The aim of this note is to present the exact solutions corresponding to two types of unsteady flows of an Oldroyd-B fluid in a channel of rectangular cross-section. The solutions that have been obtained satisfy both the associate partial differential equations and all imposed initial and boundary conditions. For λr or λ→0 they tend toward similar solutions for a Maxwell or second-grade fluid. If both λr and λ→0, the solutions for Navier-Stokes fluids are recovered.  相似文献

Recently, a new algebraic structure called pseudo-equality algebra has been defined by Jenei and Kóródi as a generalization of the equality algebra previously introduced by Jenei. As a main result, it was proved that the pseudo-equality algebras are term equivalent with pseudo-BCK meet-semilattices. We found a gap in the proof of this result and we present a counterexample and a correct version of the theorem. The correct version of the corresponding result for equality algebras is also given.  相似文献

Phosphorylation of protein tyrosine residues regulates many cell functions and has also been proved to be involved in oncogenesis. Thus, the identification of the phosphotyrosine (pTyr) proteome of cells is a very important task. Since tyrosine phosphorylation represents only around 1% of the total human phosphoproteome, the study of pTyr proteins is rather challenging. Here we report the optimization study of the phosphotyrosine proteome using K562 cells as a model system. A substantial segment of the phosphotyrosine proteome of K562 cells was characterized by immunoaffinity enrichment with 4G10 and PYKD1 antibodies followed by LC-MS/MS analysis. 480 non-redundant pTyr peptides corresponding to 342 pTyr proteins were found. 141 pTyr peptides were not described elsewhere. The mass spectrometry approach involving high-resolving FTMS analysis of precursor ions and subsequent detection of CID fragments in a linear ion trap was considered as optimal. For detection of low abundant pTyr peptides pooling of individual immunoaffinity enrichments for one LC-MS/MS analysis was crucial. The enrichment properties of the monoclonal PYKD1 antibody were presented for the first time, also in comparison to the 4G10 antibody. PYKD1 was found to be more effective for protein enrichment (1.2 and 5% efficiency at peptide and protein level correspondingly), while 4G10 showed better results when peptide enrichment was performed (15% efficiency versus 3.6% at protein level). Substantially different subsets of the phosphoproteome were enriched by these antibodies. This finding together with previous studies demonstrates that comprehensive pTyr proteome characterization by immunoprecipitation requires multiple antibodies to be used for the affinity enrichment.  相似文献

An efficient and high-yield procedure to prepare methyl N-benzoylamino-3-arylacrylates from unsaturated (Z)-2-aryl-4-arylidene-5-(4H)-oxazolones and Hg(OAc)2 in methanol is described herein. The observed reactivity of mercury(II) acetate here is different than its usual metallating behavior and it cleaves the unsaturated oxazolone ring without change of stereochemistry.  相似文献

In this study, we report on the nanocrystalline powders of TiO2 and Fe-doped TiO2 (anatase and rutile phases) prepared by sol–gel method. The X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy measurements indicated the presence of anatase or rutile phase in nanopowders. TEM micrographs showed 10 and 112 nm average particle sizes for anatase and rutile, respectively. Furthermore, their thermoluminescence properties were analyzed.  相似文献

The association of linear or macrocyclic polyethers with the electronic properties of the π-conjugated polythiophene backbone leads to functional conducting polymers that exhibit metal cation dependent electronic properties. Based on this concept, various classes of cation sensors have been proposed and investigated for almost two decades. The interactions of metal cations with linear or macrocyclic polyether functional groups lead to modifications of the electronic properties of the π-conjugated backbone through various mechanisms including direct electronic effects on a single conjugated chain, collective electrochemical processes, or conformational changes. Conjugated polymers and oligomers representative of these various processes are discussed with an emphasis on recent examples of derivatized conjugated systems in which the interactions between metal cations and polyether groups serve as driving force to create molecular motion in conjugated systems.  相似文献

Deep tissue bioimaging with three‐photon (3P) excitation using near‐infrared (NIR) light in the second IR window (1.0–1.4 μm) could provide high resolution images with an improved signal‐to‐noise ratio. Herein, we report a photostable and nontoxic 3P excitable donor‐π‐acceptor system (GMP) having 3P cross‐section (σ3) of 1.78×10?80 cm6 s2 photon?2 and action cross‐section (σ3η3) of 2.31×10?81 cm6 s2 photon?2, which provides ratiometric fluorescence response with divalent zinc ions in aqueous conditions. The probe signals the Zn2+ binding at 530 and 600 nm, respectively, upon 1150 nm excitation with enhanced σ3 of 1.85×10?80 cm6 s2 photon?2 and σ3η3 of 3.33×10?81 cm6 s2 photon?2. The application of this probe is demonstrated for ratiometric 3P imaging of Zn2+ in vitro using HuH‐7 cell lines. Furthermore, the Zn2+ concentration in rat hippocampal slices was imaged at 1150 nm excitation after incubation with GMP, illustrating its potential as a 3P ratiometric probe for deep tissue Zn2+ ion imaging.  相似文献
