Design and simulation of the wire scanner for the injector linac of BEPCⅡ

BEPCⅡ, the upgrade project of Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC), is an accelerator with large beam current and high luminosity, so an efficient and stable injector is required. Several beam diagnostic and monitoring instruments are used. A new diagnostic instrument — wire scanner, has been designed and will be used to measure the profile of the linac beam of BEPCⅡ. This paper describes the prototype of this system and the cause of heat generating of the wire. Some simulation results of the heat and force by using finite element method software—ANSYS^®,2) are presented and discussed.     

Some topics on charmonium decays at BESⅢ experiment

The construction of BESⅢ detector has been finished and the data taking is under plan. Some physics topics on charmonium decays at BESⅢ experiment are discussed in this paper. The measurement of properties of η_c and η_c at BESⅢ is discussed and the expected precision of the measurement is estimated based on BOSS. Also the χ_cJ decay and the measurement of hyperon decay parameters are mentioned.     

Observation and analysis of near-surface atmospheric aerosol optical properties in urban Beijing

Year-round measurements of the mass concentration and optical properties of fine aerosols(PM_2.5) from June 2009 to May 2010 at an urban site in Beijing were analyzed.The annual mean values of the PM_2.5 mass concentration,absorption coefficient（Ab）,scattering coefficient（Sc） and single scattering albedo（SSA）at 525 nm were 67±66μg/m³,64 ±62 Mm^-1,360 ±405 Mm^-1 and 0.82 ±0.09,respectively.The bulk mass absorption efficiency and scattering efficiency of the PM_2.5 at 525 nm were 0.78 m²/g and 5.55 m²/g,respectively.The Ab and Sc showed a similar diurnal variation with a maximum at night and a minimum in the afternoon,whereas SSA displayed an opposite diurnal pattern.Significant increases in the Ab and Sc were observed in pollution episodes caused by the accumulation of pollutants from both local and regional sources under unfavorable weather conditions.Aerosol loadings in dust events increased by several times in the spring,which had limited effects on the Ab and Sc due to the low absorption and scattering efficiency of dust particles.The frequency of haze days was the highest in autumn because of the high aerosol absorption and scattering under unfavorable weather conditions.The daily PM_2.5concentration should be controlled to a level lower than 64 μg/m³ to prevent the occurrence of haze days according to its exponentially decreased relationship with visibility.     

树脂吸附法分离纯化桑叶总黄酮(Ⅰ)H103树脂对桑叶水提液中总黄酮的吸附性能

采用大孔吸附树脂法从桑叶水提液中分离黄酮类化合物。通过比较10种大孔吸附树脂对桑叶水提液中总黄酮的吸附特性及机理,发现H103树脂对桑叶总黄酮吸附量大、洗脱容易、吸附速度快,是一种良好的桑叶总黄酮吸附剂。实验表明,H103树脂吸附桑叶黄酮的适宜上样浓度为6.05mg/mL,吸附动力学符合Bangham模型,吸附过程符合内扩散模型。     

Purification and Characterization of the Catalytic Domain of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase SHP-1 and the Preparation of Anti-ΔSHP-1 Antibodies

This study is focused on the expression of an SH2 domain-truncated form of protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP-1（designated ΔSHP-1） and the preparation of its polyclonal antibodies. A cDNA fragment encoding ΔSHP-1 was amplified by PCR and then cloned into the pT7 expression vector. The recombinant pT7-ΔSHP-1 plasmid was used to transform Rosetta（DE3） E. coli cells. ΔSHP-1 was distributed in the exclusion body of E. coli cell extracts and was purified through a two-column chromatographic procedure. The purified enzyme exhibited an expected molecular weight on SDS-gels and HPLC gel filtration columns. It possesses robust tyrosine phosphatase activity and shows typical enzymatic characteristics of classic tyrosine phosphatases. To generate polyclonal anti-ΔSHP-1 antibodies, purified recombinant ΔSHP-1 was used to immunize a rabbit. The resultant anti-serum was subjected to purification on ΔSHP-1 antigen affinity chromatography. The purified polyclonal antibody displayed a high sensitivity and specificity toward ΔSHP-1. This study thus provides the essential materials for further investigating the biological function and pathological implication of SHP-1 and screening the inhibitors and activators of the enzyme for therapeutic drug development.     

Synthesis, Characterization, and Properties of Supported Tungstozincate Bridged by Co(Ⅱ) Complex Fragment

[CoII(phen)3]2[{(ZnW12O40)CoII(phen)2(H2O)}2CoII(trien)2(NaH2O)2]·3H2O was synthesized via hydrothermal technique and characterized with elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TGA-DTA, and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility. The compound crystallized in the monoclinic system with the space group P21/n, a=1.8210 nm, b=2.3592 nm, c=2.2932 nm, β=110.31o, V=9.239 nm3, Z=2, R1=0.0827. Differential pulse voltammetric studies on the effects of Al（Ⅲ） on the lactate dehydrogenase activity

In this paper, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was applied to study the effects of aluminum Al(Ⅲ) on the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. Michaelis–Menten constant (KmN ADH) and maximum velocity (vmax) in the enzyme promoting catalytic reaction of "pyruvate(Pyr) NADH H LDDHlactate NAD " under different conditions by monitoring DPV reduction current of NAD were reported.     

合肥光源直流流强检测器系统的磁屏蔽

分析和测试了合肥光源杂散场对直流流强检测器系统的影响。给出了合肥光源ＤＣＣＴ系统的磁屏蔽的计算、设计和测量结果。屏蔽后,由杂散场引起的ＤＣＣＴ零漂由１ｍＡ降至１０μＡ以下。     

回旋行波管动力学分析及数值计算

 以小回旋电子注、均匀截面光滑壁圆柱波导为例,对回旋行波管动力学色散方程作了解析分析和讨论;数值计算和分析了注波互作用耦合系数与电子注参数的相互关系,为优化选择电子注参数,提高注波互作用效率获得了依据。     

制备大直径无气泡聚苯乙烯空心微球

 高品质聚苯乙烯（PS）空心微球是惯性约束聚变（ICF）实验用多层塑料微球靶的重要芯轴,常由乳液技术制备。针对由乳液技术制备的PS微球壳壁内容易形成气泡而且大直径微球制备困难的问题,实验研究了对壳壁内存在的气泡以及消除方法和制备大直径PS微球的制备技术。
