A string of novel heterocyclic mono azo dyes were synthesized and their utilization in dyeing different fabrics as wool and nylon were discussed. Thienopyridine azo dyes 4 and 6 were prepared by reaction of chloro acetamidederivative 2 with diamino compounds to yield 3 and 5 , followed by reaction with NaNO2/HCl and coupling with nucleophilic reagent. One-pot reaction of chloro acetamide 2 with ammonium thiocyanat in solvent ethanol gave the unexpected thienopyrimidine derivative 7 , which contain two active sites, the former is primary amine that was able to form diazonium salt that coupled with N,N-dimethylaniline, resorcinol, and/or self-coupling to afford the azo dyes 8-10 , and the latter is active methylene group that underwent coupling with different diazonium salts to give the azo thienopyrimidine derivative dye 11-15 . The dyeing performance of these azo dyes had been investigated in terms of their dyeing behavior and fastness properties on different fabrics. Results showed that the color strength (K/S) values, as well as, washing, rubbing, and resistance to acid, alkali and light showed high efficiency of these heterocyclic mono azo dyes to dye wool rather than nylon fibers.  相似文献

2-Functionalised aromatic monoaldehydes were synthesised in good to excellent yields by reacting 4-bromo-2-fluorobenzaldehyde with different secondary amines and phenol. The Suzuki-coupling reaction of the newly functionalised aromatic monoaldehydes with 4-formylphenylboronic acid afforded the corresponding 2-functionalised-4,4'-biphenyldialdehydes in good yields (47-85%). The [3+3]-cyclocondensation reactions of the 2-functionalised-4,4'-biphenyldialdehydes with (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane afforded a mixture of regioisomeric C(3)-symmetrical and non-symmetrical trianglimines. Reduction of the C(3)-symmetrical and the non-symmetrical trianglimines with NaBH(4) in a mixture of THF and MeOH afforded the corresponding trianglamines in high yields.  相似文献

New zinc(II) 4-bromobenzoate complex compounds with general formula [Zn(4-BrC6H4COO)2L2xH2O (where L?=?urea, nicotinamide, phenazone or thiourea, x?=?0?C2) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The thermal decomposition of hydrated compounds started with dehydration process. During the thermal decomposition, the neutral organic ligand, bis(4-bromophenyl)methanone and carbon dioxide were evolved. The solid intermediates and volatile products of thermal decomposition were proved by IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The final solid product of the thermal decomposition heated up to 800?°C was zinc oxide, which was confirmed by X-ray powder diffractometry. Antimicrobial activity of the prepared compounds was tested against various strains of bacteria, yeasts and filamentous fungi (E. coli, S. aureus, C. albicans, R. oryzae, A. alternata and M. gypseum). It was found that bacterium S. aureus and fungi A. alternata are the most sensitive to the studied compounds.  相似文献

Combinatorial drug therapies emerge among the most promising strategies to treat complex pathologies such as cancer and severe infections. Biocompatible nanoparticles of mesoporous iron carboxylate metal–organic framework (nanoMOFs) are used here to address the challenging aspects related to the coincorporation of two antibiotics. Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate, a typical example of drugs used in tandem, are efficiently coincorporated with payloads up to 36 wt%. Due to the occurrence of two distinct pore sizes/apertures within the MOF architecture, each drug is able to infiltrate the porous framework and localize within separate compartments. Molecular simulations predict drug loadings and locations consistent with experimental findings. Drug loaded nanoMOFs that are internalized by Staphylococcus aureus infected macrophages are able to colocalize with the pathogen, which in turn leads to an alleviation of bacterial infection. The data also reveal potential antibacterial properties of nanoMOFs alone as well as their ability to deliver a high payload of drugs to fight intracellular bacteria. These results pave the way toward the design of engineered “all‐in‐one” nanocarriers in which both the loaded drugs and their carrier play a role in fighting intracellular infections.  相似文献

To prepare novel derivatives of naturally bioactive 3β‐hydroxy‐urs‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid (ursolic acid) with unusual properties and broad spectrum of activities, a number of chemical reactions were conducted. First, a variety of α‐aminophosphonates were prepared by a series of reactions involving the three‐component Mannich type reaction as a key step. Second, an array of phosphonodipeptides and their homologs was synthesized through multistep reactions including condensation of phthalic anhydride with glycine or β‐alanine, chlorination of N‐blocked amino acids, coupling of acid chloride with α‐aminophosphonates and sequential hydrazinolysis. Finally, new classes of phosphonodipeptide conjugates of ursolic acid and their homologs were obtained by condensation of 3β‐acetoxy‐urs‐12‐en‐28‐oyl chloride with phosphonodipeptides and their homologs. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper we introduce the modified time-dependent damped harmonic oscillator. An exact solution of the wave function for both Schrödinger picture and coherent state representation are given. The linear and quadratic invariants are also discussed and the corresponding eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are calculated. The Hamiltonian is transformed to SU(1,1) Lie algebra and an application to the generalized coherent state is discussed. It has been shown that when the system is under critical damping case the maximum squeezing is observed in the first quadrature F x . However, for the overcritical damping case the maximum squeezing occurs in the second quadrature F y . Also it has been shown that the system for both cases is sensitive to the variation in the coherent state phase.  相似文献

The extended rotation-vibration model containing different deformations for protons and neutrons is applied to even-even Gd-isotopes and the results are compared to experiment and to other theoretical models. It is found to describe magnetic transitions reasonably well and to also give improved electric transition rates compared to the conventional model.  相似文献

The storage operators were introduced by J.L. Krivine ([6]); they are closed -terms which, for some fixed data type (the integers for example), allow to simulate call by value while using call by name. J.L. Krivine showed that such operators can be typed, in the type system, using Gödel's translation from classical to intuitionistic logic ([8]).This paper studies the existence of storage operators which give a normal form as result (strong storage operators) for recursive and iterative representation of data in -calculus. We obtain the following result: We can find typed strong storage operators for the recursive representations of data type, but that is not the case for the iterative representations of an infinite data type.We give the proof of this result in the case of integers.  相似文献
