In this paper, we firstly extend some classical operators on Sasakian manifolds acting to 1-differentiable forms on Sasakian manifolds. We present an environmentally benign methodology for the covalent functionalization (arylation) of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanosheets with arylazo sulfones. A variety of tagged aryl units were conveniently accommodated at the rGO surface via visible-light irradiation of suspensions of carbon nanostructured materials in aqueous media. Mild reaction conditions, absence of photosensitizers, functional group tolerance and high atomic fractions (XPS analysis) represent some of the salient features characterizing the present methodology. Control experiments for the mechanistic elucidation (Raman analysis) and chemical nanomanipulation of the tagged rGO surfaces are also reported.  相似文献

Changes in the glycome of human proteins and cells are associated with the progression of multiple diseases such as Alzheimer's, diabetes mellitus, many types of cancer, and those caused by viruses. Consequently, several studies have shown essential modifications to the isomeric glycan moieties for diseases in different stages. However, the elucidation of extensive isomeric glycan profiles remains challenging because of the lack of analytical techniques with sufficient resolution power to separate all glycan and glycopeptide iso‐forms. Therefore, the development of sensitive and accurate approaches for the characterization of all the isomeric forms of glycans and glycopeptides is essential to tracking the progression of pathology in glycoprotein‐related diseases. This review describes the isomeric separation achievements reported in glycomics and glycoproteomics in the last decade. It focuses on the mass spectrometry–based analytical strategies, stationary phases, and derivatization techniques that have been developed to enhance the separation mechanisms in liquid chromatography systems and the detection capabilities of mass spectrometry systems.  相似文献

Let X be a nonsingular complex projective variety that is acted on by a reductive group G and such that ${X^{ss} \neq X_{(0)}^{s}\neq \emptyset}$ . We give formulae for the Hodge–Poincaré series of the quotient ${X_{(0)}^{s}/G}$ . We use these computations to obtain the corresponding formulae for the Hodge–Poincaré polynomial of the moduli space of properly stable vector bundles when the rank and the degree are not coprime. We compute explicitly the case in which the rank equals 2 and the degree is even.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of controlling timed continuous Petri nets under infinite server semantics. The proposed control strategy assigns piecewise constant flows to transitions in order to reach the target state. First, by using linear programming, a method driving the system from the initial to the target state through a linear trajectory is developed. Then, in order to improve the time of the trajectory, intermediate states are added by means of bilinear programming. Finally, in order to handle potential perturbations, we develop a closed loop control strategy that follows the trajectory computed by the open loop control by calculating a new state after each time step. The algorithms developed here are applied to a manufacturing system.  相似文献

Based on results obtained in [15], we construct groups of special S-units for function fields of characteristic p>0, and show that they satisfy Gras-type Conjectures. We use these results in order to give a new proof of Chinburg's 3-Conjecture on the Galois module structure of the group of S-units, for cyclic extensions of prime degree of function fields.  相似文献

The adverse pressure gradient induced by a surface-mounted obstacle in a turbulent boundary layer causes the approaching flow to separate and form a dynamically rich horseshoe vortex system (HSV) in the junction of the obstacle with the wall. The Reynolds number of the flow (Re) is one of the important parameters that control the rich coherent dynamics of the vortex, which are known to give rise to low-frequency, bimodal fluctuations of the velocity field (Devenport and Simpson, J Fluid Mech 210:23–55, 1990; Paik et al., Phys Fluids 19:045107, 2007). We carry out detached eddy simulations (DES) of the flow past a circular cylinder mounted on a rectangular channel for Re = 2.0 × 104 and 3.9 × 104 (Dargahi, Exp Fluids 8:1–12, 1989) in order to systematically investigate the effect of the Reynolds number on the HSV dynamics. The computed results are compared with each other and with previous experimental and computational results for a related junction flow at a much higher Reynolds number (Re = 1.15 × 105) (Devenport and Simpson, J Fluid Mech 210:23–55, 1990; Paik et al., Phys Fluids 19:045107, 2007). The computed results reveal significant variations with Re in terms of the mean-flow quantities, turbulence statistics, and the coherent dynamics of the turbulent HSV. For Re = 2.0 × 104 the HSV system consists of a large number of necklace-type vortices that are shed periodically at higher frequencies than those observed in the Re = 3.9 × 104 case. For this latter case the number of large-scale vortical structures that comprise the instantaneous HSV system is reduced significantly and the flow dynamics becomes quasi-periodic. For both cases, we show that the instantaneous flowfields are dominated by eruptions of wall-generated vorticity associated with the growth of hairpin vortices that wrap around and disorganize the primary HSV system. The intensity and frequency of these eruptions, however, appears to diminish rapidly with decreasing Re. In the high Re case the HSV system consists of a single, highly energetic, large-scale necklace vortex that is aperiodically disorganized by the growth of the hairpin mode. Regardless of the Re, we find pockets in the junction region within which the histograms of velocity fluctuations are bimodal as has also been observed in several previous experimental studies.  相似文献

Organic-inorganic hybrid materials with excellent heavy metal ions chelating properties were synthesized by covalent bonding of multifunctional polymers of polyamidoamine (PAA) type onto silica. Two series of polyamidoamine-silica hybrid materials differing in the PAA chemical structure were prepared and their thermal properties were investigated. Differential Scanning Calorimetry was used to study the effects of chain immobilization and ion chelation on the glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the polymers. The Tg of PAA-hybrid materials was elevated with respect to ungrafted PAAs. Complex formation with metal ions such as Cu++ or Co++ caused total suppression of Tg for both linear polymers as well as the corresponding hybrid materials. Finally, the silica particles slightly influenced the decomposition temperatures of linear polymers increasing their thermal stability.  相似文献
