Alantolactone is a natural compound identified from the roots of Inula helenium L. that has multiple bio-activities. We examined its inhibitory effects on human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) A549 cells. A new method based on the cloud point extraction(CPE) for separation and preconcentration of nickel(Ⅱ) and its subsequent determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) was proposed, 8-hydroxyquinoline and Triton X-100 were used as the ligand and surfactant respectively. PCrMo钢是导致火炮系统故障的磨损失效零部件主要材料.为了提高零部件的寿命,将固体润滑技术引入火炮抗磨减磨设计中.选取8 ~ 10 μm和3~5 μm两种粒度下二硫化钼作为固体润滑材料,采用激光熔覆工艺在PCrMo钢试样表面制备润滑涂层.通过对涂层宏观性能表征,发现粒度小的涂层熔覆厚度较好;采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分别对涂层表面、剖面微观形貌和化学成分进行分析,发现涂层表面有凹坑产生,且凹坑中氧的含量明显高于光滑表面;涂层剖面与基体结合处存在一定的缝隙,涂层元素与基体元素发生了熔渗.进一步开展的摩擦磨损试验表明:与PCrMo钢裸基材试样相比,两种粒度下润滑涂层试样摩擦系数和磨损量皆降低,磨损量分别为14.84%和42.01%,其中大粒度下涂层摩擦性能较优.二硫化钼润滑涂层起到了很好的润滑效果,可以作为火炮磨损零部件减磨的有效手段.  相似文献

The sensing of hot and cold stimuli by dental neurons differs in several fundamental ways. These sensations have been characterized quantitatively through the measured time course of neural discharge signals that result from hot or cold stimuli applied to the teeth of animal models. Although various hypotheses have been proposed to explain the underlying mechanism, the ability to test competing hypotheses against experimental recorded data using biophysical models has been hindered by limitations in our understanding of the specific ion channels involved in nociception of dental neurons. Here we apply recent advances in established biophysical models to test the competing hypotheses. We show that a sharp shooting pain sensa-tion experienced shortly following cold stimulation cannot be attributed to the activation of thermosensitive ion channels, thereby falsifying the so-called neuronal hypothesis,which states that rapidly transduced sensations of coldness are related to thermosensitive ion channels. Our results support a central role of mechanosensitive ion channels and the associated hydrodynamic hypothesis. In addition to the hydrodynamic hypothesis, we also demonstrate that the long time delay of dental neuron responses after hot stimulation could be attributed to the neuronal hypothesis—that a relatively long time is required for the temperature around nociceptors to reach some threshold. The results are useful as a model of how multiphysical phenomena can be combined to provide mechanistic insight into different mechanisms underlying pain sensations.  相似文献

Polymeric particles with hydrophobic PCL hairy chains were prepared by ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) from hydrophilic core particles, which were prepared by soap‐free emulsion polymerization of styrene, 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and divinylbenzene. Due to the incorporation of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate in the core particles, hydroxyl groups on the surface of core particles could be obtained, and in the following ROP of ε‐caprolactone, the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the particles could effectively initiate the polymerization. Various reaction conditions were evaluated to produce hairy particles with optimal grafting efficiency. The presence of hydrophobic polymeric hairs on the surface of particles led to a dramatic improvement in their dispersibility in oil phase. By controlling the grafting amount of PCL on the surface of hydrophilic core particles, the surface properties of the hairy particles could be well tailored, represented the change of water contact angles from 75.0° to 114.6°. The prepared hairy particles were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and Fourier transform infrared analysis. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) play an essential role in development and tissue remodeling of living organisms.However,the overexpression of MMPs has lead to a series of diseases,such as cancer,arthritis,and atherosclerosis;and inhibition of MMPs may have therapeutic benefits.The discovery of MMP inhibitors from herbal has become a prospective event.We showed that the extract of Polygoni multiflori caulis from ethy1 acetate or water(ethy1 acetate extract and water extract) can inhibit the activities of MMPs 9,14,and 16 in a dose-dependent manner and n-buty1 alcohol extract of it can also inhibit these MMPs.Furthermore,we found that n-buty1 alcohol extract and water extract of it influence the cell viability.These discoveries may contribute to the development of MMP inhibitors for the therapy of a variety of pathological conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the existence of weak solutions for the convective Cahn-Hilliard equation with degenerate mobility. Based on the Schauder type estimates, we establish the global existence of classical solutions for regularized problems. After establishing some necessary uniform estimates on the approximate solutions, we prove the existence of weak solutions.
