The rotational spectra of nine isotopomers of dimethyl diselenide, CH3SeSeCH3, have been measured with a molecular-beam Fourier transform microwave spectrometer. The spectra were complex due to the presence of many isotopomers in natural abundance and the splitting caused by the interactions with two methyl internal rotors. The spectra were assigned and fit to experimental precision to an effective rotational Hamiltonian for molecules with two periodic internal motions. The spectra of the symmetric isotopomers are consistent with a C2 equilibrium structure. The rotational constants were used to determine the rs structure of the C-Se-Se-C frame with the results r(SeSe)=2.306(3) Å, r(SeC)=1.954(6) Å, ?(CSeSe)=99.8(2)°, ?(CSeSeC)=85.2(1)°. A barrier to internal rotation of the methyl groups of 395 ± 2 cm−1 was derived from the internal rotation splittings.  相似文献

This article is devoted to the Toeplitz Operators [4] in the context of the geometric quantization [11, 15]. We propose an ansatz for their Schwartz kernel. From this, we deduce the main known properties of the principal symbol of these operators and obtain new results : we define their covariant and contravariant symbols, which are full symbols, and compute the product of these symbols in terms of the Kähler metric. This gives canonical star products on the Kählerian manifolds. This ansatz is also useful to introduce the notion of microsupport.  相似文献

This paper intends to re-examine some results and proofs given in a previous publication on optimal estimation under uncertainty. In a rather general setting we showed that regularization of an element of a linear space relative to a quadratic criterion and inaccurate linear observations is an optimal method for recovering a linear operator of that element. Stochastic resonance is a statistical phenomenon that has been observed in periodically modulated, noise-driven, bistable systems. The characteristic signatures of the effect include an increase in the signal-to-noise of the output as noise is added to the system, and exponentially decreasing peaks in the probability density as a function of residence times in one state. Presented are the results of a numerical simulation where these same signatures were observed by adding achaotic driving term instead of a white noise term. Although the probability distributions of the noise and chaos inputs were significantly different, the stochastic and chaotic resonances were equal within the experimental error.  相似文献

Increased Photosensitivity in HL60 Cells Expressing Wild-Type p53   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Loss of p53 function has been correlated with decreased sensitivity to chemotherapy and radiation therapy in a variety of human tumors. Comparable analysis of p53 status with sensitivity to oxidative stress induced by pho-todynamic therapy has not been reported. In the current study we examined photosensitivity in human promye-locytic leukemia HL60 cells exhibiting either wild-type p53, mutated p53 or deleted p53 expression. Experiments were performed using a purpurin, tin ethyl etiopurpurin (SnET2)-, or a porphyrin, Photofrin (PH)-based photo-sensitizer. Total SnET2 accumulation was comparable in all three cell lines. Uptake of PH was highest in cells expressing wild-type p53 but incubation conditions could be adjusted to achieve equivalent cellular PH levels during experiments that analyzed photosensitivity. Survival measurements demonstrated that HL60 cells expressing wild-type p53 were more sensitive to PH- and SnET2-mediated photosensitization, as well as to UVC irradiation, when compared to HL60 cells exhibiting deleted or mutated p53 phenotypes. A rapid apoptotic response was observed following purpurin- and porphyrin-induced photosensitization in all cell lines. Results of this study indicate that photosensitivity is increased in HL60 cells expressing wild-type p53 and that photosensitizer-medi-ated oxidative stress can induce apoptosis through a p53-independent mechanism in HL60 cells .  相似文献

This paper compares the attitudes about mathematics of students from traditionally taught calculus classes and those from a “reformed” calculus course. The paper is based on three studies, which together present a consistent picture of student attitudes about calculus reform. The reformed course appeared to violate students' deeply held beliefs about the nature of mathematics and how it should be learned. Although during their first months in the reformed course most students disliked it, their attitudes gradually changed. One and 2 years after, reform students felt significantly more than the traditionally taught students that they better understood how math was used and that they had been required to understand math rather than memorize formulas.  相似文献
