New compounds obtained by enzymatic oxidation of phloridzin   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Oxidation of phloridzin was studied in a model system in the presence of apple polyphenol oxidase. In addition to 3-hydroxy phloridzin, two major oxidation products were purified by reversed phase HPLC at the semi-preparative scale. Their structures were elucidated by UV, ESI-MSn and NMR spectroscopies. The first compound was a colourless product, whose novel structure strongly differs from its precursor showing a biphenyl moiety and a propionic acid chain. The second product was an oxidised form of the first one and corresponded to a stable yellow pigment with two isomeric forms. A mechanism of formation of these products, which implied successive oxidation and nucleophilic addition steps was proposed.  相似文献

[Chemical reaction: See text] Enantiomerically or diastereomerically pure 4-(purin-6-yl)phenylalanines, a novel type of stable amino acid-purine conjugates, were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of protected 4-boronophenylalanines or 4-(trimethylstanyl)phenylalanines with diverse 6-halopurines (9-benzyl-6-halopurines and 9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-6-halopurines as well as acyl- and silyl-protected 6-halopurine ribonucleosides and 2-deoxyribonucleosides). Free purine bases and nucleosides bearing (S)- or (R)-phenylalanine in position 6 were obtained after complete deprotection of the products of cross-coupling reactions. Reactivity trends for both of these cross-coupling and deprotection protocols have been compared in terms of practicability, efficiency, and stereoselectivity.  相似文献

The aim of the first part of the paper is to give some advice for the faultless metallographic preparation of vacuum plasma sprayed coatings. Several coating/substrate combinations using metals, alloys and ceramics were investigated to derive some general rules. The second part deals with a preparation technique for cross-sections- of physical vapour deposition coatings. This technique was optimized for TiN and Ti(C, N) coatings on hardmetals which were examined in an analytical transmission electron microscope.  相似文献

The Gadolinium Carbide Halides, Gd4C2X3 (X = Cl, Br) The compounds Gd4C2X3 (X = Cl, Br) and Tb4C2Br3 have been prepared by reaction of the metals (RE), REX3, and C in sealed Ta capsules at 1 100° and 1 300°C, respectively. Monophasic samples of Gd4C2Br3 and Tb4C2Br3 were obtained by reacting stoichiometric mixtures of the starting materials for five days. The needle shaped crystals are bronze-coloured and sensitive to air and moisture. Gd4C2X3 crystallizes in the space group Pnma (No. 62) with lattice constants a = 1 059.6(4), b = 368.4(1), c = 1 962.7(8) pm (Gd4C2Cl3), a = 1 084.4(1), b = 373.0(1), c = 2 036.1(1) pm (Gd4C2Br3). According to Guinier photographs, Tb4C2Br3 is isotypic (a = 1 074.3(2), b = 370.6(1), c = 2 019.4(1) pm). In the crystal structure C is octahedrally coordinated by Gd. The Gd6 octahedra are linked via common edges to form corrugated layers. The X-anions coordinate all free edges and corners of these layers and connect them via Xi? Xi contacts parallel [001]. Gd4C2Br3 shows metallic conductivity. The magnetic susceptibility follows at high temperatures a Curie Weiss law with an effective moment of 7.95 μB. At temperatures below 50 K antiferromagnetic order is observed.  相似文献

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Spectroscopic Properties of the Cluster Anions [(Mo6Br )X ]2? with Xa = F, Cl, Br, I The tetrabutylammonium (TBA), tetraphenylphosphonium (TPP) and tetraphenylarsonium (TPAs) salts of the octa-μ3-bromo-hexahalogeno-octahedro-hexamolybdate(2?) anions [(Mo6Br)X]2? (Xa = F, Cl, Br, I) are synthesized from solutions of the free acids H2[(Mo6Br)X] · 8 H2O with Xa = Cl, Br, I. The crystal structures show systematic stretchings in the Mo? Mo bond length and a slight compression of the Bri8 cube in the Fa to Ia series. The cations do not change much. The i.r. and Raman spectra show at 10 K almost constant frequencies of the (Mo6Bri8) cluster vibrations, whereas all modes with Xa ligand contribution are characteristically shifted. The most important bands are assigned by polarization measurements and the force constants are derived from normal coordinate analysis. The 95Mo nmr signals are shifted to lower field with increasing electronegativity of the Xa ligands. The fluorine compound shows a sharp 19F nmr singlet at ?184.5 ppm.  相似文献

Monomeres [(CH3)3Si]2NBeN[Si(CH3)3]2 (I) entsteht in 68% Ausb. bei der Reaktion von BeCl2-Ätherat mit NaN[Si(CH3)3]2. Eigenschaften, IR-, Raman- und1H-NMR-Spektren sprechen für einen NBeN-Winkel von 180°. Die SiN- und BeN-Valenzkraftkonstanten werden zu 3,40 bzw. 2,96 mdyn/Å errechnet.Monomeric I has been prepared (yield 68%) by the reaction of BeCl2 with NaN[Si(CH3)3]2 in ether. Properties, infrared, raman and1H-NMR-spectra support a NBeN angle of 180°. SiN and BeN force constants were calculated to be 3,40 and 2,96 mdyn/Å, respectively.

