Fluorescence polarization immunoassay for salinomycin based on monoclonal antibodies

A fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) for the determination of salinomycin(SAL) was developed by using anti-SAL monoclonal antibodies(mAb).Fluorescein labeled SAL(tracer) was synthesized by the N-hydroxysuccinimide active ester method and purified using thin layer chromatography(TLC).The developed FPIA for SAL had a dynamic range from 0.60 to 2193 ng/mL with an IC50 value of 33.2 ng/mL and a detection limit(LOD) of 0.08 ng/mL.No significant cross-reactivities were observed with other drugs but 67.6%...

微发泡聚合物材料以环境友好的超临界CO2为发泡剂,具有优异的材料性能.本文对本课题组的研究工作做了归纳总结,对聚合物微发泡中CO2的传质、微发泡过程中泡孔结构参数的变化以及多相/多组分聚合物体系的微发泡行为等内容做了针对性的综述.结合对聚合物微发泡过程理论模拟研究工作的评述,展望了超临界CO2微发泡技术未来的发展方向.     

Studies on the Adsorption and Dissociation of Methane and Carbon Dioxide on Nickel Catalysts

The adsorption and dissociation of methane and carbon dioxide for reforming on nickel catalysts were extensively investigated by TPSR, TPD, XPS and pulse reaction methods. These studies showed that the decomposition of methane results in the formation of at least three kinds of surface carbon species on supported nickel catalysts. Carbidic Cα, carbonaceous Cβ and carbidic clusters C-γ surface carbon species formed by the decomposition of methane demonstrated different surface mobility, thermal stability and reactivity. Carbidic Cα is a very active and important intermediate in carbon dioxide reforming with methane, and the carbidic clusters Cγ species might be the precursor of surface carbon deposition. The partially dehydrogenated Cβ species can react with H2 or CO2 to form CH4 or CO. On the other hand, it was proven that CO2 can be weakly adsorbed on supported nickel catalysts, and only one kind of CO2 adsorption state is formed. 废水中非离子表面活性剂的测定—四溴镉化钾络合萃取原子吸收法

废水中非离子表面活性剂与溴镉试剂形成的无色络合物,用1.2-二氯乙烷萃取后,用原子吸收测定络合物中Cd,并间接测定非离子表面活性剂含量。用气提和离子交换树脂分离和浓缩非离子表面活性剂。本法检测限为0.08mg/L,回收率在88%以上。本文对反应条件及干扰进行了研究。     

Effect of Chemical Treatment on TiO2 Particles by IMPS

The photodegradation reaction rate of CHCl3 in TiO2 particulate suspension was imperoved significantly by HCl-treatment.The effect of HCl-treatment on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was strdied in a PEC cell by using Intensity-Modulated Photocurrent Spectroscopy(IMPS).The magntude of photocurrent response and the characteristic frequencies of the upper and lower semicircles in the complex plane of IMPS response were analyzed,and the ccathodic and anodic reaction processes of photogenerated holes and electrons were discussed.The increases in the cathodic and anodic photocurrent response and in the time constants of both cathodic and anodic reaction processes of photogenerated holes and electrons were discussed.The increases in the cathodic and anodic photocurrent response and in the time constants of both cathodic and anodic reaction processes indicate that HCl-treatment leads to the improvement of the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and a change of the photocatalytic kinetic mechanism.
