Solid state cathodoluminescence based on tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum and its quenching mechanism

A novel solid state cathodoluminescence(SSCL) device(the device has a structure of ITO/SiO2/Alq3/SiO2/Al) is fabricated using organic materials as the fluorescent film sandwiched between two SiO2 layers.When alternating current(AC) voltage is applied to this device,uniform emissions are observed.When the voltage is 50 V,a longer wavelength emission(522 nm) is obtained,but the shorter wavelength emission(465 nm) is dominant when the voltage is 76 V.The origins of these emissions are discussed.The interface f...     

Interaction Between Mitoxantrone Metal Complex and Titan Yellow by Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Spectra and Its Analytical Application

In a pH 2.4 Britton-Robinson buffer medium,the anthracycline antibiotics mitoxantrone(MXT) could react with metal ions such as Pd(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) to form 1:2(molar ratio) cationic chelates,which further reacted with the anionic dye titan yellow to form 1:2 ternary ion-association complexes by electrostatic interaction. 涂层毛细管电色谱法评价药物与血小板的相互作用

建立了一种新的开管毛细管电色谱法以用于开展药物与血小板相互作用研究.该方法利用物理吸附将血小板固定于毛细管内壁,并通过改变血小板进样时间控制涂层长度.根据涂层长度与药物淌度的关系,建立了药物与血小板结合常数的计算方程,得出阿司匹林与血小板的结合常数为0.579g-1L,大于阴性对照品帕珠沙星与血小板的结合常数0.249g-1L.最后,用亲和萃取法所得结果与本方法对比,说明了本方法能够用于评价抗凝血药物与血小板的相互作用.     

Design,synthesis and characterization of novel poly(urethane-urea) based on a macrodiol from poly(lactic acid) and poly(p-dioxanone)

A series of novel poly(urethane-urea)(PUU) was synthesized from poly(lactide-co-p-dioxanone) macrodiol(HO-P(LA-co-PDO)-OH), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and butanediamine(BDA).The obtained PUU,which is recorded as P(LA-co-PDO)-PUU here,may demonstrate enhanced phase separation and thus improved shape memory property.FTIR was employed to characterize the copolymers,and the effects of NCO/OH molar ratios on T_g of PUU was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results revealed the successful synthesis of P(LA-co-PDO)-PUU.In addition,the T_g of P(LA-co-PDO)-PUU increased from 37.9℃to 44.2℃with the increase NCO/OH ratios from 1.1 to 1.2.The P(LA-co-PDO)-PUU with T_g close to body temperature will have potential applications as shape memory polymers in biomedical fields,especially in minimally invasive surgery.

Lamellar liquid crystal polymerization of sodium oleate/oleic acid/octadiene/water system

In the lamellar liquid crystallization (LLC) phase of NaOL/ OLA/H2O system, the small angle X-ray diffraction measurements show that the oleic acid is solubilized in the oil layer at first and then into the amphiphile layer. The octadiene added is also located partly in the oil layer and partly in the amphiphile layer in the LLC. With the addition of octadiene as cross-Unking agent, the LLC phase of NaOL/OIA/H2O system was polymerized under the initiation of AIBN with the protection of pure nitrogen at 60℃. Most of the double bond absorption of the monomers in IR spectra disappeared after polymerization. The polymerization takes place not only in the middle of the amphiphile layer between the double bonds of NaOL or OLA and those of octadiene, but also in the oil layer of LLC between the double bonds of OLA and those of octadiene. Secondary metabolites from fungus Alternaria sp. CIB 108

A new compound,3-butyryl-6-[rel-(1S,2S)-1,2-dihydroxypropyl]-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one(1),was isolated from the solid fermented rice culture of Alternaria sp.CIB 108,along with three known ones,deoxyradicinin(2),3-epiradicinol(3),and 3- epideoxyradicinol(4).Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.The single crystal X-ray diffraction was applied to further clarify the structure of 1.Furthermore,compounds 1-4 possessed no cytotoxicity against several cell lines(HeLa, HepG2,and Ros) and showed no antibacterial activity at 40μmol/L.
