文中开展了对一种新型近共沸混合物的整机性能实验研究,该混合物具有零ODP值和低GWP值,可作为传统工质R502甚至是R404A的长期替代物。根据国标GB/T 5773-2004搭建了第二制冷剂量热器的整机性能测试实验台。试验在蒸发温度为-40℃的商用制冷温区进行,系统研究了在不同蒸发温度、冷凝温度、过冷度、过热度等工况下的性能。实验结果与R404A进行了比较,包括压比、压缩机功耗、制冷量、COP、吸气温度。实验结果表明,该新工质COP比R404A高9.2%至14.2%。 相似文献

Diacetylene monomer containing p-nitrophenyl azobenzene moiety (NADA) was synthesized. Silver nanoparticles with different
concentrations were adulterated in the above polymerized NADA (PNADA) films and the third-order nonlinear optical properties
were investigated in detail. UV–vis spectra and transmission electron microscopy were used to confirm the formation of PNADA/Ag
nanocomposite films. The silver nanoparticles (average size of 10 nm) were well dispersed in the polymer films. The value
of the nonlinear refractive index n
2 for PNADA films (8.48×10−15 cm2/W) was much higher than that of pure polydiacetylene films. Further, the introduction of silver nanoparticles into the PNADA
polymer films led to the further enhancement of nonlinear optical properties. The maximum value of n
2 for PNADA/Ag nanocomposite films could be 11.6×10−15 cm2/W. This enhancement should be ascribed to the surface plasmon resonance of silver nanoparticles. 相似文献

We report on reversible bipolar resistance switching effects in multiferroic BiFeO3 thin films without electroforming. The BiFeO3 thin films with (110) preferential orientation were prepared on LaNiO3-electrodized Si substrates with a Pt/BiFeO3/LaNiO3 device configuration. The resistance ratio of high resistance state (HRS) to low resistance state (LRS) of the devices was
as high as three orders of magnitude. The dominant conduction mechanisms of LRS and HRS were dominated by ohmic behavior and
trap-controlled space charge limited current, respectively. The resistance switching mechanism of the devices was discussed
using a modified Schottky-like barrier model taking into account the movement of oxygen vacancies. 相似文献

We investigate the electromagnetic response of a composite structure consisting of two diluted Drude metal layers with sub-wavelength
spacing at microwave frequencies. Simulations show that our structure can be considered as two equivalent thin films with
different permittivity layered together so as to effectively tune the transmission T(ω) and reflection R(ω) in a frequency band. We demonstrate a wide band between 5.98 GHz to 8.15 GHz where T(ω) and R(ω) are tuned within 50% ± 2%. Parametric explorations show that the working band can be further shifted by geometric scaling.
Our structure has potential to construct a metamaterial-based beam splitter which can be applied in a microwave or even terahertz

The preferred (002) orientation zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocrystalline thin films have been deposited on FTO-coated glass substrates
by sol–gel spin-coating technology and rapid thermal annealing for use in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). The effects of
preannealing temperature (100 and 300°C) on the microstructure, morphology and optical properties of ZnO thin films were studied.
The ZnO thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopic (SEM) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller
(BET) analysis. The photoelectric performance of DSSC was studied by I–V curve and the incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE), respectively. From the results, the intensities of
(002) peaks of ZnO thin films increases with increasing preannealing temperature from 100°C to 300°C. The increase in pore
size and surface area of ZnO films crystallized at the increased preannealing temperature contributed to the improvement on
the absorption of N3 dye onto the films, the short-circuit photocurrent (J
sc) and open-circuit voltage (V
oc) of DSSC. The higher efficiency (η) of 2.5% with J
sc and V
oc of 8.2 mA/cm2 and 0.64 V, respectively, was obtained by the ZnO film preannealed at 300°C. 相似文献

Based on the tensor method, an analytical formula for hollow Gaussian beams (HGBs) generated by a triangular prism has been derived, and the propagation properties have been studied. It is shown that hollow elliptical Gaussian beams (HEGBs) can be obtained in the near field after the prism, and that the eccentricity of the output beam is affected by parameters such as the incidence angle, refractive index of the prism and the order of the HGB. It shows that by using a triangular prism one can conveniently obtain HEGBs. 相似文献

Real neurons can exhibit various types of firings including tonic spiking, bursting as well as silent state, which are frequently observed in neuronal electrophysiological experiments. More interestingly, it is found that neurons can demonstrate the co-existing mode of stable tonic spiking and bursting, which depends on initial conditions. In this paper, synchronization in gap-junction-coupled neurons with co-existing attractors of spiking and bursting firings is investigated as the coupling strength gets increased. Synchronization transitions can be identified by means of the bifurcation diagram and the correlation coefficient. It is illustrated that the coupled neurons can exhibit different types of synchronization transitions between spiking and bursting when the coupling strength increases. In the course of synchronization transitions, an intermittent synchronization can be observed. These results may be instructive to understand synchronization transitions in neuronal systems. 相似文献

We present evidence from experiments and computer
simulations supporting the hypothesis that water displays
polyamorphism, i.e., water separates into two distinct liquid
phases. This concept of a new liquid-liquid phase transition is
finding application to other liquids as well as water, such as
silicon and silica. Specifically, we investigate, the relation
between changes in dynamic and thermodynamic anomalies arising from
the presence of the liquid-liquid critical point in (i) Two models
of water, TIP5P and ST2, which display a first order liquid-liquid
phase transition at low temperatures; (ii) the Jagla model, a
spherically symmetric two-scale potential known to possess a
liquid-liquid critical point, in which the competition between two
liquid structures is generated by repulsive and attractive ramp
interactions; and (iii) A Hamiltonian model of water where the idea
of two length/energy scales is built in. This model also displays a
first order liquid-liquid phase transition at low temperatures
besides the first order liquid-gas phase transition at high
temperatures. We find a correlation between the dynamic fragility
crossover and the locus of specific heat maxima CPmax
(“Widom line”) emanating from the critical point. Our findings are
consistent with a possible relation between the previously
hypothesised liquid-liquid phase transition and the transition in
the dynamics recently observed in neutron scattering experiments on
confined water. More generally, we argue that this connection
between CPmax and the dynamic crossover is not limited to
the case of water, a hydrogen bonded network liquid, but is a more
general feature of crossing the Widom line, an extension of the
first-order coexistence line in the supercritical region.