US Environmental Protection Agency Method 300.0 specifies the use of an IonPac AS4A anion-exchange column with a carbonate-hydrogencarbonate eluent and suppressed conductivity detection for the determination of inorganic anions in environmental waters by ion chromatography. Hydroxide eluents have not typically been used for the routine analysis of common inorganic anions due to the lack of an appropriate hydroxide selective column and the difficulty in preparing contaminant free hydroxide eluents. The use of ion chromatography with a hydroxide-selective IonPac AS17 column, automated eluent generation and potassium hydroxide gradient represents a new approach to the routine determination of inorganic anions in environmental waters. This new approach, which is a modification of Method 300.0, allows equivalent method performance with improved linearity, precision, and method detection limits. The AS17 column provides superior retention of fluoride from the column void volume and improved resolution from small organic acids, such as formate and acetate, compared to the AS4A column. Quantitative recoveries were obtained for all the common inorganic anions spiked into typical environmental waters using this new approach, and the Performance Based Measurement System Tier 1 method validation quality control acceptance criteria are well within the acceptable ranges defined by Method 300.0. In addition, the EG40 eluent generator eliminates the need to manually prepare eluents, increasing the level of automation and ease-of-use of the ion chromatography system.  相似文献

SR95926: monoclinic,P21/n,a=20.950(3),b=6.769(1),c=9.465(2) Å,=100.90(1)°. CMW1842: triclinic,P¯1,a=8.784(1),b=9.160(4),c=8.555(1) Å,=99.10(2),=93.90(1), =106.77(1)°. L16317: monoclinic,P21/n,a=20.124(3),b=9.586(1),c=10.788(1) Å,=91.91(1)°. FinalR factors are 0.034, 0.037, and 0.053, respectively. Experimental geometries were used to perform STO-3Gab initio molecular-orbital calculations. A relationship between the electronic pattern within the molecules and the affinity of the benzodiazepine receptor sites is pointed out.  相似文献

On the Synthesis of Sulfonated Derivatives of 2,3-Dimethylaniline and 3,4-Dimethylaniline Baking the hydrogensulfate salt of 2,3-dimethylaniline ( 1 ) or of 3,4-dimethylaniline ( 2 ) led to 4-amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 4 ) and 2-amino-4,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 5 ), respectively (Scheme 1). The sulfonic acid 5 was also obtained by treatment of 2 with sulfuric acid or by reaction of 2 with amidosulfuric acid. 3-Amino-4,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 3 ) and 5-Amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 6 ) were prepared by sulfonation of 1,2-dimethyl-3-nitrobenzene ( 9 ) to 3,4-dimethyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 11 ) and of 1,2-dimethyl-4-nitrobenzene ( 10 ) to 2,3-dimethyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 12 ), respectively, with subsequent Béchamp reduction (Scheme 1). Preparations of 2-amino-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 7 ) and of 6-amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 8 ) were achieved by the sulfur dioxide treatment of the diazonium chlorides derived from 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitroaniline ( 24 ) and from 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitroaniline ( 31 ) to 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride ( 29 ) and 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride ( 32 ), respectively, followed by hydrolysis to 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 30 ) and 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 33 ), and final reduction (Scheme 3). Compound 7 was also synthesized by reaction of 4-chloro-2,3-dimethylaniline ( 23 ) with amidosulfuric acid to 2-amino-5-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 20 ) and subsequent hydrogenolysis (Scheme 2). 4′-Bromo-2′, 3′-dimethyl-acetanilide ( 13 ) and 4′-chloro-2′, 3′-dimethyl-acetanilide ( 14 ) on treatment with oleum yielded 5-acetylamino-2-bromo-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 17 ) and 5-acetylamino-2-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 18 ), respectively. Their structures were proven by hydrolysis to 5-amino-2-bromo-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 21 ) and 5-amino-2-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 22 ), followed by reductive dehalogenation to 3 .  相似文献
