The two protons emitted in the decay of 54Zn have been individually observed for the first time in a time projection chamber. The total decay energy and the half-life measured in this work agree with the results obtained in a previous experiment. Angular and energy correlations between the two protons are determined and compared to theoretical distributions of a three-body model. Within the shell model framework, the relative decay probabilities show a strong contribution of the p2 configuration for the two-proton emission. After 45Fe, the present result on 54Zn constitutes only the second case of a direct observation of the ground state two-proton decay of a long-lived isotope.  相似文献

We consider a general family of regularized models for incompressible two-phase flows based on the Allen–Cahn formulation in \(n\) -dimensional compact Riemannian manifolds for \(n=2,3\) . The system we consider consists of a regularized family of Navier–Stokes equations (including the Navier–Stokes- \(\alpha \) -like model, the Leray- \(\alpha \) model, the modified Leray- \(\alpha \) model, the simplified Bardina model, the Navier–Stokes–Voight model, and the Navier–Stokes model) for the fluid velocity \(u\) suitably coupled with a convective Allen–Cahn equation for the order (phase) parameter \(\phi \) . We give a unified analysis of the entire three-parameter family of two-phase models using only abstract mapping properties of the principal dissipation and smoothing operators and then use assumptions about the specific form of the parameterizations, leading to specific models, only when necessary to obtain the sharpest results. We establish existence, stability, and regularity results and some results for singular perturbations, which as special cases include the inviscid limit of viscous models and the \(\alpha \rightarrow 0\) limit in \(\alpha \) models. Then we show the existence of a global attractor and exponential attractor for our general model and establish precise conditions under which each trajectory \(\left( u,\phi \right) \) converges to a single equilibrium by means of a Lojasiewicz–Simon inequality. We also derive new results on the existence of global and exponential attractors for the regularized family of Navier–Stokes equations and magnetohydrodynamics models that improve and complement the results of Holst et al. (J Nonlinear Sci 20(5):523–567, 2010). Finally, our analysis is applied to certain regularized Ericksen–Leslie models for the hydrodynamics of liquid crystals in \(n\) -dimensional compact Riemannian manifolds.  相似文献

The reaction of RH (1) with Hg(OAc)(2), in EtOH, gave the acetate RHgOAc (2) [R = 2,6-[O(CH(2)CH(2))(2)NCH(2)](2)C(6)H(3)]. The corresponding RHgCl (3) was obtained from 2 and LiCl. The reaction of 3 with TeCl(4) (1:1 molar ratio), in anhydrous 1,4-dioxane, resulted in the transfer of the organic ligand from mercury to tellurium and the isolation of the unexpected ionic compounds [RTe](2)[Hg(2)Cl(6)] (4) and [RH(3)][HgCl(4)] (5). The molecular structures of 1-4 and 5·H(2)O were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The acetate 2 and the chloride 3 are monomeric in solid state. In both mercury and tellurium organometallic compounds the organic group acts as an (N,C,N) "pincer" ligand. This coordination pattern provided stability for the rare [RTe](+) cation. Weak cation-anion interactions [Te···Cl 3.869(3) ?] are present between [RTe](+) and the dinuclear anion [Hg(2)Cl(6)](2-) in the crystal of 4. Theoretical calculations with DFT methods were performed for models of 3 and 4. The results show that in the cation of 4 the coordination of the nitrogen atoms play an important role for the stabilization of the structure found in the crystal whereas in 3 the coordination of the nitrogen atoms to the metal centre stabilizes to a less extent the structure found in solid state.  相似文献

Decay studies of very neutron-deficient nuclei ranging from 39Ti to 49Ni have been performed during a projectile fragmentation experiment at the GANIL/LISE3 separator. For all nuclei studied in this work, 39, 40Ti, 42, 43Cr, 46Mn, 45, 46, 47Fe and 49Ni, half-lives and decay spectra have been measured. In a few cases, γ coincidence measurements helped to successfully identify the initial and final states of transitions. In these cases, partial decay scheme are proposed. For the most exotic isotopes, 39Ti, 42Cr, 45Fe and 49Ni, which are candidates for two-proton radioactivity from the ground state, no clear evidence of this process is seen in our spectra and we conclude rather on a delayed particle decay. We present a white-light spectral interferometric technique for measuring the thickness of SiO2 thin film on a silicon wafer. The technique utilizes a slightly dispersive Michelson interferometer with a cube beam splitter and a fibre-optic spectrometer to record channelled spectra in two configurations. In the first, a standard configuration with two identical metallic mirrors, the recorded channelled spectrum is fitted to the theoretical one to determine the effective thickness of the beam splitter made of BK7 optical glass. In the second configuration one of the mirrors is replaced by SiO2 thin film on the silicon wafer and the recorded channelled spectrum is fitted to the theoretical one to determine the thin-film thickness. We consider multiple reflection within the thin-film structure, use the optical constants for all the materials involved in the set-up, and confirm very good agreement between theory and experiment.
