Precision studies of the thermophysical properties and structure of an (NH4)2WO2F4 crystal have been performed. It was established reliably that there is a sequence of two phase transitions at T 1 = 201 K and T 2 = 160 K characterized by wedging out of an intermediate phase with an increase in pressure. The role of tetrahedral and octahedral ionic groups in the mechanism of the structural transitions was determined.  相似文献

A technique for preparing γ-Nd2S3 crystalline thin films through discrete vacuum thermal evaporation of a presynthesized bulk material is developed. The films deposited are doped with cadmium and lead. The reflectance and transmittance spectra of the films are measured in the photon energy range 0.2–3.0 eV at a temperature of 300 K. The frequency analysis of the absorption coefficient demonstrates that the γ-Nd2S3 films are characterized by an exponential absorption edge. The photoconductivity spectra and temperature dependences of the photoconductivity for the γ-Nd2S3 films doped with cadmium and lead are measured in the photon energy range 0.2–3.3 eV at temperatures varying from 115 to 380 K. The experimental data obtained are interpreted under the assumption that the acceptor levels formed by vacancies in the cation sublattice and compensated for by cadmium and lead donor dopants play a crucial role in the photoconduction. The ionization energy at the lead donor level is determined.  相似文献

Magnetic multilayers of 57Fe with nominal thickness, T nom, between 0.4 and 1.0 nm separated by 3.0 nm Al spacer layers were prepared by alternate deposition of the constituents in high vacuum. The samples were investigated at 4.2 K in external magnetic field. A fraction of Fe atoms corresponding to about 0.3 nm equivalent Fe-thickness was found to mix into the Al spacer. The extremely strong magnetic anisotropy observed for T nom < 0.8 nm is attributed to Fe layers of approximately two atomic planes thick. The anisotropy decreases considerably after the building up of the third Fe atomic layer starts at T nom = 0.8 nm, but full saturation was not achieved even for T nom = 1 nm and 3 T magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the sample plane.  相似文献

Superconducting films of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O on (100) MgO substrates have been fabricated by XeCl-excimer-laser sputtering from ceramic targets of Bi2.5Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy in O2 atmosphere. The films were polycrystalline with the c-axis (30.80±0.02Å) preferably oriented normal to the substrate surface. Without post-annealing the films showed metallic resistance behavior with zero resistance temperatures of up to Tc(0) }- 79 K. The critical current density of the films had values of up to jc(50K)}- 104 A/cm2.  相似文献

Piezoelectric membranes have been fabricated that incorporate a gold bottom electrode with an adhesion layer of titanium–tungsten (10:90 wt. %). For solution-deposited acetic acid based lead zirconate titanate (HoAc-PZT) with a Zr:Ti ratio of 40:60, the film’s average piezoelectric coefficient, e31, is -5.31 C/m2, with a dielectric constant of 814 at 200 Hz, which is similar to values for platinum bottom electrodes. The PZT structure remains columnar on both types of bottom electrodes. Initial fabrication attempts resulted in cracking that initiated in the PZT layer of the structure. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was utilized to establish how processing affects diffusion throughout the composite membrane structure. Crack-free membranes were fabricated and tested. The magnetic and magnetoelastic parameters of Fe64Co21B15 and Fe81.5B13.5Si3C2 amorphous ferromagnetic alloys treated by direct electric current in air are studied as functions of the applied magnetic field and current density. The samples of the alloy have the form of narrow strips with different lengths. It is found that the magnetoelastic parameters of the dc-treated alloys depend on the magnetic field in a qualitatively different way. From the behavior of the magnetic and magnetoelastic parameters of the alloys in the magnetic field a model of magnetization nonuniform distribution in amorphous ferromagnetic alloys subjected to dc treatment is proposed.  相似文献

The problem considered is that of determining the shape of aplane acoustically sound-soft obstacle from the knowledge ofthe far-field pattern for one time-harmonic incident field.An iterative procedure is proposed based on two boundary integralsrepresenting the incident field and the far-field pattern, respectively.Numerical examples are included which show that the proceduregives accurate numerical approximations in relatively few iterations.  相似文献

2 SiO4:Mn phosphor was evaluated for use in radiation detectors of medical imaging systems. Zn2SiO4:Mn was used in the form of laboratory-prepared fluorescent layers (screens) with coating weights from 18 to 150 mg/cm2. The phosphor was excited to luminescence by low-energy X-raysusing X-raytube voltages ranging from 15 to 50 kVp. The number of emitted optical photons per incident X-rayquantum was thus determined for various X-rayenergies and phosphor coating weights. The optical emission spectrum was also measured and it was used to evaluate the spectral compatibility of Zn2SiO4:Mn with radiographic films, photocathodes and the Si photodiode. Finally, phosphor optical properties were estimated by fitting a theoretical model to experimental data. Results showed that Zn2SiO4:Mn is more efficient for low-energy X-rays. Its intrinsic conversion efficiency was found equal to 0.08, which is comparable to that of actually used phosphors. Zn2SiO4:Mn was also adequately compatible with orthochromatic films and the ES-20 photocathode, thus being appropriate for low-voltage radiography and fluoroscopy.
