The first-principles method based on density-functional theory is used to investigate the geometries of the lowest-lying isomers of AunAg2 (n = 1 - 4) clusters. Several low-lying isomers are determined, and many of them in electronic configurations with a high spin multiplicity. The stability trend of Ag-doped Aun dusters is compared to that of pure Aun clusters. Our results indicate that the inclusion of two Ag atoms in the clusters lowers the cluster stability, indicating higher stability as the structures grow in size. The bigger energy difference between the Aun and AunAg2 curves as the structures grows in size. This information will be useful to understanding the enhanced catalytic activity and selectivity gained by using silver-doped gold catalyst.  相似文献

为了解决运动参数光电探测过程中的相机标定问题,制作一种两端及中间各安装一个红外反光标记球的一维标定物.不需要其它复杂标定装置,只要将这种特制的一维标定物在测量空间内多次随意移动并摄取其图像,即可实现标定.算法首先假定主点位于像面中心附近的某个位置,再求出焦距、旋转矩阵、平移向量和比例因子,最后通过评价函数将相机标定转换成寻找两相机最佳主点对的非线性最小化问题.在传统进化策略中引进个体的自我改进系数、个体间距离等概念,提出了求取子代个体间的欧式距离并排序的方法,设计了搜索最佳主点对的改进型进化策略算法.与传统标定方法相比,基于一维标定物的方法克服了多相机场合的遮挡问题,改进进化策略的引入打破了一维标定物需做某种特殊运动的限制,使一维标定物自由运动时相机内、外参数的同时求解成为可能,改进的模拟退火进化策略改善了算法的全局收敛性能并加快了收敛速度.  相似文献

本文利用红外光解离光谱研究了第三族金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子的转化机制. 研究表明,对于[ScO(CO2)n]+体系,在n≤4时,形成了溶剂化结构;在n=5时,形成了碳酸盐结构,实现了二氧化碳的转化. 对于[YO(CO2)n]+体系,需要4个二氧化碳分子就可以实现二氧化碳的转化. 而在[YO(CO2)n]+体系中,只发现了溶剂化结构,没有观察到碳酸盐结构. 理论计算表明,[YO(CO2)n]+体系拥有最小的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒,[LaO(CO2)n]+体系拥有最大的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒. 本文从分子水平揭示了不同金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子转化的影响规律.  相似文献

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by aggressive fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) and pannus formation. Various therapeutic strategies have been developed against inflammatory cytokines in RA in recent decades. Based on the migratory features of FLSs, we examined whether modulation of the migratory module attenuates RA severity. In this study, inflamed synovial fluid-stimulated FLSs exhibited enhanced migration and migratory apparatus expression, and sodium bicarbonate cotransporter n1 (NBCn1) was identified in primary cultured RA-FLSs for the first time. The NBC inhibitor S0859 attenuated the migration of FLSs induced with synovial fluid from patients with RA or with TNF-α stimulation. Inhibition of NBCs with S0859 in a collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model reduced joint swelling and destruction without blood, hepatic, or renal toxicity. Primary FLSs isolated from the CIA-induced mouse model also showed reduced migration in the presence of S0859. Our results suggest that inflammatory mediators in synovial fluid, including TNF-α, recruit NBCn1 to the plasma membrane of FLSs to provide dynamic properties and that modulation of NBCn1 could be developed into a therapeutic strategy for RA.Subject terms: Chemotaxis, Bone, Ion channel signalling, Rheumatoid arthritis, Drug development  相似文献

Estrogens added illegally to dietary supplements are hazardous to human health. Traditional detection and analysis methods have many limitations, and we have developed an assay that combines thin-layer chromatography with Raman imaging microscopy (TLC-RIM). The five estrogens (estrone, estradiol, estriol, ethinyl estradiol, and diethylstilbestrol) were initially separated by TLC, then detected by area scanning Raman imaging with a 532 nm laser under a microscope. Raman spectra were obtained for each estrogen, which were used for detecting estrogen illegally added to botanical dietary supplements. The LOD of each estrogen was 0.4, 1.0, 0.8, 0.2, and 0.2 mg/mL, respectively. The matrix in the real sample did not interfere with the detection of estrogens. The method was fast, sensitive, stable, specific, and reliable.  相似文献

