国产氢型阳离子交换(磺酸型)HPLC色谱柱在利巴韦林注射液分析中的应用-I

采用国产的氢型强阳离子交换(磺化苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物)色谱柱测定了利巴韦林注射液的含量。色谱柱为国产的氢型强阳离子麦科菲色谱柱(MKF-CIS),流动相为水(稀硫酸调至pH=2.5±0.1),检测波长207nm,流速1.0mL/min,温度65℃。结果表明,MKF-CIS色谱柱可以较准确的测定利巴韦林注射剂含量,在12.5μg/mL~500μg/mL浓度范围内,其浓度与峰面积的线性相关性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.8%,RSD=0.558%。由此,国产麦科菲MKF-CIS色谱柱可以简便、准确、重复性好地用于利巴韦林测定,代替传统的C18硅胶柱及进口的同类型色谱柱。

双(4-硝基苯氧基)甲烷的酚缩醛重排-亚甲基桥齐聚物的一种合成方法

双(4-硝基苯氧基)甲烷在较低温度下与浓硫酸作用发生酚缩醛重排,得到一系列亚甲基桥齐聚物:(?) n=0,1,2……其中n=0,1,2的产物总收率可达58%。     

乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物的鉴别

应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物和聚乙烯/聚丙烯共混物的冲击断裂表面形态。结果表明,这二种材料力学性能的差别,明显地反映在它们的断面形态上。前者显示出一种典型的韧性断裂特征;后者则呈现出一种剥离层状结构。~(13)C-NMR分析结果表明,在上述乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物中,确实存在着乙烯-丙烯共聚链段。这是该材料具有良好的抗冲击性能的主要原因。     

Homogeneous Photodegradation of PVC by Tungstophosphoric Acid

The photocatalytic degradation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films by tungstophosphoric acid (HPW) was investigated. The main reason for highly enhanced photodegradation of HPW-doped PVC film was studied and discussed.     

PAn/PEO-LiClO4界面的交流阻抗研究

近年来,交流阻抗方法已成功地应用于固体电极-电解质界面电化学性能的研究.特别是最近几年,聚氧化乙烯-锂盐复合物(PEO-LiX)系列高分子电解质材料研究的深入,研制以高分子电解质为隔膜的全固态锂电池的设想已成可能.前人用交流阻抗方法对Li/PEO-LiX和钒氧阴极/PEO-LiX界面行为研究已作了大量工作,并获得相关锂电池电极界面电化学性能的理论数据.本文用化学氧化法合成聚苯胺(PAn)阴极材料和本室改进的PEO-LiClO_4复合物作室温固体电解质,研究PAn/PEO-LiClO_4电极界面的电化学性能,获得一些新的结果。     

Heteroaggregation between porphyrin and phthalocyanine bearing oppositely charged substituents

Heteroaggregates composed of cationic porphyrin, meso-tetra(p-trimethylamino)-porphyrin iodide, its zinc complex and anionic phthalocyanine sodium hydroxygallium 4,4',4",4"'-tetrasulfonated phthalocyanine have been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. It has been found that both free base cationic porphyrin and its zinc complex can form very stable heterodimers with anionic phthalocyanine in water, methanol and dhnethylfonnamide. The stability of the aggregate depends on the polarity as well as the ligation ability of the solvent. No evidence of higher aggregates was detected. Besides axial coordination, steric hindrance which influence the relative orientation of the macrocycles are considered.

本文应用Finnigan Mat 1020 GC/MS仪,以SE-54熔融硅毛细柱作分离柱,建立了尸体脏器中敌百虫及其主要代谢物DDVP和水合氯醛的分析方法。样品用CH_2Cl_2提取。敌百虫和DDVP的检测限均是15 ng,方法已成功用于刑事案件鉴定。
