热等静压对NbTi/Cu多芯超导线加工过程的影响

采用传统方法生产的NbTi/Cu多芯超导线在生产芯数较多的超导线时存在填充系数较大的问题,这直接影响了芯丝的整齐排布,所以组装完成后加入热等静压过程.研究了经过热等静压和未经过热等静压的NbTi/Cu多芯超导线的加工性能.经过试验证明,经过100～150MP,2小时热等静压处理的NbTi/Cu多芯超导线坯锭在加工过程中具有良好的加工性能,提高了超导线复合坯锭的成品率;而未经过热等静压处理的NbTi/Cu多芯超导线坯锭加工性能较差,坯锭内部缺陷较多.     

Experiments and analyses of a new type optical system for computed radiography

A new high-performance laser scanning system is designed. In this system, a scanning arm consisting of a pentagonal prism and a scanning object lens is used to replace the traditional Fθ lens, and a circular imaging plate transmission mechanism is specially designed in order to meet the requirement of the scanning arm. At the same time, the stimulation fluorescence can be obtained by the scanning arm. Some main factors that influence the spatial resolution and the performance of the laser scanner system are analyzed, and the analysis results are presented, which is helpful for further optimization design of the system. Experimental results indicate that the images obtained by the system have good visual effects and can meet the requirements of industrial inspection.     

PSⅡ中蛋白二级结构中β聚合效应的红外光谱研究

利用Fourier变换红外光谱（FTIR）方法研究了光系统Ⅱ（PSⅡ）膜颗粒中蛋白二级结构在高温条件下的β聚合效应。具有生物活性和高温蛋白的β聚合样品的红外光谱测量温度均是室温，它们的酰胺Ⅰ吸收带被用来对两种样品的特性进行定量的分析。光谱的分析方法采用了直接Lorentz线型拟合，光谱结果表明光系统Ⅱ二级结构在400℃下发生热变性后，其红外光谱将发生很强的不可逆的变化。但其红外光谱与活性PSⅡ蛋白一样仍可用3个Lorentz线型拟合，显示了FTIR红外光谱方法在研究蛋白热变性方面的优越性。     

荧光层析法研究由胶束溶液分离出的两种抗菌素

喹诺酮药物是一类重要的化学合成抗菌素 ,其临床应用正在不断扩大[1] 。氧氟沙星 (OFLX)和环丙沙星 (CPLX)结构非常相似。本文采用胶束薄层色谱法分离了两种药物。加入 1%氨水的 0 0 0 15mol·L-1十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)和 1%十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)的等体积水溶液作为展开剂 ,聚酰胺薄膜作为固定相。考查了CTAB浓度 ,SDS浓度及氨水对氧氟沙星和环丙沙星Rf 值的影响。在选定条件下 ,Rf 值分别为 0 87和 0 76 ,在激发波长为 2 80nm处对其进行了荧光测定。测定了该方法的稳定性和灵敏度。本文首次使用胶束溶液分离了氧氟沙星和环丙沙星     

铁电移相器优值研究

基于双周期性电容加载共面波导传输线的移相器结构,系统研究了温度变化对铁电薄膜移相器移相能力、传输损耗的影响.调整温度可以在一定的范围内实现对移相器性能指标的微调.给出了加载因子对移相能力的示意曲线图,并在实验上,借助氩离子刻蚀技术,改变加载因子的大小,使得移相器的优值从原来的13degree/dB提升到23degree/dB.     

Experimental implementation of a fixed-point duality quantum search algorithm in the nuclear magnetic resonance quantum system

In this work, we demonstrated a fixed-point quantum search algorithm in the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system. We constructed the pulse sequences for the pivotal operations in the quantum search protocol. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical predictions. The generalization of the scheme to the arbitrary number of qubits has also been given.

The electronic structures and optical properties of oligothiophene substituted spirofluorenes are investigated theoretically with semi-empirical quantum chemical calculations.