We report on our study of the interactions between coconut protein extracted from coconut meat and three hydrocolloids (gelatin, xanthan gum, and soybean polysaccharide) and their interfacial adsorption and emulsification properties. We used Zeta potential, fluorescence spectroscopy scanning and ITC to investigate the interactions between a fixed concentration (1%) of coconut protein and varying concentrations of hydrocolloid. Through the interfacial tension and interfacial viscoelasticity, the interfacial properties of the hydrocolloid and coconut protein composite solution were explored. The physical stability of the corresponding emulsion is predicted through microstructure and stability analysis. Xanthan gum forms a flocculent complex with coconut protein under acidic conditions. Soy polysaccharides specifically bind to coconut protein. Under acidic conditions, this complex is stabilized through the steric hindrance of soy polysaccharides. Due to gelatin-coconut protein interactions, the isoelectric point of this complex changes. The interfacial tension results show that as time increases, the interfacial tensions of the three composite solutions decrease. The increase in the concentration of xanthan gum makes the interfacial tension decrease first and then increase. The addition of soybean polysaccharides reduces the interfacial tension of coconut protein. The addition of xanthan gum forms a stronger elastic interface film. Emulsion characterization showed that the gelatin-added system showed better stability. However, the addition of xanthan gum caused stratification quickly, and the addition of soybean polysaccharides also led to instability because the addition of polysaccharides led to a decrease in thermodynamic compatibility. This research lays the foundation for future research into coconut milk production technology.  相似文献

本文采用分子动力学方法研究了FeCoCrCuNi高熵合金裂纹及孔洞模型结构在不同轴向拉伸应变速率下的力学与微观结构演化机理. 结果表明:应变速率越高FeCoCrCuNi裂纹结构对应更高的过冲应变和过冲应力,其主要原因是高拉伸速率会导致高强度的BCC结构及孪晶结构的生成,而BCC结构及孪晶结构的产生进而会抑制应力的下降,通过应力-应变曲线,可知FeCoCrCuNi裂纹模型在轴向应力作用下表现为塑性形变. 对于不同尺寸的孔洞FeCoCrCuNi裂纹模型的应力模拟与结构分析,可以得出:孔洞尺寸越大, FeCoCrCuNi裂纹结构对应的过冲应变和过冲应力越小,其主要原因是大尺寸的孔洞造成孔洞之间产生裂纹的,进而会影响这个材料的屈服应变和屈服强度.  相似文献

Nanowires are promising candidates for energy storage devices such as lithium-ion batteries, su- per(:apa.citors and lithium-air batteries. However, simple-structured nanowires have some limitations hence the strategies to make improvements need to be explored and investigated. Hierarchical nanowires with enhanced periormanee have been considered as an ideal candidate for energy storage due to the novel structures and/or synergistic properties. This review describes some of the recent progresses in the hierarchical nanowire merits, classification, synthesis and performance in energy storage applieat, ions. Herein we discuss the hierarchical nanowires based on their structural design from three major categories, including exterior design, interior design and aligned nanowire assembly. This review also briefly outlines the prospects of hierarchical nanowires in morphology control, property enhancement and application versatility.  相似文献

研究了积分路径差分吸收(IPDA)激光雷达中采用洛伦兹线型代替伏格特线型对机载平台探测CO2柱浓度精度的影响。建立仿真模型,讨论两种线型在数据反演中对温度和气压的敏感性,以及探测相对误差变化随飞行高度的变化。结果表明:伏格特和洛伦兹线型得到的吸收截面,温度和气压敏感性,相对随机误差分别为0.860%,-0.703%和0.224%,基本没有差别,但是洛伦兹线型可以有效地提高光谱参数计算效率。机载IPDA激光雷达采用洛伦兹线型可以快速高精度反演飞行路径上CO2柱浓度,降低了对系统计算能力的要求,有助于实现在飞期间数据实时反演和分析,以及实施针对突发事件的飞行规划,同时也有助于进一步实现机载激光雷达系统的小型化和集成化。  相似文献

利用原位傅里叶变换红外光谱 (FTIR)技术对甲醇在γ Al2 O3,CeO2 以及Pd/Al2 O3,Pd/CeO2 催化剂上的吸附和分解行为进行了研究。综合考虑了载体和活性组分的作用 ,分析了甲醇在不同载体负载Pd催化剂上可能的分解途径。在Pd/CeO2 催化剂上 ,活性组分和载体对甲醇分解的过程表现出了一种协同效应。  相似文献
