增溶性辅料泊洛沙姆188与胆酸聚集形态的介观模拟

为了建立符合中药特点的增溶性药用辅料的筛选与评价方法,本研究以清开灵注射液为研究载体,采用介观动力学方法(MesoDyn)研究其难溶活性成分胆酸与增溶性辅料泊洛沙姆188之间的相互作用,探讨了胆酸对泊洛沙姆188临界胶束浓度的影响及泊洛沙姆188浓度、模拟时间、温度对两者聚集体构型的影响,并采用实验方法验证了部分模拟结果,为中药注射剂增溶性辅料的科学应用提供一定基础.结果表明:在清开灵注射液中活性成分胆酸的存在下,泊洛沙姆188的临界胶束浓度范围为0.6%～0.7%,降低了泊洛沙姆188自身的临界胶束浓度,为使清开灵注射液中的胆酸(3%)全部增溶,泊洛沙姆188浓度应为1.7%.     

Efficient synthesis of 5,6-dihydrothieno[3′,2′:4,5]-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones via an iminophosphorane

5,6-Dihydrothieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 were synthesized in yields of 71-87%by a consecutive method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocynate to give carbodiimide 4 and subsequent reaction of 4 with various amines,phenols or alcohols in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium ethoxide or solid potassium carbonate.     

利用天然斜发沸石从高离子强度的强碱性溶液中吸附和洗脱K+和Rb+的研究

在80℃下,用间歇法研究了NH4^ 型天然斜发沸石对某厂高离子 强碱性循环液中的K^ 和Rb^ 的吸附,得到不同粒度天然斜发沸石对K^ 和Rb^ 的交换吸附量,用不同浓度的NH4HCO3溶液对沸石进行洗脱再生,是到洗脱速率随着洗脱液浓度增大而增大。本文对沸石与钾含量很高的高离子强度强碱性溶液中碱金属的交换吸附和洗脱过程进行了初步探讨。     

苯丙水溶胶的合成与性能研究(I) 聚合工艺和反应组分对聚合稳定性和胶体性能的影响

用一次投料法、半连续滴加法和单体预乳化法三种聚合工艺,合成了苯丙乳液聚合物,并加氨微细化,转化成水溶胶,考察了聚合工艺和反应组分（乳化剂,功能单体等）对苯丙乳液及其水溶胶反应稳定性和粒子大小及分布等胶体性能的影响。     

发酵液中谷氨酰胺提取新工艺

本文根据谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺的电离常数的差异,采用一种新型的离子交换工艺,通过单根阴离子交换柱,从谷氨酰胺发酵液中提取谷氨酰胺。粗晶溶解液通过阴离子交换柱后,谷氨酰胺最高收率达到83％,谷氨酸去除率90％。该法在显著提高产品收率的同时,还大大减少了酸碱用量。     

沸石中阳离子对氮/氧吸附性能影响的研究进展
