We study the uptake and distribution of transferrin (Tf)-conjugated CdSe/CdS/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) in single living HeLa cells with both fluorescence confocal microscopy and three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction technique. By increasing the co-incubation time or the dosage of QDs-Tf, we find that the uptake of QDs-Tf bioconjugates in the cells increases correspondingly, but with different uptake rates. Additionally, the distribution of QDs-Tf, in single live HeLa cells is time dependent. To our knowledge, this is the first study on quantitatively analyzing the uptake and distribution of bioconjugated QDs in single living cells. Such QDs nanoplatform can be further modified for developing biomedical evaluation tool in cancer diagnosis and targeted drug delivery.  相似文献

<正>We describe a mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar(DWL) based on double-edge technique for wind measurement of altitudes ranging from 10 to 40 km.A triple Fabry-Perot etalon is employed as a frequency discriminator to determine the Doppler shift proportional to the wind velocity.The lidar operates at 355 nm with a 45-cm-aperture telescope and a matching azimuth-over-elevation scanner that provides full hemispherical pointing.To guarantee wind accuracy,a single servo loop is used to monitor the outgoing laser frequency to remove inaccuracies due to the frequency drift of the laser or the etalon.The standard deviation of the outgoing laser frequency drift is 6.18 MHz and the corresponding velocity error is 1.11 m/s.The wind profiles measured by the DWL are in good agreement with the results of the wind profile radar(WPR).Evaluation is achieved by comparing at altitudes from 2 to 8 km.The relative error of horizontal wind speed is from 0.8 to 1.8 m/s in the compared ranges.The wind accuracy is less than 6 m/s at 40 km and 3 m/s at 10 km.  相似文献

<正>Diffraction efficiency of volume Bragg grating,whose period is in the same order as the incident wavelength, is related to the polarization direction of the incident linear polarized beam.When two linearly polarized recording beams with the same polarization direction are used for recording volume Bragg gratings in a photopolymer with diffusion amplification,the azimuth of polarization of the reconstruction beam influences the diffraction efficiency of the grating.When the probe beam is linearly polarized and oriented orthogonally to the grating vectors,the±1-order diffraction beams are also linearly polarized with polarization direction parallel to that of the probe beam.According to the results,a two-dimensional nonspatial optical filter consisting of the volume Bragg gratings would achieve significantly higher efficiency.  相似文献

A new approach to realize high-energy and high-power stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation mirrors (SBS-PCMs) is described.The reflectivity of SBS-PCM is investigated under a 10-Hz repetition rate and a high energy load.The relationship between reflectivity and input energy is examined experimentally with different PCM structures,focus lengths,and medium cell structures.A medium cell with a circulating structure is designed,and its advantage is demonstrated through an experimental comparison with traditional PCM structures.The 30-cm focus lens and 150-cm collimation lens are optimized when the input energy reaches 1010 mJ at 10-Hz repetition rate.Therefore,a reflectivity of 84.7% and a higher energy load using the circulating two-cell structure are achieved.  相似文献

Experiment is carried out on the accelerator Sinus-700 to investigate the Relativistic Backward Wave Oscillator (RBWO) with a periodic guiding magnetic field. When the strength of the guiding magnetic field, whose period is 4.6 cm, is 0.54 T, a microwave output power of 0.95 GW at 9.1 GHz microwave frequency is achieved. It is shown that the RBWO with a periodic guiding magnetic field is feasible.  相似文献

The lepton-number-violating decays of singly-charged Higgs bosons H^± are investigated in the minimal type-( Ⅰ+Ⅱ ) seesaw model with one SU(2)L Higgs triplet △ and one heavy Majorana neutrino N1 at the TeV scale. We find that the branching ratios B(H^+ → 1α^+υ^-) (for α = e,μ,τ) depend not only on the mass and mixing parameters of three light neutrinos υi (for i = 1, 2, 3) but also on those of N1. Assuming that the mass of N1 lies in the range of 200 GeV to 1 TeV, we figure out the generous interference bands for the contributions of υi and N1 to B(H^+→ 1α^+υ^-). We illustrate some salient features of such interference effects by considering three typical mass patterns of υi, and show that the relevant Majorana CP-violating phases can affect the magnitudes of B(H^+→ 1α^+υ^-)) in this parameter region.  相似文献

Magnetic bunch compressor is one of the key technologies on the path to next generation accelerator driven facilities. In this paper we report the design principles and the first experimental research of the bunch compressor developed at Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP). The length of the bunch after compressor is found to be about 0.7 ps (rms) and the peak current exceeds 500 A when operated in the optimized condition. The sensitivity of the bunch length on the phase of the acceleration field and magnetic field of the bunch compressor was also measured and analyzed.  相似文献

Radioactive decay of super heavy nuclei via the emission of α-particles has been studied theoretically in the preformed cluster model (PCM). The nucleus-nucleus (NN) potential is obtained by double folding the density distributions of the α-particle and the daughter nucleus with a realistic effective interaction. The M3Y effective interaction, supplemented by a zero-range pseudo-potential for exchange term, is used to calculate the NN potential. The α decay half-lives for 317 nuclei at Z=102 120 are performed in the PCM framework with the theoretical Q values extracted from the MSller-Nix-Kratz and Liran-Marinov-Zeldes mass tables and are compared with the experimental data. The calculated results are also compared with those obtained by using Q values from the Muntian-Hofmann-Patyk-Sobiczewski and Myers-Swiatecki mass estimates.  相似文献

The current design of the CSNS/RCS beam collimation system consists of a two-stage betatron collimation and a single momentum collimator. This paper summarizes various aspects of collimator design, including collimation principle and layout, material choice and collimator mechanical structure, etc. At last, radiation and thermal analysis are carried out to illustrate the feasibility of the current beam collimation scheme.  相似文献

This work provides an accurate study of the spin-l/2 relativistic particle in a magnetic field in NC phase space. By detailed calculation we find that the Dirac equation of the relativistic particle in a magnetic field in noncommutative space has similar behaviour to what happens in the Landau problem in commutative space even if an exact map does not exist. By solving the Dirac equation in NC phase space, we not only obtain the energy level of the spin-1/2 relativistic particle in a magnetic field in NC phase space but also explicitly offer some additional terms related to the momentum-momentum non-commutativity.  相似文献
