Hydrogenated YBa2Cu3O7 with [H]/cell=2.0 was studied by X-ray diffraction, SR and1H-NMR. For the first time, the hydride phase (16% larger c-axis) known from thin film experiments was seen in a bulk sample. A comparison of the SR and NMR results shows that the 15 mT site (2 MHz in SR) is the stable position for the proton and muon. The three other muon sites (4 MHz line and two exponentially decaying components) are metastable.  相似文献

We report highly efficient CW fiber lasers at 2.7µm in an Er3+-doped and weakly Pr3+-codoped fluorozirconate fiber. The fiber lasers were pumped in three pump wavelength ranges around 650, 795 and 980 nm. Higher output powers of nearly 30 mW and a broader potential tuning range of 180 nm compared to Er3+ singly doped fiber lasers are demonstrated. Laser efficiencies of more than 13% were achieved. It is shown that the fiber laser can be tuned to longer wavelengths by increasing the pump power or, in certain cases, by increasing the pump wavelength. Furthermore, we present the wavelength tuning of the Er3+:Pr3+-codoped system by an external grating. The relationships between laser wavelength and pump rates are described, and the reasons for the improvements with Pr3+-codoping are given.  相似文献

Efficient operation of a cw fluorozirconate fiber laser at 2.7µm pumped at 980 nm is reported. Threshold powers below 1 mW, efficiencies up to 9.3% and output powers up to 6 mW were observed. CW laser operation occurred although the lifetime of the upper laser level is shorter than that of the lower laser level and excited state absorption from the upper laser level additionally weakens population inversion. The mechanisms clarifying cw operation of this self-terminating transition are discussed. The laser operates at several lines between 2.70 and 2.82µm, whereby the operating wavelength increases with increasing pump power.  相似文献

Neutron-rich Co and Fe isotopes produced by86Kr projectile fragmentation at 500 MeV/u were separated and identified using the fragment separator (FrS) in a bunched energy mode.66Co and65Fe ions were selectively implanted in a double PIN-diode array where the-decay signals were measured. The half-lives were deduced from time correlations between implantation and-decay signals. The remeasurement of the66Co half-life confirms the isotope identification. The value of the65Fe half-life was found to be 0.45±0.15 s.  相似文献

Combined STM/AFM experiments were performed on monolayer islands of Cu-TBPP molecules on Cu(100). Pulling of single molecules on the substrate was observed and the imaging parameters were compared to STM studies. Local frequency shift vs. distance curves reveal three types of curves, which can be related to the interaction of the tip above the Cu(100) substrate, the centre of the molecule and the leg of the molecule. The frequency vs. distance curves above the legs reveal two minima, which are associated with the bending of the legs above a certain threshold value. Quantitative analysis yields force values of about 0.4 nN.  相似文献

The branching ratios of \(p\bar p\) annihilations into the neutral final states 2π0, π0γ, and 2γ are measured by stopping antiprotons in liquid hydrogen. They are \(B_{2\pi ^0 } = \left( {2.06 \pm 0.14} \right) \times 10^{ - 4} \) , \(B_{\pi ^0 \gamma } = \left( {1.74 \pm 0.22} \right) \times 10^{ - 5} \) , andB γγ<1.7×10?6 (95% c.l.).  相似文献

The γ-ray spectrum of 252Cf(sf) was measured in the Darmstadt-Heidelberg Crystal Ball spectrometer, with a double ionization chamber mounted inside to detect the fission fragments. The measurement was aimed at a better understanding of an unusual component found in the high-energy region between 3 and 8 MeV, with fragment mass splits near symmetry. This component was proved to be predominantly emitted by the heavier fragment, to reach its highest intensity at a fragment mass split of 132:120, and to have an almost isotropic angular distribution. Calculations with the statistical code CASCADE could reproduce the main features.  相似文献

The JINR (Dubna)-IN2P3 (France) Collaboration project aimed at the α, β γ, spectroscopy of the transfermium element isotopes using heavy-ion beams of the U-400 cyclotron and the modernized recoil separator VASSILISSA was launched at Dubna. During the first full-scale experiment in September–October 2004, nobelium and lawrencium isotopes produced in the 48Ca + 207,208Pb → 255,256No* and 48Ca + 209Bi → 257Lr* reactions were studied.
