条件为依据，完成了放大试验过程的工艺研究。研究结果与小试研究的工艺条件相吻合。     

A Rapid and Convenient Synthesis of Derivatives of Imidazoles under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient and a quick microwave‐assisted synthesis of benzimidazoles and trisubstituted imidazoles was developed. Three benzimidazoles were obtained as a result of the condensation of 1,2‐phenylenediamine with carboxylic acids and acetoacetic ester without catalyst. A series of trisubstituted imidazoles were synthesized by condensation of benzil, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate in the presence of glacial acetic acid.     

阳极氧化膜WO3（Ⅱ）：电显色的介质效应

用循环计时电量法、循环伏安法、电化学现场(in-situ)紫外可见反射光谱技术和光电流谱技术研究了溶剂和阳离子(H~+,Li~+)对阳极氧化膜WO_3电显色稳定性和过程的影响。从循环计时电量图可以测定表征膜稳定性的氢或锂的累积量和暂态周期数。实验发现W/WO_3/LiCLO_4乙腈溶液体系具有高的电显色稳定性。引起WO_3膜可逆电显色的H~+和Li~+离子的嵌-脱过程的界面电化学机理不同。着色态WO_3膜的色心是自由电子,其密度超过10~(21)/cm~3,生色机理是等离子体振荡。
